Alhamdulillah, first thanks to Allah SWT, also for RSU Islam Boyolali, the service from the emergency room, the attending doctor and the CPT nurse took action, until the hospitalization was subhanallah, fast, precise and satisfying... I PNY 2 children 8 and 9 years old with DB cases, for satisfactory medical treatment, doctor Arga Sp.A who is very communicative and informative, nurses who work with heart even though they are not tired, sleepy... impressed with nurse Ananda Lusi, easy, fast administration, for going up to class, very affordable costs, for the dr's room class 3 to VIP are all good, clean, spacious.. For the patient's food and drink menu, really pay attention to taste, variety and freshness, sorry for checking in at a hotel but under medical treatment.. Istiqomah to everyone, inshaAllah the future will be even more advanced RSU Islam Boyolali, but provides maximum service with costs that are not burdensome, oh yes. The first impression was that when the patient was taken to the emergency room for further outpatient treatment, he was satisfied with the service. Furthermore, when the child enters the emergency room and then has to be hospitalized, we are also satisfied with the service. The nurse on duty is very responsive. The inpatient room is comfortable. The view of the west side is beautiful in the morning/evening. The motorbike parking area does not yet have a shade roof. So if it's hot, it's hot, if it's raining, the helmet gets wet. But it looks like the motorbike parking area is in the process of being built. It's a bit difficult to find food around the hospital, because the canteen only seems to be open until noon. So you have to order food online. The janitor even cleans rooms where there are no patients. Meanwhile, the bed with the patient was not even cleaned. So I had to tell the officer to sweep/mop it. The stairs to the 2nd floor were dirty... like they had never been swept.

Rumah sakit paling mewah di Boyolali fasilitas lengkap pelayanan baik. Kamar kelas 1 serasa VIP, Alhamdulillah. Semoga bisa dipertahankan👍

Alhamdulillah si anak sdh kembali sehat, semoga selalu diberikan kesehatan untuk semuanya. Secara umum dan fasilitas sdh baik, Dari pengalaman yg kami alami, menurut kami masih bnyk yg hrs diperbaiki. Ada beberapa masukan : 1. Supaya alur pasien khusus yg rawat inap diperbaiki, dalam hal ini apotek n kasir supaya disendirikan dr rawat jalan, dan ada admin coding, agar keluarga pasien tidak perlu naik turun bolak balik mengurus administrasi atau bahkan hrs kembali ke RS untuk mengurus administrasi lg 2. Komunikasi serta senyum salam sapa dr petugas ditingkatkan 3. Pelayanan dan kontrol dr petugas ke pasien inap ditingkatkan 4. Meningkatkan kopetensi petugas dalam tindakan injeksi khusus pasien anak anak Semoga bs menjadi bahan evaluasi. Terimakasih

RS masih di bilang masih baru tp fasilitasnya lengkap ,pelayanannya ramah,islami,profesional .. kemarin 4 hari di RS dilayani dgn ramah oleh bidan dokter dan tenaga medis lainnya .. Ruang rawat inap jga luas jadi bisa buat istrht tamu maupun penunggu pasien Semoga terus maju dan berkembang RSU Islm Boyolali , rekomended buat bunda bunda yg mau mempersiapkan persalinan

Terimakasih RSI sudah membantu pelayanan melahirkan saya dan anak saya. Secara keseluruhan pelayanan memuaskan bagi saya yg pakai BPJS. Tetapi ada bagian yg saya kurang diberikan informasi, karna saya sblmnya ingin lahiran normal tpi karna pembukaan yg tdk kunjung maju jd saya pilih SC disaat mendesak, dan saya tidak diinfo SCnya Eracs atau bukan. Setelah selesai di operasi dan masuk ke ruang inap, dr Indra visit baru disitu saya tanya dan jawaban dokter bukan Eracs, karna Eracs tdk bisa dikondisi emergency. Tapi kenapa sblmnya perawat saat saya di IGD tidak menginfokan. Tapi tidakpapa skrg saya butuh waktu lebih lama untuk pemulihan. Disisi lain untuk layanan foto NB free ternyata dedenya tidak didandani kostum dri pihak Humas RS, jd dedenya hanya pakai baju punya sendiri, beda dgn RS sebelah ☹️. Terakhir yg saya sayangkan juga di buku KIA anak tidak dicentang imunisasi apa saja yg sudah dimasukan ke tubuh anak saya, hanya ada keterangan profil bayi saja yg diisi, padahal infonya perawat memberi tahu jika cek imunisasi lihat buku KIA buat tau imunisasinya yg sudah apa saja. Cukup sekian kritik dri saya smoga menjadi semakin baik komunikasi ke pasiennya. Jazakumullah khayr 🙏

Barokalloh, semoga senantiasa melayani Pasien dengan sepenuh hati. RS masih dalam proses pembangunan, yg terlihat megah. Lokasi yg sangat strategis dan akses sangat mudah di jangkau di pusat kota. Bersebelahan dengan Pusat pemerintahan Kab. Boyolali dan akses menuju kota berikutnya yaitu Klaten. Untuk para perawat lebih di tekankan lagi oleh manegment untuk selalu Ramah, Senyum dan Sapa kepada Pasien sehingga secara psikologis kesehatan pasien akan lebih cepat sembuh. Overall Ok untuk RSI Boyolali, tetap semangat melayani untuk Bangsa ini.

Pelayan dokter dan perawat sangat memuaskan dan ramah... Recomended buat yg mau priksa ato berobat.

dari mulai pindah ke boyolali, selalu ke RSI buat imunisasi,dan periksa anak pertama kesini, lalu mulai program anak kedua, dan yakin sekali bakal mulai dari awal hamil kesini, karna memang senyaman dan se ramah itu,, mulai dari periksa tiap bulan, sampai akhirnya tiap minggu periksa, dan kemarin di tanggal 3 mei 2023 Alhamdulillah dibantu persalinannya juga disini, karna memang se yakin itu🥰 mulai dari masuk ke IGD, ke ruang bersalin yg privat banget, ga cuman ditutup tirai, lalu pindah ke kamar rawat inap, bener² dilayani dengan sangat ramah, sampai muncul rasa yg sangat nyaman stelah persalinan,, sukses selalu RSI, makin berkembang pesat, dan teteplaj ramah,sabar,dasdes satset🤭 intinya sangat memuaskan,,lope sebanyak²nya 🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️💕💕💞💓💗💖💝💘

Thank God, I gave birth to a Caesarean 8 months ago at RSUI Boyolali, sorry I just had time to give a review, I was really satisfied with the service, all the staff were kind and friendly, the nurses and midwives were very patient, explained everything in detail, patiently answered my questions, the place was clean, at that time There was just a miscommunication, the administration officer forgot to tell me before going home that he had to take medicine, my husband also didn't understand if he didn't give me medicine, so he didn't come home with the medicine, hopefully this can be used for future evaluation, oh yes, the pediatrician was a bit harsh when he told me, but his fierceness contained information. It's important if it's okay, so that parents are more aware of their children Thank you Doctor Indra, thank you RSUI Boyolali for helping me give birth comfortably and safely, I hope it will be more successful and blessed.

Sebelum periksa, baca-baca review dan pengalaman para pasien berobat di sini kok bagus-bagus semua. Katanya orang-orang sih juga bagus. Masak sih RS baru di Boyolali sebagus itu pelayanannya. Akhirnya aku coba, sekali, 2 kali dan ini udah ke 3 kali kontrol di sini. Ternyata memang bagus: pelayanannya ramah sejak dari depan, perawatnya care, dokternya ramah & antusias saat konsultasi. Cepat dan mudah juga pendaftarannya dengan mobile JKN, tak perlu antri dan nunggu lama. Semoga dapat terus mempertahankan pelayanannya kepada pasien.

Fasilitas oke baik. Tapi pelayanan ranap untuk perawatnya lambat. Masih muda tapi nggak ramah. Kurang cekatan juga. Pengalaman ke-2 ranap .. sama saja dari awal

Pelayanan sangat lambat!! Tidak memuaskan. Bagus ditempat aja. 3 hari opname ga ad sama skali dokter Visit!!!

Alhamdulillah, pleasant service. All health workers are polite, responsive and friendly. The birth of the SC was assisted by Dr. Indra SpOG who was really good. Kemrin took VIP for a very nice room, all the facilities were well used, the place was clean, comfortable and the food was very good for nutrition.. success always to RSI Islam Boyolali and all its health workers 🙏

First time coming here and immediately disappointed!! Check your child's dipoly. Instead of the child being examined, the doctor became angry with his grandmother. Who blames this and that. Very unfriendly and inappropriate. All parents definitely want to accompany their children every moment, especially when they are still toddlers. And if the parents are still busy working and the child is accompanied by his grandmother, is that a fatal mistake?? How come you casually say you don't want to know if your parents work or not? Indeed, the doctor wants to pay for my child's needs. If the parents don't work! The doctor's job is to check what needs to be checked! Not judging someone's life. To the point of blaming why my child was on formula from the age of 2 weeks. All mothers also want the best for their children!! If the situation doesn't allow it, why should the doctor blame him like that! The position of my mother who was fasting to accompany her grandson who was sick because I was working. Instead of getting good service. The friendly one. But you only get insults!!! A doctor, let alone a pediatrician, should not behave like that!! REMEMBER, DOC! NOT ALL PARENTS ARE LUCKY TO BE ALWAYS ACCOMPANYING THEIR CHILDREN!! Because many of them have to work for their needs!!!!!
