    selalu ga puas sama pelayanan disini, para pegawainya tidak ramah, kurang cekatan, antrian panjang, udah tahu pasien banyak tapi tidak bisa sat set nanganin pasien, disini yang kurang banget dibagian pendaftaran, untuk dokter alhamdulillaah selalu ketemu dokter yang baik dan friendly, kalau bikin bpjs aku saranin jangan disini. dulu pernah barengan sama pasien ugd DAN MEREKA (PEGAWAI) SANGAT KURANG CEKATAN MENANGANI PASIEN UGD !! pasien udah lemah di kursi masih di suruh nunggu dan engga segera diberi penanganan !

    Very good health facility 1. In terms of service, facilities and cleanliness, it's really great. The doctor is kind & friendly, the nurse & cashier too. The best. I didn't make a mistake in choosing GH2 as my first health facility. For pregnant women who use BPJS, don't forget to bring your FC KTP & BPJS, and bring the pink KIA book too. BPJS doesn't cover the 80K ultrasound. But I think it's really worth it. Compare it to East Kalimantan, the price is a lot higher hahaha

    Pelayanan baik dan ramah tapi sistemnya sangat lambat, kemarin imunisasi in bayi disana padahal pasien prioritas tapi tidak di prioritaskan, nunggu sangat lama jika nunggu bersama orang2 sakit bayi bisa saja tertular, harusnya beda jalur. Dokter umum juga sering keluar2 menyebabkan banyak antrian. Tolong di tingkatkan lagi sistem kerjanya. πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ» Tolong di perbaiki jangan hanya meminta maaf πŸ™πŸ»

    Thank God, today the service is faster. It's not like it used to be very slow. In the past, priorities were actually lastπŸ˜…. Now priorities are priorities. Hopefully the service can always be this good.

    Even though the queue was quite long, I liked the service When I arrived, I was asked whether I had BPJS or not, so in the end I used BPJS. The doctor is also friendly Maybe in the future a solution can be found so that the queues won't be as long

    That's all the medicine. Even though I checked there several times. Whether it's my husband, me, or my child. Certainly the medicine is the same even though the complaints felt are different. I even memorized the medicine. It would be better if the online booking facility was abolished. I've booked the check queue twice via WA. But the message is only read. Without any further response.

    Pelayanannya lama banget,, lagi hamil milih antrian yang prioritas tapi lebih cepet yang antrian biasa,, padahal datengnya duluan sy Terus bedanya prioritas sama non prioritas apa?? Klo cepet yang biasa

    Every time I come here, the service is always excellent, even though there is a priority list and the front queue is only 2-3 people but the service takes a very long time. Other reviews apparently also complained about the service taking a long time too, apparently there hasn't been any improvement πŸ₯Ί patients are waiting. Nurses were also heard talking loudly.

    The service is very bad, so my wife asked for a referral letter to get rid of family planning, it's not allowed. She said, if you want to do promil, you can't, but if you can do it for control, it's really strange that this is a hospital, even though other hospitals give it to you if you want to ask for a referral letter for promil. . Only here what's strange is that if you want to get pregnant you can't. I swear it doesn't really make sense. It's really bad to use BPJS from here.

    Very bad service, slow. In the past, my sick nephew was so pale he didn't do anything, he didn't even get an IV drip. The nurse and doctor were there, in the end, my niece and nephew were immediately taken to Jati Husada because her sister also worked at Jati Husada and immediately given treatment.
