I visited this hotel on the first of may - 2nd of may. Here are the details of my disappoinment: 1. My visit was opened with an unfriendly reception staff when I was asking about check-in times. I know exactly, that the check-in time is clearly at 2, I asked if it was possible to do an early check-in. This is normal in the hotel world. The face of staff isn't friendly at all. 2. I visited hundreds 4 star hotel in Indonesia, but this time was the worst breakfast buffet experience ever. All of the fnb are empty (picture attached). It took almost 20-30 minutes to refill the food and drinks. Even just for chocolate milk (something that you even don't make). I already gave a direct complaint to the staffs, then it still took 10 minutes to refill all of the food. The live cooking (egg station, bakmi Jawa, everything else) is so slow. Lastly, all of the food is under seasoning and the selection of the menu is ridiculous. No available proteins for breakfast. Hopefully this review can be a great change for Atria. Thank you.

decent place, modern look, good services. I used all three ballroom available for my post-wedding lunch event. The service from one of their sales are amazing. She prepared everything, ensure I got what I need, gave me reasonable suggestion, prepare me and family a room to prep, extremely helpful. Go find Nathasya if you happen to have inquiry in Atria Hotel. she will assist you with tremendous service and very responsive.

Awesome service, helpful & friendly staff, spacious & well maintained room, good facilities and it has nice view to highlands from pool and rooms floors. Very recommended hotel. It will be much better if the hotel upgrade the swimming pool to infinite pool.

I visited this place. I'm not the one who stayed the night here, it was my cousin's family. I saw the room and it's nice. Comfortable to spend the night, the location also quite strategic, close to the centre of the city and the only one mall in Magelang city, Artos Mall, but it may be difficult for you to go to Artos by car or motorbike straight from Atria because you should cross the road which is dangerous enough, you'll understand when you see it yourself. It's much saver if you just cross the road by walk through the zebra cross when the red light's on. Probably sounds weird for you haha, but in my opinion, it is saver for you to cross the road by walk rather than by any vehicle. Anyway, the building and interior in Atria was nicely done. One thing, the food. It is overall delicious, but the bread for breakfast that I heard from my cousin, was not very enjoyable, the dough seems to be roughly mixed, so there's some texture that was a little unpleasant. And the vegetables need to be more thoroughly cleaned, because there was a pest on the leaves (might as well say it worm/caterpillar, I'm not sure which one because it was based on my cousin's experience). Those two problem are the only main problem I suppose, but overall, the hotel is suitable for you to stay, I can recommend you this place. I was just confused with the parking lot haha, but don't worry, there are securities that will help and tell you where to park. Hope you have a good time~!

Strategic location, near Artos Mall and Starbucks just 5 minutes on walk. The room was clean and cozy. The bathroom are great and also clean, there are swimming pool and gym on 3rd floor, so if you want to get them easily just req to stay on 3rd floor rooms. The room also has refrigerator, comfortable slipper, and a small couch. The food are great, I think you should try mie godog and soto semarang. The floor of the hotel hallway that has been installed with a velvet carpet so that it keeps the hallway free from the sound of footsteps. But for me there are only 1 minus poin, the chair legs were too squeak/making terrible noisy when to try to move the chair, they suppose to put rubber on the chair legs, so this could stop making noisy when the chair legs rub against the floor.

Finally arrived at Atria Hotel Magelang, the most fantastic hotel that is known for its hospitality. I couldn't believe my eyes when I got there, the warm welcome that they showed me.. I'm so touched by it!! All of them were soooo friendly and polite and sweet. You can tell that they are happy employees, the GM has done an excellent job then.. Hahahaa Checked in was smooth and fast, oh oh, you must try their welcome drink, delicious and refreshing!! My room was fantastic, spacious and clean with personal handwritten notes from the GM. A simple gesture for details is all what makes an excellent service unforgettable!! And the welcome cake platter, whoaa.. Sooooo tasty!!!!! Did a morning walk and ended up in Mount Tidar, a few meters from the hotel. Guys, need to be careful with the monkeys as plenty of them ( actually, one big ones were chasing me to the street ) 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Btw, do dress properly since I didn't know that the mountain is a religious site (showed up with a tank top and shorts) bad mistake 😅😅 yep, all eyes are on me.. Oh well.. Breakfast? You would think that all hotel food is the same?? Not this one tho! Go into the far left corner and look for Warung Mbok Mur stall, she'll cook you the best mie kuah (ask for a spicy one 😉). I ate 2 portions.. hahahaaa.. yep, that good!! I will always come back to this hotel when I visit Magelang again someday, I'm so impressed by it. Good hotel but the problem is parking area. Very tight and small parking space, either you scratch other car or your car being scratched if you are not careful. Limited security to assist. During our stay there were several events which made us as guest felt uncomfortable to get in and out of hotel.

A very nice & comfortable hotel. Also a very helpful & friendly hotel staff. Strategic location on Magelang main road, near of Artos Mall. The food from hotel restaurant also good. I don't tried the pool but it's a nice pool when I'm looking at. The only minor disadvantage is a little bit difficult to get car park in high season because their parking slot is too small to compare to the amount of hotel rooms.

Just checked in around 9.30 tonight, tired travelling with the kids from other city, and want to have some good rest but got very very disappointed with the hotel because giving twin bed as previously booked for double bed from traveloka. Such an unexpected experience in this hotel.

One of the good hotels in Magelang, with swimming pool and gym. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall we had a great time in this hotel.

Great place to stay! either business or vacation. Good location, nice meeting facilities. Spotlight for the 'Pojok Atria' though, where you can heal yourself after some busy day

The hotel located in center of Magelang, near to most culinary and perfect stop before visited tourist places. But their rooms are old and moldy. You could smell it when entering the room. Cleanliness really need to improve. Dust everywhere. Broken cupboard and the wall or wallpaper I guessed. Most of the staff are friendly. But I been asked to wait for room even I checked in around 9 PM, hilarious. I hope the management improve those things.

I stayed in suite room, but it didn’t feel at suite room at all. The room is so tiny, dark, and look old. So many stain at the bathroom, looks like the bathroom had not been cleaned well. This hotel need more improvement and maintenance. I prefer to stay at other 4 stars hotel located next to Atria, that connect to shopping mall.

Went here for meetings, rooms and meeting space are good but service is a little bit slow. The food is average. The room price is also a little bit high for magelang city.

Stay in this hotel for 1 night. When I was arrived in the lobby there ia no bellboy who offering help to bring the stuff. For the room light quite bright. For the toilet room I think I got leak closet since our toilet always wet. For the pool not so clean well.
