Overall it's a nice place, but i think they hire a wrong construction company to build it, there are many imperfections like the bad tile choice, gaps and bad finishes in the corners and seams, the bathroom door does not use proper coating that made it moldy, for the price i can't not notice those

Really bad service, not well managed. From entrance until the room. Please, Safira Hotel Management, be wise to give order and train them, so the visitor could be served well using hearted hospitality. Food here is not too good, the taste is not rich, like a low market food. Please, do it better in every detail in Hotel hospitality.

Quite good. Not disappointing although not excellent either. Good enough for ordinary travellers to get a decent room for sleep and taking bath. Magelang is a nice city to explore, so why do you want to spend too much time in the room?

This hotel is great. I came here in Ramadhan, and they provide delicious all-you-can-eat foods for suhoor. The receptionists and waitresses are kind and lovely. It's near Magelang town square and not too far from Artos, the famous mall in the city. They provide a complete toiletries and the tv cable. The price is also reachable. The view near hotel is great and the morning situation is peaceful and cool. You can see the fog in the morning until 6 a.m.

It's okay but can be improved

Old fashioned hotel. Bathroom a little bit small, the bathroom tile slippery when wet, the partition between shower and toilet just a sheet of 6 mm glass mounted to the wall. I think the management should have more concerned about guest safety in bathroom. Beside that, all are okay.

not-so-clean bathroom. what i disappointed the most is the breakfast. i asked for an omelette at 8am (the breakfast time is ended at 10) and they said it was out of stock. and the kacang merah is not cooked yet.

I've got a room which has cracks over the walls and Bed Cover with yellowish stain and holes....and the blankets made my allergies active...but the bathroom and toilet works well (hot waters available) sadly no liquid soap provided only shampoo and little soap bar and standard dental kits...the location is easy to spot but sadly it is near military facility so most of the time there were a lot of military students going in and off the bus in front of or near this hotel...so if you're a little bit antsy with military students like me you will not be able to relax even though the hotel is surrounded with restaurant, Cafe, and mini market...and staying in my room for the entire day was not an option for me. But perhaps if you told the receptionist they will fix your room for you, because their respond is quite good....sadly the hotel restaurant did not provide early to rise guests for early omelette...the food is good enough though.
