A warm welcome is felt when arrived at this hotel, the staff are friendly. even thougt it's old hotel but managed by new management "Azana" so its able to keep up with the times. completed fasilities with swimming pools, playgrounds, tennis courts and parks make this hotel more beautiful. breakfast is varied with delicious taste. The staffs are friendly and it has complete facilities such as meeting room, swimming pool, tennis court, playground and park. so refreshing.. Parking area available in front of each room. The location just across Artos Mall. Tasty breakfast and great service. But the room not clean enough and smells not nice especially for the bathroom.

Stayed here for couple nights and had satisfying experience, please note I got the room only price at a good deal so it plays a role as well in this review. Located at very much strategic location, across the hotel there is the only mall in the city where any travellers can get almost anything they need and also easy to find since situated on the intersection as well. Service wise, the staff is friendly and attentive enough to what we need, like when we asked for morning call at 4am since we need to cacth sunrise the next morning, the staff did the call and even mentioned the time when he called our room for the morning call. It is just the room that need more improvements, since we stayed in the standard deluxe room it is nearby the function rooms and the sound from outside is leaking to our room. It will be great if it can be more sound-proof. Beside of that, the water heater also needs about 5 mins to warm-up, which is not practical for morning quick shower.

Lucky for my family to stay here. I get a lot of surprise from the Hotel. First I get the give away grom IG Front One Hotel Magelang, then I get free upgrade room from deluxe to deluxe suite room. Full service. Easy location when I have to send gofood or gosend something. Fun swimming with great Pool. Near Artos mall, just accross the street. What a lovely holiday for this end of year. Very convinience experince to stay here, located in the centre of city, mall nearby and good view toward tidar hill. And very competitive price. Bali United team was stayed here that nights I also stayed here.

Good service Because I come with my grandmother that She can't walk and having breakfast Upstairs, my grand mother just wants to take away the food the waiter (Raga) and his friends helpful and prepared. Really excellent service. We are happy😄 thank🙏💕 a lot to care my Grandma.

It's always feeling good to stay over night here esp if you can get a more private room by the pool or not in the main tower. What thing gets me bit uncomfortable to stay is the wall which is not a real wall, because you can hear your next door talking.It happens in some rooms on the first and second floor on the corridor by the lobby😆😆😆
