We recently moved to Mills River so I was like looking for a massage therapist close by. I found Mills River Spa so I called for appointment. This place is extremely clean, very friendly staff and they cover all types of nail, hair and body needs. I made an appointment with Wendy for a massage; this was an incredible massage. She is a former massage therapist for a chiropractic office. She can make you relax while working those sore spots. I highly recommend Mills River Spa and especially Wendy!

I was so amazed after one massage with Wendy. I have had massages before, and good ones as well, but her massage left me immediately feeling so relaxed and energized!! She knows how to manipulate the areas that need more attention. She is always in tune with me as to more pressure/less pressure. BUT when she brought out the hot salt stone....I think I left this earth for a few minutes!!! I have had three massages so far, and will continue because my body has never felt so relaxed, and my mental clarity has improved. I HIGHLY recommend Wendy for a great massage. :)

Professional, clean, and went out of their way to make room for a walk in appointment. I love the resin nails. They are so much stronger and natural looking. Thank you ladies. I will be back when I return to town.

Wonderful! Hubby gave me a massage session for Christmas. Wendy was excellent. Left feeling relaxed and refreshed. In addition to massage, they offer manicures, pedicures, facials, hair stylists and a sauna. I cant wait to try them all!

My massage with Wendy was absolutely incredible!! She’s very talented and was able to combine massage therapy and stretching to relieve SO much pain in my lower back. I highly recommend her for any kind of massage— relaxation, deep tissue, injury pain relief. Thank you, Wendy!! The spa was also incredibly clean and had such a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Had my first massage ever. Booked with Wendy for an hour long session. She made sure to ask about my preferences and then gave her own opinions and advice. I have high anxiety and was very nervous. The whole staff made me feel welcomed. Very clean facility!

I had the most fabulous deep tissue massage with salt rocks from Wendy this week! First time with her and she relieved issues that have been around 30 years!!! I have my next appt. already booked. The SPA is beautiful, relaxing and I can't wait to experience other services they provide.

I've been a client at the Spa at Mills River for several years. Amber has an excellent facility and staff. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Rachel for the first time as she pampered me with a fabulous pedicure. It was such a wonderful experience. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Her technique is superb and she is a very pleasant person. I highly recommend her service.

It’s been 3 years since my last pedi and Lauren Holt and the team at The Spa were wonderful at bringing the toes back to beautiful. Overall a lovely experience and I highly recommend this spa
