Never really had a bad word to say abut this dentist but, recently tried to get in and was told they would ring me back in an hour, did that call ever come, NO. Rang again 2 hours later and was told I'll have a word with the Dentist to see what we can do, still another 2 hours later and no call back, wouldn't say I'm disappointed in my Dentist but who's ever in control of reception.

Went for my appointment with my son to be told it had been cancelled 2 days previously. No call from the practice to cancel although a nurse had put a note on to say she had contacted me and cancelled the appointment 🙃. Never happened.

Done my crown and it fell out 4 times in 3 month period and each time the dentist put it back without any change to it! Went in for my last appointment and the receptionist was on the phone for 20 mins and nobody was there to check me in! Once she checked me in, I had to wait 50 minutes past my appointment time to be seen(wondering if they'd have seen me if I'd turn up 50 mins late) Absolute joke, Was my last time going there!! NOT RECOMMENDED

Been a patient here for many years. Now my children are also patients. Never had an issue with waiting times, staff or patient care. My children were scared of routine checks but the dentist/dentist nurse were outstanding with them. Now they have no fears. Couldn't ask for a better service. Thank-you all for making my girls and me happy.

Long wait times. Always overbooked. Leaves dentist forced to do rushed jobs. Was told my tooth problem was stress related as i was pregnant but I didnt agree with her which then led to an xray which proved I was right. My fill in was gone on a very deep hole. Had I listened to the dentist I would still be suffering.

Would like to share/discuss my resent experiences as a wheelchair user, long term illness patient ,with the manager ,but don’t see a platform for this! I may need to voice my concerns in public.until then.

Been with this dentist for years an called up to get appointment for wisdom tooth that is currently ripping my mouth open. Only to be offered an appointment in September seriously what a joke this place is.

The most loveliest dentist. Works her very best to make sure her job is 100% perfect and that we are 100% happy with her work she has provided with the best aftercare advice. She makes me comfortable each and every time highly recommended. 💕
