When
I
first
stepped
through
the
doors
of
primal
I
was
an
injured
runner
and
cyclist,
after
months
of
physio
I
had
been
advised
not
to
run
and
cycling
aggravated
my
sciatica,
so
I
needed
to
find
something
else
that
would
help
strengthen
my
body
from
years
of
running.
Despite
being
incredibly
active
I
had
never
lifted
a
weight
before
I
started
training
at
Primal
and
that
was
extremely
daunting.
Almost
three
years
later
I
am
still
training
at
Primal,
progressing
at
Olympic
Weightlifting.
The
coaches
at
Primal
are
really
know
their
stuff
and
are
passionate
about
their
clients
and
always
encouraging
them
to
improve,
individual
training
plans
are
developed
for
each
client.
They
are
always
on
hand
to
guide
you
through
your
workouts,
always
observing
and
tweaking
technique,
which
is
invaluable
when
doing
the
Olympic
weightlifting.
Primal
have
created
a
very
special
brand,
the
training
facility
is
first
class
and
there
is
a
real
sense
of
community
at
Primal,
this
has
really
been
developed
through
the
semi-private
training,
where
you
are
training
with
other
clients
who
are
from
all
different
backgrounds
and
ages.
This
has
meant
training
has
a
more
social
aspect,
you
don’t
just
turn
up
and
train
then
go
home.
Training
at
Primal
has
totally
changed
the
way
I
approach
exercise,
in
the
past
I
would
run
5
-6
times
a
week
now
I’m
lucky
if
I
get
out
for
two
runs
a
week,
but
have
been
known
to
train
at
Primal
5
days
a
week!
I
love
everything
about
Primal,
once
you
step
through
the
door
you
will
not
want
to
leave!
