Not
happy
at
all!
I
sent
an
email
of
my
teeth
for
the
dentist
to
look
at.
Well,
apparently,
receptionist
did
and
she
called
me
very
rude
and
condescending
in
her
tone.
Id
asked
for
a
dentist
to
advise
if
I'm
a
candidate
for
crowns
on
the
nhs
due
to
another
dentist
telling
me
restoration
work
must
be
done
soon
to
ovoid
the
damage
getting
to
my
roots,
resulting
in
tooth
loss.
So
she
calls
like
"according
to
our
records
you've
not
even
been
since
2014!"
With
this
tone
and
I'm
like?
Er,
no
and
explained
iv
been
referred
back
to
maxiofacial
not
even
long
ago
by
their
dentist?
So
she
had
the
wrong
person.
Yet
she
continued
with
her
condescending
tone
and
instead
said
"well
according
to
our
records..you're
a
my
options
patient
so
you
don't
qualify
no!
So
I
said
what
about
nhs?
Continued
with
a
now
obvious
snotty
and
rude
and
sort
of
laughing
tone
except
not
actually
laughing.
Sort
of
like
she's
getting
off
on
this?
So
no
they're
not
taking
on
nhs
patients.
So
I
said
OK
I'll
look
for
one
who
will
and
I
can
tell
she's
buzzing
when
she
said
OK.
And
ended
the
call!
Listen
you!
My
teeth
are
a
show
thanks
to
nhs
dentists
destroying
them!
Thanks
to
covid
and
no
appointments!
You
want
me
to
pay
you
privately
speaking
to
me
like
that?
You
can
get
lost!
Will
be
finding
a
new
dentist
and
btw
I'm
inheriting!
So
I
will
be
paying
privately
for
crowns
if
I'm
not
accepted
for
restoration
on
the
nhs
but
if
you
think
I'd
see
you
again
after
speaking
to
me
like
that,
you
thought
wrong!
Typical
snotty
dentist
or
should
I
say
receptionist,
doing
the
bare
minimum
and
wanting
a
fortune!
Off
to
instanbul.
You
don't
deserve
my
money
and
will
not
even
see
you
again
for
a
check
up!
Can't
believe
the
state
of
my
teeth
and
she
didn't
even
advise
a
check
up!
She
was
that
determined
to
look
down
her
phone
at
me
she
just
said
OK
and
ended
the
call
when
I
said
I'd
look
for
an
nhs
option?
Absolutely
disgusting
way
to
speak
to
patients!
Lose
my
number!
No
it's
not
a
mistake
and
I
find
it
odd
with
each
negative
complaint
the
patients
can't
be
found?
I
had
an
appointment
in
February,
I
obviously
have
the
txts
it
was
at
1400,
then
one
in
March
at
1450
and
an
emergency
appointment
as
stated
I
paid
90/95
for
2
minutes
in
the
seat
to
be
referred
back
to
maxiofacial.
I
assume
the
confusion
is
the
txts
say
caroline
and
my
name
is
Carolyn.
Not
that
I
blame
you
for
that
it
seems
to
be
a
Liverpool
thing
that
no
one
understands
that
Carolyn
isn't
a
dialect
it's
a
totally
different
name
to
caroline
and
it
doesn't
matter
how
many
times
I
say
Carolyn
they
repeate
back
caroline.
