The new service checkouts are a bit annoying due to the long queues, but they are very reliable. The store has good safety and a good café too

The Clubcard has put me off shopping there. I see a Clubcard sign and decision is made not to buy. Haven't got a card as I am a minimalist. Tesco should offer everyone their best prices without faffing with an app or remembering the card. I was surprised how expensive my shop was avoiding the Clubcard price stickers. Most of the items I purchased had Aldi price match stickers but still works out a lot more expensive than Aldi.

Cafe was clean & tidy, staff were pleasant. I had smashed avocado on sourdough, nicely presented & tasty. Was disappointed with the kids meals, at £3.25 I thought it was reasonable until it appeared. Main was mac & cheese in a tiny bowl, chips (4 chips) & a tiny bowl of sweetcorn, & a mini apple juice. My daughter is 8 but this meal is more aimed at a toddler portion. Overpriced for the amount of food provided.

On Thursday the 6th October I was with my nephew when I got into difficulty and stopped breathing thankfully to the amazing staff inparticually the mobile phone staff and an off duty nurse they managed to save my life and I'm here today. I CAN NOT EXPRESS how AMAZING there QUICK THINKING and RESPONSE was and I will be forever indebted. If any one would happen to know the nurse I would be greatful as heads up. You guys went above and beyond and feel this should be recognised throughout your company. My family and myself will be forever greatful. So much love. ❤️

I went to the mobile phone section of the store in Litherland today and was so happy with the service I received. I had a charging problem with my contracted phone and the two girls there sorted me out in less than 10 minutes. They diagnosed the cause of the problem and fixed it. So happy and it didn't cost me a penny! I live in Lancashire and even so, will go back again if I need to, as the service was superb. Thank you!

The security guy on the entrance is so rude, he was herding everyone in like cattle and said something under his mask because I stopped to clean my trolley & gel hands before entering the store. Hygiene leaves a lot to be desired in the middle of a pandemic. He should be doing the opposite and asking people to at least gel their hands 😡

Excellent store plenty of choice with nice staff but typically of business,s like these they contribute to the Tory party and do not pay their staff for working bank holidays, disgusting I think, no wonder they make so much profit whilst their staff claim top up,s for their wages.

Went with my wife shopping. Decided to have a coffee. Clean cups on top of the drinks machine, full of flies. Went few days later with my brother for a sandwich. Same thing, clean cups full of flies for some reason. Cakes not covered. Staff look as though they may have won the lottery but lost the ticket.

I wasn’t allowed to go in at 11:45 when it clearly says “we are open till 12” this is unfair on people that travel from far in hope the Tesco will be open. Either change your time or allow people to come in till 12.

Tills are a joke long queues no staff to operate the tills. Closes one door at peak times so causes congestion trying to exit the store.

Could someone let the Guy who runs the Fresh Fish counter that I've just had the best Fish I've ever tasted. I was making Batter for the first time after buying Fresh Fish for the first time. He chose the Fish, prepped it all proper and give me a few tips. He left me feeling actually happy and confident. I walked away smiling. Which is very very rare in these days. I've just had the best Fish I've ever had. Thank you so much. Cheers.

Im exempt from wearing a mask because of my bronchial asthma and anxiety and the security guard kept hounding me to wear a mask ordering me that its compulsory i understand the covid virus going but he has to realise that hounding me even though I am exempt and with my exemption card kicks off my anxiety and so I left and had a panic attack on the bench i shopped elsewhere which was understanding and accepting of my exemption card and no mask i will not ever be going to tesco ever i used to love it i was constantly shopping in there but now im shopping elsewhere

Was told I couldn't enter 10 minutes before closing by a very miserable looking employee. Terrible service! Obviously couldn't wait to get home and doesn't care about the customers
