The customer service is very poor specially the black short hair middle age,she schouted at me when I was going to the toilet that I could not use, I am disabled woman walking very slowly as I saw the sign very late, she could have come to me and tell me don't use the toilet. She didn't had to scream over the whole coffeeshop saying not to use the toilet, as diabled woman I got very embarrassed. I didn't say anything and walked back to my seat. She also kicked us out 20min early from the coffeeshop. She is mentally not stable and its not my first time in this coffeeshop I have witnessed with other customers, she has been very rude.

Me and auntie often go to this coffee shop, however it's been now 5months since we didn't go because we had a terrible experience with this lady that works here with short black hair and she is middle aged. She needs to be fired, first when we entered the coffee shop she started looking at us and without hallo or anything the lady straight shouted and told me, you got a bag with a sandwich you can't eat this here you need to buy it from this coffee shop. I told her my aunty has her gluten free sandwich in here so she will have this and obviously I will get a sandwich from here as soon as we sat down in front of everyone she started shouting at us and saying you need to sit outside not here. She literally kicked us out in front of others and said to take the coffee that she prepared for us with us and drink it outside!?! For this reason, because of her I have not gone to this coffee shop for 5 months even though I go to strand every other day as I live so close to it, so the other day I had to go to this coffee shop again thinking she would be fired but no she was still standing there preforming her outstanding 1star customer service shouting at each and every customer like its a prison, as soon as I saw her, I came out back from the coffee shop and went straight to another coffee shop which is further down. Please fire this lady!

Lots of tasty vegan food options (no cakes though, unfortunately!) which was a nice surprise. Great staff, very friendly and efficient. Really good and hot coffee selection!

Where do I start……..The staff need in-depth customer service training, this is the second time I’ve been here, the first time I had the woman with the short hair say “urgh you not a vegan are you” because I asked for a milk alternative. The second time was this morning with my little lad & his mum, the two younger staff (Young lad & female) are a farce. As they where doing my drink I could see & hear them laughing because I wanted something other than Milk, the young woman then looked at my sons mum and started sniggering, I’m guessing this was because she was brightly dressed. They only stopped because they realised I was watching. And then to top it off they started ridiculing people who where walking past the shop, commenting on what they were wearing.

One star is too much for this place we went there to eat as we been going there for more then 5 weeks none said nothing today they came and said to leave can’t eat there you need to buy something first that Lady with short back and side is really racist she needs leave from there and get a life. Please next time be more respectful or learn how to speak to people. We asked nicely can we speak to the manager and the girl on the phone replied no you can’t speak to the manger. We asked why she said we just can’t I think this is disgusting you should be aloud to speak to the manger about an issue that is what they are there for. Personally there needs to be a change of staffing.

My watering hole was ‘ a must’ this morning earlier than usual. Being bereaved I just had to escape the house for my usual large caramel latte (later followed by a smaller sized version and bacon and Brie toasted butty..another unemotionally. Biased 5* again.

Have visited several times. It has become ‘my local’. I even had a second cup today, tended to by two personable young ladies.I enjoyed the coffee ‘per se.’

Must say love the place and the staff friendly and helpful best cup if tea in bootle real leaf tea in a proper teapot and cup my husband says best coffee ever praise indeed coming from him keep up the good work guys and ladies

Went today for the first time and won’t be going back in a hurry. Member of staff on the till was sullen, too busy chatting to her mate to be friendly then overcharged me - I didn’t notice until the lady making the drinks (the one staff member who actually spoke to me) thought she’d made me the wrong drink but it turned out I’d just been charged for a different one that was more expensive. She got the till staff to refund me the difference and I had to correct her when she tried to refund me too little - not sure if this is a scam or she just can’t add up. Coffee was fine but nothing special for the price Bad points- quite expensive, sulky staff, overcharged. Good points- plenty of seating, comfortable, one member of staff friendly and on the ball.

Went here with my daughter on November 1st . Customer service was NIL , politeness NIL , staff were rude shoo was filthy all three members of staff were on their phones when there was food all over the floor , tables were dirty . We did not get Please or Thankyou . DUSGUSTING

Great service, staff were friendly and patient when my mate went to get money. Milkshakes are great value for money, as well. Would deffo recommend to my mates.

Been in quite a few times, nice atmosphere, only downside is the tables and chairs are quite close together and can be a bit of a struggle if there's someone next to you and you need to leave

the woman with the black short back and sides is really rude horrible attitude was shouting at me telling me i can’t eat food there unless i’m a customer so i bought a coffee and started eating then she came round again with ten times more attitude screaming i’ve just told you before which i think is really silly because she said only if you’re a customer so me buying a coffee was me being a customer but apparently i still couldn’t eat i just thought it was embarrassing to be so rude and loud in her own workplace. the coffee was loverly tho x

Better than costa very clean and the staff give first class service my regular coffee shop

Really nice pot of tea , the coffee aroma in the air smells delightful, but am a tea man, with a slice of lemon drizzle sponge , hot chocolate and chocolate brownie for my daughter, all was excellent, quality is key, pay extra pennies but get what you pay for, although it's pretty good value for money and the staff were more than helpful

Called in this morning passing by, glad I did. Lovely calming atmosphere and quiet place to chill for abit. The staff were very polite and seen to people right away and cleared the tables promptly. Defiantly be making another visit soon
