    disgusting attitude towards patients, unfriendly, unwillingness to help and even listen, do not pay attention to symptoms and complaints (tremor of the eyelids, painful spasms of the muscles on the face and in the throat that take your breath away). the last case just threw me off balance .. the doctor on the phone just hung up. outrageous rudeness! our whole family got sick, positive tests, acute symptoms of omicron .. I think it is very dangerous when the sense of smell is lost when a person has a serious loss of vision and a bunch of other health problems.. It's very sad at this difficult time.

    Disgusting racists reception ,booked 2 appointment and went for registration told you have no appointment. Showed the slip given to me then said some one cancelled the appointment ,did you callk and cancelled big questions ? Replied no .. oh some one cancelled we donot know why. If they don't know who knows. Simple I can answer what is their Disgusting problem .it is my colour. Came to India and 200 years , but now seeing us unpleasant for them. What a great service.

    No help disgusting behaviour of receptionist my partner went in at 8 this morning for a doctor to ring me told some one will ring me this morning so rang them bk she said any time up to 1 oclock dont feel well they are not arsed been put on tablets also diabetic the side affects are really bad and i have been left to suffer yet again will be putting a conplaint in all i no is the womans name is joanne dame right cheeky on the phone dont recomend the receiptionist speak to you like dirt

    What a joke of a surgery! I wish I had taken my time to read all these reviews before registering myself and my child. No matter the time you call, you’ll be on hold for over 30 minutes!! I have been trying to call them rather than going to the surgery due to my working schedule and it has been IMPOSSIBLE to reach them! Even if you call after 10 am, they’ll never pick up the phone!! What an actual nightmare!! 111 picks up faster than they do!!

    Terrible attitude towards patients. There is no way to make an appointment if the child is sick. I think they should have compassion for the sick.

    I've been on the phone all morning trying to get through to the receptionist... finally get through and 30mins and still on hold... I care for 2 people and just don't have the time to call this surgery all morning...I dread to think what emergency could escalate because of this poor service 😢

    Called to authorise someone else to speak on my behalf, been told they don’t have time to speak with me and I should send an email instead. I didn’t know this is how it works now?! Or maybe just racist receptionist.

    I'm healthcare professional myself and am appalled at how rude the receptionist staffs are and how they are unable to differentiate clinical issues that can be managed by WIC and 111 with those that must be dealt with GPs.

    Rang at 8am told to ring back at 1oclock for a late appointment as was not home from work till 1 on hold at 1 for 20 mins then told no appointments left if your working dont bother with this doctor waste of time change i am as you can never get one

    Absoloute joke of a doctors can never get through or put the phone down have to keep ringing then when you do there's no apps available all week how can appointments go for a whole week when it's ring at 8 on the day yet you walk past the surgery and it's empty then the you get go walk in from the reception staff

    Receptionist very unhelpful and uncooperative and very inappropriate. As I walked away from reception both receptionists turned to each other and started talking about me as I walked away. So embarrassing and these unprofessional busy bodies are the face of the clinic. An absolute embarrassment to the NHS
