    This is a great Starbucks. It is in a good location and it is a decent size. It has quite a bit of seating and it is not overly crowded for the most part. They even have outdoor seating in case you do go and feel overcrowded. The employees are nice as well and keep the place clean. It is a refreshing Starbucks to come to. Defiantly a good addition to the area.

    When I don't make my own espresso, I normally search for small local coffee shops but I will grab Starbucks in a pinch. This new location is my favorite Starbucks of all the ones that I've been to in Utah. The inside has a really inviting vibe, with plenty of different seating areas to suit your fancy. Every time I have been, it has been meticulously clean and well-staffed. I am a fan of the Nitro Coconut Cold Brew, and this is the only location I've found in the valley thus far that has the Nitro. The maximum wait, I've experienced at this location has been 5 minutes. If you're a fan of Starbucks, give this location a try.

    This location needs to get better with listening to the customers order. Every time I've been there, my order has not been correct. Also they really need a lot of work on their beverage recipes and routines. I have yet had a drink made right! I used to work at Starbucks, so I can understand what goes on behind the counter at Starbucks. But this is a little ridiculous that the "Starbucks standard" has totally gone out the window with this location. Come on guys, it's not rocket science. The quality of your drinks totally reflect the kind of "partners" you have running that store. It's not only disappointing but also frustrating. You guys are obviously getting paid to not do your job right. And that's sad.

    Waited in line while the car ahead of me was at the window for 15 minutes...I waited for other cars as well, but 15 minutes. I asked about it when I made it up there and they said someone was training and it was a large order. Ok, I get it, but then they handed me my drink and 3/4" was missing off of the top. I was not a happy person. Hope you guys can do better than that in the future. At least give me what I paid for!!!

    First they got my order wrong when i got to the window then i had to wait for it to be made correct after waiting in line for 20 mins. Espresso are expensive and i paid for shots of espresso in my drink and none was in it. It says on the paper on the cup but it was not inside the frap i have a picture of one of the drink the venti one was my sister and she said no espresso in it either but i order 2 shots in her and 1 in mine

    This location used to be my favorite location staff are very friendly but lately new staff of o don’t know what up with them always having a bad attitude with customer I came today to get my quad espresso and my order very clear having a whipping on top they forget to make it and giving me big attitude Three girl standing in there and slammed the door on me What did I do wrong I came to get my coffee and pay with my money Very bad customer service lately

    Bought 4 tall drinks for over $20 plus tip! and my drink had less then half in it. didn’t notice until I got home, definitely will not be coming back.

    Hands down the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I am writing this review based off EVERY single experience I have ever had from this location being a nightmare. This location is severely understaffed- EVERY time I come here. 3 employees scrambling & running around like chickens with their heads cut off! Big corporation that can’t pay their employees enough to come to work.. shame on you, do better Starbucks. 0/10 do not recommend!

    Review of drinks made correctly for this location: -2/2 Made correctly. They even messed up the remake. 0/1 I planned on doing this series of reviews strictly based on the drinks, but the barista was quick to remake it and inform me they are made in an environment with allergens so they deserve an extra star for they're efficiency.

    Horrible inside. If they are busy, do not be surprised to be ignored. Even if you are waiting at the register. All faces are looking down eagerly, trying to avoid you. I get busy Starbucks, we have all been to them. I've even been to ones in NYC, but they at least greet you. They at least try to make eye contact. The atmosphere felt like they just wanted you out of there. The drive thru is smoother, but you don't have to dp much with that. I fully prefer the Starbucks on 78s and 56 w. Friendly and efficient compared to here....

    I just ordered today and this is what I received. I noticed it was barely filled when I was gonna take a sip, I ordered just a plain matcha latte and nothing else, yet my drink wasn’t fully filled. Would’ve asked for another one if I wasn’t already on my way to work 😅

    Slowest Starbucks the valley. It’s been like this for years. Any other Starbucks I go to, which is several times a week, those stores seem to have it together because I never have to wait like I always do at this particular store. Maybe if the manager here actually knew how to do his job it wouldn’t be so bad.

    The customer service at this Starbucks is the worst that I've ever experienced from any Starbucks location. I've been there a couple of times hoping that they would have improved since it was a fairly new location, but so far that has been a waste of time. I always wait at least 10 - 15 minutes after I've paid at the drive up window... And they never communicate what the hold up is so half the time it leaves the customer feeling forgotten....

    Unfortunately its become a regular thing at this location to have my drinks not taste right, but this morning I asked for a Toasted Vanilla Shaken espresso, and again received a Brown Sugar shaken espresso. It's labelled correctly, but you can taste and see the toasted brown sugar. If it didnt happen 5 times, i probably wouldnt mind. Additionally, I asked the register person to redeem my Star points, and she charged me without redeeming. I was just hoping to get coffee and get to work early, but i needed to stop at a location closer to work in order to get the correct drink. Shout out to the Salt Lake location on 21st and State for being willing to replace my incorrect drink five times now.

    I ordered a Caramel Crunch Frappe at the drive thru. Just as I'm pulling away I add "can you please make it a decaf?" She says she'll change it. I have been ordering this particular frappe at Starbucks since they came out. Not only was it a cup of milk, it was missing any coffee at all. It was disgusting. I will not be visiting this Starbucks again. I don't understand why the only Starbucks that can ever get my drink right is a Starbucks in a Smiths Store. If I could return the gift cards I got for Christmas I would and find my Frappes somewhere else.

    Dirty, flies all over, overfilled trash cans, and staff sitting around between customers. I was there for an hour and 15 minutes and saw roughly 6 cuctomers come in. At one point three staff members were chatting in the waiting area, I asked if they had a fly swatter and was told no, but that they chase the flies around with a towel when they have time. Will not return to this location.

    Drive though takes forever, in the lobby takes longer. A bunch of young teens all goofing off and wasting customers money. Why are they singing through the drive through? Completely irresponsibly staffed and unmanaged. Such a shame.

    I went to the drive through at 5:55 and the girl at the drive up was so rude. She rolled her eyes when I got to the window for no reason not sure if she just had a bad day or what but it’s so disrespectful for a young lady to act like that. Then she shut the window on me so rudely took a sec to get me my coffee until she was done with her conversation and had me waiting at the drive up until I asked if anyone was there. I just hope she fixes her attitude or maybe not have her deal directly with customers.

    I will admit I dont usually drink starbucks but I took my son who has autism and we had an AMAZING experience! Super kind staff and really helpful. The coffee that they recommended was great tasting. I'm definitely a fan of Starbucks especially this location!

    Love my Starbucks !!! Since I'm disabled & take the bus to work,they see me walking across parking lot & usually have my cold brew ready when I walk in.They make me feel valued & I appreciate them.

    As someone else who works in the food and beverage industry I really don't aim to clock others for how they do their job.... however there is MAJOR difference between the 2 drinks here. I ordered a green iced tea and I was handed a lemonade. I asked the barista if this was green tea and looked right at me and they said YES.... clearly it is not green tea and they kept looking at me like I was wrong but clearly THEY HAVE 0 KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR OWN PRODUCT. The is the first and most important thing is to know your product and they failed horribly. I would never serve my customers a drink or food that didn't match what they ordered. I've been a barista for 5 years at Starbucks in thr past so either this company is encouraging now their baristas to not care or this location (not my first bad experience) is just not good. They fixed my drink but said sorry and moved on without even being sincere. We all want to pay for what we asked for and it's a shame knowing on their end there is 0 effort being made. Get it together!

    Starbucks hit a new low. I was already tired of paying $7 for cup of coffe. Today I ordered Venti White Moca as I usually do, I usually get it hot. I got to work and my cup is literally straight coffe, no sugar no milk. I paid premium for cup of black coffe. So I’m done with this place.
