These types of outlets are not that easy to find in Lonavala. It’s located at the same mall of Sunil wax museum. We ordered some burgers, drinks, fries, nuggets, and everything was yummy and nice. The washroom was also well maintained and clean. The café is very well maintained, clean, spacious, and has a good amount of sitting space. There is not that many options to choose from, but still it’s okay.

McD at lonavala stunned to see that. Great options for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner you mention it. Surprise to see everything on menu was available. Food was fresh and served hot. Cold coffee had it's different but good taste. Staff was polite and nice. Everything was clean and neat. Specially restroom was kept clean and in good condition. Mcspicy burger, chicken wrap was delicious. One thing to improve was ventilation, the fan or air conditioning was not good.

Very BAD experience at Lonavla’s only Mcd outlet. Very much offended by the staff. They closed dine in earlier then the time only because they cleaned it up earlier. So staff was not willingly attending the customer. Then i have asked for the combos and their foolish reaction was like they asked me the code of the combo because they don’t know it. They don’t have the product knowledge. Then they told me about the closing time so that we can complete our food by the time. After that i’hv asked for brown sugar sachets and got the answer of UNAVAILABLE. Having the outlet in tourist place doesn’t mean you can sell anything without hospitality concern or having any local staff without any training.

The reason i am giving 2 stars is because they refused to take my order of Mcdonalds app where i availed offer 1+ burger free,. One of the staff member was guiding me how to place avail the offer on app, and as soon as i was on the payments app, a senior staff told her not to place that order. This happened thrice, they just keep refusing app order placement, by saying that server is down, if its so why the app is allowing us to order.

Nice place to relaxing and refueling your gas, if you had a long journey. Here you can get free nitrogen gas for your Car.

This is the first outlet where I have seen the McDonald's app doesn't seem to work. We insisted them to at least enter the code manually they resist. They emphasize ordering it directly from them so that we can't redeem our offers. McDonald's to please look into this.

Well i have been there multiple times, food is as usual as other mcd branches however i dont know that whats wrong with their AC.. its always like hot boiler room there.. complained about it multiple times to the staff and after that on twitter too.. but didnt get any satisfactory response back from them. Whenever you book your dine in meal from the app they will serve as take away for you.. i dont know what is wrong but this has happened multiple times with me.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the McDonald's near Lonavala Railway Station while waiting for my train. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise during my four-hour layover. The first thing that struck me about this place was the courteous and friendly staff. Despite the constant flow of visitors, they managed to maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It made my brief stopover a lot more enjoyable. It is more than just a fast-food restaurant. It's a traveler's oasis offering good food, friendly service, and clean facilities. Food was awesome. Staff was also really helpful. They suggested us to order from app so that we can get combo offers and free fries.

As this location has seen improvements and additions what you see here hasn’t kept up with the times. The food isn’t bad, it’s just that it seems smaller for the price and the mass production of Mc D’s has not made tastier food. However, we do keep coming because the dining area and washroom is clean, we can get in and out without much hassle and our child enjoys the free balloons. Average but still worth a visit

Service was a bit slow and all requests were not catered to. However the burgers were great as always. Fries were quite soggy and not crisp at all. Overall decent experience.

It being only McDonalds in Lonavla I've found it to be crowded most of the times. Although decently spacious, overall clean, fast service and great staffs as always. Ample amount of parking in the basement and front. Would highly recommend this place for dine in and takeaways!

Great place, the staff here is very polite and helpful. They would take your order very fast and do not take much time to prepare it. The place has great ambience, so you can take pictures while your food is being prepared. The food quality is good also they keep the place much clean. Outside, you get a good parking space and if you visit at night you can enjoy the lighting inside the place and outside.

Impressed by the staff who were very vigilant but polite to make sure we all had our masks on and got our hands sanitized before entering the restaurant. The service too was quick but then we visited the place in the early hours of the morning when there was no rush. It's clean and was impressed that coffee was served in proper ceramic mugs.
