Utkarsha's Resort is a must visit. It's beautiful, spacious, comfortable with delicious food and excellent service. We were a family group of 25adults and 6 children (including Senior Citizens, Infants and Toddlers) and every single one of us enjoyed the uttmost. The dormitory rooms and beds were spacious, clean and comfortable. Also, Ac's working absolutely fine and bathroom and toilet sparkling clean. Every small detail was taken care of eg. Even providing clothes dry stand for each room. The lawn area made for a enjoyable evening space for games, music dance and barbecue. The pool is the main attraction, big and very clean. Can't wait for our second visit. Just awaiting the summer to pass as it is too hot there during the day due to open surrounding land.

One of the best resort I have visited till date. We were extremely satisfied by the resort . Everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very clean, with good ambience and mainly washrooms were superb. Food was amazing just loved each and every dish. The staff at this property were incredibly helpful and the amenities were great.They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable & enjoyable. I would highly recommend this resort to my colleagues.❤️❤️

Pros- Resort is relatively new, built on smaller land but has ample space n not claustrophobic.. has all the required amenities- AC, big family and small couple rooms, clean n tidy place, clean bedsheets n comforters, a big Varandah, big swimming pool, separate music n activity area with shed near the pool, surrounded by Nature, has a kitchen with staff, hot water kettle procided at night on request (common), drinking water available (we carried our own bottles). We were a group of 37 (5 kids) accomodated in 1 Dormitory, 2 family Rooms, 3 cpl rooms (other 1 smaller group in other rooms). Road (from Mumbai) to reach is in perfect shape, owner guided us to use good road hence avoided narrow lane on gmap. Market is at walkable distance 2km. We enjoyed cricket in lawn area, pool, badminton, carrom, (rain dance non operational n cricket area was non functional due to landslide). Place is absolutely clean n perfect for stay. Cons - Has electricity issues (common in Karjat) n generator available but not used during the day, inverter in place so fans lights work but no AC. Generator used at night if required so no power issues. Few small issues such broken toilet seat, couple room door keys don't work, one family room door lock was faulty, but these can be ignored. Although, it was a perfect place for our 1st get2gether since Covid, food (part of the package) was a big dissappointment - non veg (chicken sukha) was tasty but quantity served was too small (in buffet, only 2-3 chicken pieces per person) n silly restrictions such as no dal cooked for non-vegetarians..Chicken gravy had good taste but was too thin n watery. Veg food quality n service well below par (initial quantity served was 2 spoon only with 2 bhakris). For Dinner (mix veg and paneer bhurji) , we found really spicey (each of us found 6-7 pieces of chillies in 2 tablespoon mix veg served). We complained but no action was taken. (Actually no action on any of our complaints). Buffet containers were unheated so food got cold immediately. Although (at Hi-tea) unlimited tea was served, only two small buckets of good quality pakodas served (sufficient for only 20 out of 37) n the 3rd serving on request had only had all besan n less onion.. Poha at breakfast lacked onion and was cold.. Overall, we felt, food quantity cooked was too small as per total group size(s) or as per total guests present at the resort. May be they expect people to order more from their A La Carte menu (profitable). Regarding service, staff was good n cooperative (1-2 helpers), it seems that the host (owner) needs customer service training (need correction in language n tone). He was helpful, though, as he suggested a better Vada pav center (Dagade vada pav) enroute to Mumbai - a must have for karjat trip. Final words- Our dates were peak dates 13th Aug 1 night, everything was either sold out or not available or very expensive for one night, this host quoted us the lowest rate than other places and accepted 1 night booking, hence we landed here - we thank them for it. Resort rating 5 out of 5 as per cost paid Food rating 2 out of 5 ( avoid package food, avoid if vegetarian group). A good place with bad food service.. better to book without food at lesser cost n order from A La Carte menu (worth a try as we never ordered anything from it).

The place is perfect for a group outing .Nice location surrounded by greenery,awesome homely food,hygienic rooms and pool with music make stay more fun .The stay was comfortable and enjoyable at the same time .Will recommend it for sure .

This review will be quiet long. Intially I have given one star because I was not able to do the booking as I was not getting proper response from the resort owner for my calls and messages. Still I tried connecting with them as I was obsessed with the google review and youtube vlogs about this place and finally got the booking for my family of 8 people. We got the welcome drink once we reached the resort and were greeted humbly by Mr. RAJ who is the resort owner. Yes we discussed about giving one star and he do clarified that it happens because his dad mostly takes the booking and since he was abroad there was the communication problem. Just to start us with the positive vibe he upgraded our room which was much bigger and secondly good discount given to my younger lil cousin. We liked the room very much. It was clean and everything was operational. The resort has everything good accommodation, tasty home-style food (both veg and non veg are delicious and my family loved it especially their chicken dishes), scenic swimming pool and rain dance, play area for cricket and indoor games. But the USP of this resort is customer service. The resort is managed by a family of three(raj and his mom n dad). All of them are very approachable, humble and down to earth people. We extended our stay with half day with extra minimal cost as my family wanted to spend more time here as they were enjoying their time at the resort. While coming back as we were not getting a uber or private vehicle I insist Mr. Raj if possible arrange a driver for his vehicle and will pay the charges. He tried but he didn't got the driver and guess what Mr. Raj himself drop us back to home. This outing was short but it was memorable one becuase it was was my first outing with my 5 month old baby boy ( Do check the photos). I really want to thank Raj and his parent for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We will surely visit this resort soon again in coming monsoon.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Resort and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. This resort truly exceeded all my expectations and provided me with the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Best resort for celebration of birthday's, family event and many more. You will have authentic home made food of best quality, cold drink, soft drinks available at hotel, a big size pool with rain dance beside and for stay rooms are clean like 3star hotel rooms. I will surely visit again.

It has such a peaceful environment, i would prefer my whole life to stay there. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is delicious and you have your tummy full. The swimming pool is cool and the view from there is beautiful

I had been to many resorts in Maharashtra but never had an amazing experience like at UTKARSHA. From booking to check out it went all smooth, my colleagues and myself felt so homely at this place, the food was super yummy and hygiene. Starters were like too crunchy and clean. Rooms were also very cozy and tidy. Cricket turf and pool was so clean that we spent most of our time playing and dancing there. The whole property was so spacious. Most loved were the greenary and the fresh home grown flowers.

A very nice place for a perfect vacation. Utkarsha's Resort has everything to extend your stay. They have a turf to play cricket. There are many indoor and outdoor games. Perfect place to enjoy your birthday, anniversary and get together. Perfect venue for small events like weddings, engagements, baby showers, naming ceremonies, bachelor parties. They serve very delicious and hygienic food.

I enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the place. The infinity pool is awesome. The family room was neat and clean. Bedsheets were spotless white. And the food was Delicious. Worth visiting this place again. Not forgetting, the owners and the staff, very friendly people.

Best place to visit if you wanna get out of your city life. So peace and no network is the best. it was a great ride till the chalets. Amazing gateway. Food is also sorted there an there.

It's good for an overnight stay. There are two big dormitories with sufficient beds, clean bathrooms. There is a single wardrobe (which is insufficient for a large group). There should be two atleast. Then there are 9 self contained rooms for an individual family. Besides that, there is plenty of area to move about, laze, play. One can sleep under the stars. The swimming pool is well maintained. The enclosed area for playing badminton, tennis, cricket is also well equipped. Food is good. But, there should be some change in the taste. The place is quite isolated and peaceful, away from the din of the city. It is a good place to visit in the weekends.

Pros 1) Proximity from Mumbai. 2) Close to Nature Cons 1) Only cash payment. 2) We stayed for 2 nights and same food with same taste. 3) Non veg Ppl can't be served veg. Strict portion control. You pay amount but can't eat what you want. 4) Rooms had big black ants all over the place. Hygiene issues. 5) No value for money.

It's a good resort to go for a family trip as it has some interesting activities like karaoke singing badminton cricket turf(was not available for us coz of heavy rains). Food was good especially paneer dishes and non vegetarian food is also available here. If your planning for one day stay trip it's good and affordable and the rooms are also spacious and very much comfortable. I enjoyed a lot. It also has a nice swimming pool and rain dance

We had been to this place for a 1 night stay. Ambience was quite good. Rooms and cottages were quite nice. Food was delicious but the thing I was very disappointed because it was served in very small quantities. And literally they had it over on the 2nd serve. It was unlimited food but with unspoken rules. Service was fairly ok. Pool areas was amazing with beautiful sunset view. Even the timings were till 9pm (which was the best part of the whole place) Personally I won't recommend this place if you are looking for a comfortable stay. It's a work in progress place.

While the product was not an issue , it looks new but following. Issues were faced 1 . the place is not clean- There are cobwebs all around and in night there was infestation of ants in nights 2 Strict portion control . non vegetarians can’t eat vegetarian . Also menu is repeated every day . So do not think is staying for more than 1 night. you can’t even ask for an additional empty bowl 3 No hot water in washroom . 4 . The location of pool is good but water is dirty and highly chlorinated 5 No play area for kids . 6 swings for adults can’t take more people Good Points the place is new , so looks good

Utkarsha's Resort Perfect place for group outing with family or friends. Place is bit inside but the location is perfect surrounded with greenery all side and best part is with limited network. They have majorly dormitory room which are very spacious , clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom were also neat and clean. Food had limited option but it's perfect to fullfill ur hunger. It's like home food which was prepared by the owners only so they take special attention for the food. Special thanks to Mr. Raj who has taken care of everything . Staff is also very helpful n polite. There are speakers kept you can connect your phone and play the music & enjoy. Pool is ok. I would highly recommend this place. It's pocket friendly too.

Nice place to visit with family or friends! In summer it would be too hot as place not filled up with trees! Also, power outages are frequent though they got generator ACs go off when on generator.. So bottom line , visit in monsoon or winter :) Facility has got cricket ground , swimming pool, rain dance, carrom, badminton. Food was tasty and they provide whatever you need! Staff is polite and friendly!

Property is good and newly developed. Need to improve cleanness . Enjoyed homemade maharashtrian food it was tasty. Couple room was too small without any storage and TV in room. Family room was specious and comfortable for 4 people. Swimming pool was good with good music system and lights .

Delightful, Beautiful and an awesome experience I had with Utkarsha's Resort. Since Covid I had my academics online, me and my colleagues were about to meet each other the first time. With crowd of 23 of us, the management was extremely smooth and with the drooling delicious food we had the best time and the most fun. I definitely would recommend this beautiful place with friends, family or just anyone!

Very very Pathetic service they have given.. Care taker in the night was sleeping , not. Very attentive . Food served was not hot ... , actually went out after 2 years after lockdown but spoiled our mood... Half the the there was power shut , AC was not working

Feeling like school and warden, everything is on time, once you reach they forcing you to do dinner and all at earliest like 10 pm, at the end of the day they will allow you by 12-12.30 but they showing you that they going beyond there limit. Same feeling in the morning, good part is food and room, Nice food even Chinese also good.
