Never ever book this hotel, not even a hotel they have 3rd class rooms. We booked a room and did the online payment and when we reached their no one was available to attend us and they had completely different rooms what they are showing online.. So never consider the pictures which they have uploaded, when we wanted to cancel they didn't give the refund also.. they are just making money by taking advance payments.. I would suggest everyone to never book this hotel.

I recommend this place to everyone. It is very clean and cozy. Hot shower is available 24 hours, good wifi connection on every floor, free drinking water, Location also is very good, just 2 minute walk to Ganga side and no more then 10 min walk to main Ghat. Surrounded area is quite, but you can easily find good cafes in 5-10 min walking, Hotel owner and staff are also very nice. They are very helpful and doing all the best to make you feel comfortable,Had a brilliant stay. Cannot fault hotel. It was clean, in a good location, served a great breakfast and the staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again.😊

I've to provide a mixed review for many reasons. To start with, the location is excellent. It's 5 mins walking distance from Pandey Ghat and say 10-15 min walk from the temple and Dashashamedh Ghat. Plenty of cafes and restaurants all around. Shopping is just a 10 min walk and most importantly you get the charm of the Kashi alleys. I got good service as well from Dharmendra ji. He picked us from the main road (where our rickshaw driver dropped us) and guided us through the alleys assisting us with our luggage. It's a walk of 10-15 mins but worth it if you wish to imbibe the Benaras chram. Now the worst part - the room. I don't know the other rooms, but we were allotted 105 for ₹1850/night which was the worst I've ever been in my life. It's not even a room - it's the size of a toilet in a normal hotel. Not even the cleanest even. The toilet was even smaller. Had my bum touching the basin or the commode when taking a bath. Please avoid this room at all costs. I'm leaving pictures for reference. The room didn't have any proper window - the only one provided was overlooking the neighborhood veranda so had to keep it closed. Book at your own peril.

We stayed two nights in the hostel and it was for sure one of the best hostels we stayed in India. Clean, excellent staff, excellent location and good prices. We were taking the train in the night so they even allowed us to take a shower before train even we had left the room in the morning. Breakfast was very good: toast, omelette and coffee or tea.

Never book this hotel. Actually, it's little better than a Chhal but dirty, un-hyginic, suffocating. Rooms are not even worth more than 100/- per day.

Location is just 50m away from Pandey Ghat, the service was very good from Mr. Dharmendra. He was corporative and helped us in getting a boat at very reasonable price for the morning Aarti, and the sunrise. Told us everything how to go everywhere, and guided us. Overall it was really a good experience.

Cozy stay for backpackers on a budget, the staff is really helpful on guiding about travel plans, the hotel is at a perfect distance from all the major attractions.Had a great stay, hope to visit once again.

Very good experience and break fast is good more over amazing people(property owner is very kind). We stayed 2 nights and over all experience was good. It’s very near to ghats.

Stayed at 900 rupees per day in a double room with a window It's too humid so I don't let the laundry dry There was no phone connected to the counter, so I went back and forth (my lap) The hotel has an Indian atmosphere and is pretty, but the duvet is not covered. Sleeping in a sleeping bag Hot water should be said before use and used after about 20 minutes. There is water stain in the bathroom shower? There is water mold. I went at the end of January and it was too cold, but there was no heater. cobwebs and dusty It's nice to stay in India, but I'll spend more money and go elsewhere

Stay inn heritage is a good place to live at. It is near the ganga river ghat. Good hospitality. All amenities available. Their Stay Inn Kailash branch is the most comfortable stay situated at quiet place with good atmoshere. Recommendable.

Awesome stay in Varanasi near pandey ghat. Staff is courteous and very friendly. Owner is also friendly.

Loved staying at this humble and beautiful place. No noise of surroundings and peaceful place with polite people. Dharmendra (Our attendant) was very nice with us with all possible options of Varanasi tour. Absolutely recommended by me.

If you are visiting with friends then it's good but if your are visiting with family then it's not cause room are very small, the location of hotel is very inside but is just near the ganga river so it's worth it and the service hear is good.

Location is near to Dashaswamedh Ghat, and close to the temple. Rooms are okay with good housekeeping service. The staff is extremely courteous and they ensure guests are comfortable. For a quick go around to famous ghats and temples, This can be a nice option.

The hotel is near river bank Pandey ghat but rooms r very bad, rooms need to be renovated. Suffocating. It's far from mandir and dasawshomedh ghat

For budget travellers, it's the best abode for exploring Varanasi. Has a river view from the terrace. Friendly and helpful staff and good connectivity to all tourist sites. Happy staying.
