    This is how they maintain their customer lounge.. no a/c , sofa seems like they brought from thalassery gujiri and walls are very dirty. After sales is not up to the mark. They should be professional because they’re one of the leading manufacturers in india. And moreover they’re lacking in all aspects especially there’s no leadership quality inside of their premises. This is what i felt after visiting two consecutive days. I hope they would appoint someone who has the leadership quality to sort out all these issues in future for their endeavour and not only focusing on selling bikes.

    Worst customer service ever. My motor cycle was complaint and they were not at all supportive for getting warranty for my new machine spare part. It was a defect of the machine and i have to pay the full amount. The staffs are handling the customers very unprofessionally and made me wait for 1 week to resolve the issue. They made me to visit the service centre 3 times and it cost full day of my work life. We really love RE motorcycle but if the warranty and complaints for the new BS6 model is not resolved properly this will cost the brand image and value of the company. I come acrose several issue with my new BS6 motorcycle with in a year. This is very disappointing from the side of Royal Enfield...

    Think twice opting this place for Service .. When my service was getting delayed asked the in charge and her reply was amazing.. "we have job pending of yesterday so thats the reason your service is getting delayed" Then why the hell you make us come here at 9 and wait till evening... I came here at 9 but till 3 o clock my bike wasn't taken inside the service place... This was my 3rd service... previously i have done it from calicut.... i really regret choosing this place this time...

    Very bad place (think twice before you go there) Extremely dissatisfied.. They don't know how to manage customers too. They don't keep their words and don't provide good service. Me and my friends had experienced bad service multiple times.. I really regret choosing this place again.

    I had very bad experience here.... Charging money more for unwanted reason.... the advisor told he will change the screws for me but no one did.... I was shocked after seeing my bill... parts description was 1800 rupees... but the labour charge is 4519 rupees.... I will never go back again..

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Contacted them for getting new riding gears like jacket and gloves. I called and confirmed the availability before visiting the showroom. They have good collection of Royal Enfield apparels, protective gears and Luggages. The person Ashiq, who works with the sales helps me to find the riding jacket for my requirements. He helped me to get the right size with right fit and comfort. They have jackets ranging from 4k to 15k. I also got myself a new pair of Riding gloves , Rambler V2 which is too good for the price I paid. Also i got a complimentary Side bag also, which is royal Enfield branded. I never knew that this facility was available in Sharpline Automotive. I thought they were just working with the sales and Service of bikes only. Am Happy with my purchase and Thanks Ashiq, Thanks Sharpline Automotive!!! Happy Motoring!

    Very bad experience... People from this showroom called me and booked for the service of my Himalayan bike. When I went on the day of service, they told that my service was on the previous day. I told them to show their list of booking for that day, they refused to show and also their approach was rude. Zero value for their customers 😕

    Showroom was on main road so can be approached easily. Showroom was quite attractive and staff was also good. They answer our every question without hesitation, they knew everything about the bike. They made us clear about model, mode of payments and other stuff.

    I bought my Hunter from here. They confirmed to give it in 2 weeks and I got it after 5 weeks. And if you guys really concern about your money then I have one thing to share. At the time of payment they will ask extra money for number plate. Actually the dealership should give us number plates for free. They bought RS. 450 extra from me for that. When I checked with the RTO they confirmed that dealership should give the number plates for free. So at the delivery time I asked the dealership about this and they said that it's not for number plates, it's the agent fee for registration. And they didn't add that amount in the invoice as well. They came to know that we know the process and refunded that amount to me. If you don't care about your money then it's fine. If it's not like that then be aware of this SCAM. Ask them for the proper invoice and check that the amount you paid and the amount printed on the invoice are same. Check with the RTO the registration fees and all and only pay that amount. I'm sure that this dealership had done this earlier. SO BE AWARE........

    They are not having basic knowledge about what to do after hearing the issue with the bullet. If there is small issue with something, they wi suggest to change the whole thing .With 3 months I have spent more than 30kand same issue still continue with the bullet. Worst service ever 💯 👎( 5 year of user experience with royal enfield)

    Very good experience. Went there without knowing what exactly was broken but the mechanic found out right away, repaired the bike in no time and we were back on the road. Also no complains at all about the price. Excellent job!👍️👍️

    Disappointed with quality control I recently purchased a bike from (Sharpline Motors Thalassery),and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. The bike came with a noticeable defect in the indicator, and instead of addressing it properly, the showroom staff resorted to a makeshift solution – wrapping it with insulation tape. This not only reflects poorly on the quality control of the showroom but also raises concerns about the overall reliability of the product. When investing in a new bike, one expects it to be free from defects, and any issues should be resolved professionally. I urge potential buyers to inspect their purchases thoroughly before finalizing the deal from the showroom itself. Overall, my experience with this showroom has left me disappointed, and I hope they take customer feedback seriously to improve their quality standards and customer satisfaction.
