The Internet is very poor, intermittent down. Already complaint many times to the receptionist but they ignore it with no solution. The technician wasn't able to solve the problem.

First of all , every hotel stuffs are very friendly and helpful . 😊😊 A very good place to stay and enjoy . The hotel is very new with super modern decorations. Rooms are quite big. Very much cleaned bathroom. Breakfast was super. There's a swimming pool on 1st floor, Gym on second floor, and the modern decorated sky bar on top floor with superb city view.

Perfect hotel with good breakfast. Only annoying thing is loud noise every time the electricity change between generator.

We had a four night stay and we were more than happy with the room, the food, location, amenities, etc. What made our stay special was the friendliness of the staff, specially Jack. He took the time to see to every detail and took very good care of us. Excellent English and very knowledgeable advice on were to go and what to do in Myanmar. We highly recommend this hotel.

Super nice hotel with great sky bar, swimming pool, free bikes available for rental and very helpful staff (especially Ms. Thet who was really nice and attentive). Strongly recommended. Room is spacious and clean. You also get voucher for free drink at sky bar on your arrival.

A new hotel located a bit out of town on 35th Street. Room is spacious and clean. Materials used in the room are average. Buffet breakfast is also average. The best thing I like about this hotel is roof top bar where you can have 360 view of Mandalay. Yet, it is expensive with poor quality of food.

Car parking is too hot to stop.

Rooms are big. Dark and airless. Big bathroom/wetroom but drainage poor so very wet floors. Staff are lovely and they have a very good roof top bar. Good breakfast selection.
