We paid 2000 BHT for 2 nights including breakfast and stayed in room 710. The room is in desperate need of some paint job, smoking seems to be allowed because there was ashtray in the room and no balcony, the TV was old small tube, no electric outlets near the bed tables. Double set of pillows in the bed was nice. The bathroom had mold everywhere in the ceiling and you felt more dirty after bath than before. Breakfast was limited and nothing to write about and dinner in the restaurant was nothing special. The water in the swimming pool was so green in colour that we didn't try the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. My rating is low specially because of the bathroom and the mold in the ceiling. (See pictures)

พนักงานมืออาชีพและเป็นกันเอง -การออกแบบที่ดีและกว้างขวาง …Despite the hotel owners not maintaining the exterior and grounds of this 30? year old hotel (that once was one of the best 5 star hotels in the region), the interior holds its glamour and beautiful woodwork. The spacious hotel rooms on the 3rd floor have mostly been renovated with laminated flooring, new furniture, & new AC. The old bathrooms still have a bathtub which was appreciated.( good hot water) The swimming pool is huge but the patio area around the pool lacks furniture and gardens. Breakfast was NOT worth 200 baht. Welcoming, friendly staff. This well designed, solid hotel could use caring owners that are willing to reinvest their profits into maintaining the hotel.

This must’ve been a grand Hotel in its day. Today however I feel it is dated although the construction is very good the maintenance is lacking and some things look old. The rooms are very spacious and decorated nicely for the era, however the beds are a little bit old and uncomfortable. The food was well prepared had a great variety and was delicious. We were lucky enough to have an event and see the function center in action. The staff were well trained and nice all the equipment and the function area work perfectly.

This is an old conference hotel with many of its previous facilities closed, but I still love it. The service remains excellent and the food great. Breakfast is included in the low price and is a bit basic, but I have no complaints.

The room was fine. It's a little run down but still a good place to stay. Breakfast included fruit, egg's and toast. No cereal. Big pool but very deep. If you want a better hotel don't come to Kalasin. Not many Farang tourist.

As the only hotel in Kalasin with a swimming pool, we will stay there again (relatives in Kalasin). Be aware, during hot season they open the pool up to locals not staying there. This hotel barely survived covid. The staff that remains are good. The building itself is in need of a makeover.

Stayed here many times. The best thing is the pool. The rooms are okay, large enough. Haven't tried the small room tho'. Everything looks a little dated and needs a renovation. The included breakfast was terrible this time. Cold and bland food, except for the coffee which was bitter and nasty tasting. The staff are polite and friendly.

Outside beautiful view impressive from outside but inside room very big nice toilet unfortunately is not modern hotel for young people if you over 50s this hotel is for you

Very tired hotel. Would have been grand in its day. But that day was long ago.

Not the newest hotel, but low prices and at only hotel a large outdoor pool. Food is ok. Some things are a little bit damaged, in rooms and outside. Only the lobby and the restaurant is in a very good condition. For some days a good choice. You are away from main street and have a car parking at the hotel.

Good value for the price. Need some maintenance in some places but we had good sleep on their beds, aircon not noisy, have nice big pool. We had nice a good dinner there with a good tasteful red wine, good surprise. Staff is very friendly.

Quiet area in Kalasin city. A very nice lake nearby with a lot of small local restaurants.
