Super
terrible
service,
old
room
with
bad
smell,
there
was
some
problem
with
air
condition(we
have
been
waiting
for
4
hrs.
For
air
condition
to
work
but
all
it
can
do
is
blow
some
wind).
Only
few
things
to
compliment
are
bed
and
hot
shower.
Other
things
to
complain
about
service
:
I
didn’t
booking
the
room
with
breakfast
so
I
order
breakfast
delivery
because
I
got
stomachache
and
didn’t
want
to
go
outside
.
I
was
called
to
reception
for
1
bowl
and
2
pairs
of
spoon
and
folk.
15
minutes
past
with
no
any
responses,
I
called
to
remind
the
staff
for
my
request
then
another
15
minutes
gone
with
no
any
responses
again!
In
the
end,
my
sister
decide
to
go
to
restaurant
by
herself
to
borrow
bowl
and
spoon.
The
staff
at
restaurant
know
nothing
and
my
request.
I
have
been
request
like
this
at
local
boutiques
hotel
in
Phuket
and
they
taking
response
in
10
mins.
How
dare
you
run
this
business
with
super
low
quality
of
service
and
communication.
Please
train
your
staff
for
better
communicate
technique
and
service
mind.
I
recommend
this
hotel
only
for
someone
who
need
only
someplace
to
take
a
nap
and
shower
but
not
recommend
for
someone
who
mind
about
service
and
facility
of
hotel.
