Food in restaurant is cold. Breakfast is only meal. Only 4 hangers in the closet. Bed hard as a rock. Still new only open 6 months, so staff still learning. Very beautiful inside and out.

I was very happy it was quiet because it was a little far from the city. The room is very big. Satisfied for the price. the thing that was disappointing is that it doesn't clean well. They just throw out the trash and arrenge the blankets, so the hair in the shower and the dirt on the toilet are the same. Rather, after cleaning I find black dirt stuck on the bed. Other than cleaning, I am generally satisfied. one more thing..There was no remote control for the air conditioner, so waking up at night to turn it off and on was annoying.

Price quoted at check in different at check out . After staying one week . Attitude of staff poor . Couldn’t understand basic figures . Gave up just paid and left . Room not cleaned properly. Pieces on floor still there at end so not vacuumed . Spare bed had to be sprayed as daughter had bites . Breakfast basic . Wrong order brought as had to order from menu set as no buffet most of time and ham and sausage cold with eggs . After insisting to cook still cold not cooked . Staff not helpful . Food menu for meals hasn’t changed since last stayed . Hotel has gone downhill. Rooms tired . Bar staff helpful and pleasant . Stayed for family bereavement.

It's really as its name said. It's a very grand hotel. The parking lot can hold about 2,000 cars, according to what the staff said. The room is large. The facilities are good. I think this is probably because the hotel seems to have been through a renovation recently. It's really worth the price.

Good hotel away from central Udon. Big rooms and always clean and well maintained.

Friendly helpful staff. Nice pool to relax in or do a couple laps.

Hotel is okay but problems with noise from other guests who got very drunk at the hotel bar and were shouting and crying all night. Go elsewhere if you value being able to sleep.

Fairly standard accommodation in an aging hotel on the perimeter of the city. Breakfast is ok and there is some live music entertainment in the reception area. It's good value for money and ok for a stopover if you have a car and it's not too far to the airport. Definitely not the place to stay if you want to enjoy the city centre or be near to restuarants and bars.

The rooms were very large and clean, and the pool was lovely. Only con would be that 5 out of 6 of the ladies behind the hotel lobby desk were not polite at all and could barely speak english. Other than those ladies, everyone else was lovely.

Enjoy a day at the pool for 60 baht. Drinks and food available poolside. Never a crowd.
