Receptionists are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is great. You can also order coffee and donuts at the shop right next to the restaurant in case you do not have enough time for breakfast. The swimming pool is no longer there. Now the place became an open bar with live music.

The hotel has already demolished the pool. There is no swimming pool anymore and now it becomes just an empty green area.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Great views over the adjacent lake.

Didn't get past the check in stage, as they announced as we walked in that they had the pool taken out 12 months ago, but hadn't updated there websites. I think their view was it's too late once you arrive, but we cancelled the booking and went to a different hotel instead.

Value hotel, cozy and clean room with Thai eastern style. Highly Recommended!! Located far from main street about 1 km, you can call a grab rate 70-100฿. Parking lot is available. Elevator is available.

The staff was very helpful when we asked about transportation and laundry service. There is a complimentary ride to the night market which is a huge bonus. As far as laundry, it is not in the hotel but located across the street at what looks like someone's house and is not included in your stay. I enjoyed the coffee shop with wonderful views. If you pay a little extra you can have breakfast included. Breakfast is a nice mix of local food as well as items like cereal and toast with jam. The water refill station in the lobby came in handy throughout our stay as well. I was pleased with the room and the overall feel of the hotel. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area!

The view of the pond from our room is quite peaceful. The location is great if you have your own car. Less than 5 minutes from the famous shrine and UD shopping centre. At the same time, the hotel surrounding is kinda serene and has lots of greenery. The price is quite reasonable.

Great staff & food. Rooms are nice size. Great place for a work meeting. Love this hotel. We ask the hotel to do a Isaan BBQ and movie night for our group and they did a wonderful job.

Some nice touches like a Bluetooth linked alarm clock so you can play music from your phone through it and the room was spacious and comfortable. However, the breakfast room badly let the hotel down. Coffee bad and the small amount of fruit was swarming with fruit files. For westerners there is little choice; eggs ok but no bacon, awful sausages, pale thin white bread almost no cereal. First day I complained because there was a big bowl of mosquito larvae starting to hatch. Second day I saw some nice looking croissants so decided to have just one of those. After I started eating it they came to demand 90 baht even though I had little else and breakfast is supposed to be included.

The room is spacious, clean and mattress was comfortable ..nice lake view setting ..atmosphere is great, cafe and mini pub just located in the hotel lobby..Staff Mini very excellent handle and solve my inquiries..Overall, highly recommended!

This is a great hotel in Udon Thani set on a small lake and has a tranquil rural feeling to it but with modern facilities. Rooms are well equipped and spacious and the restaurant and bar are superb. Jo, the barman, is a trained mixologist and makes some amazing cocktails. It is a little bit of town but a 10 min drive to the centre of Udon. I will stay there again next time I am in Udon .

It's a local favorite. Csnt go wrong here, whether you are a local, foreign or local visitor. They have a honey feel. Restaurant food is decent and very comfy beds. Spend a night here from a local marathon race and my body recovered well. They are a local gem.

A nice hotel in the outskirts of the city. The brown house is located in front of a beautiful lake full of flowers. The rooms are nice and tidy. They are all very clean, but have no wardrobe at all which can be a negative point for long term guests. Breakfast Buffet is quite OK, but it can not be compared with those of the big hotel in Bangkok. Overall this hotel is a good choice for travelers who like a rural environment in the city..

Stayed for Eleven days, room was spacious, bed was comfortable and very large. Pool was nice, food was delicious and the staff were all first class all the way. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Udon Thani. Best experience ever.

Hotel is quiet easy to find..as not far from main city. Two car parks out back, but smallish in size. Rooms are really nice, however if you going to come..i suggest booking a room by the pool as limited seating by pool. Staff are really friendly and willing to help. Pool looks amazing at night. Kitchen serves food till 9pm and drinks are served to the room till 10pm. I was sad that after paying 1500 bht a night, my tv had very few channels. Apart from that..i had a wonderful stay and would come again. Hotel look amazing and rooms are beautiful

Nice hotel. Nice rooms. Nice shaped pool with view over lake. Pool could be a little bit better maintained. Only issue I had was the first night people were drinking and playing Music next to my room until 3 in the morning.

Charming hotel, perfect for quiet weekend staycations. Quirky and creative interior design - with a large wooden bench in the room, as a day bed. Wake up to sunrise and bird’s chirping outside your windows. Take a bicycle for a ride around the lake. Try kayaking to collect water lilies. Breakfast buffet is delicious.

The hotel is situated in the scenic area and, luckily, we had a room on the third floor with a lake view. It's genuinely relaxing: to sit on the balcony and watch for the nature. We also did like the interiour of this place: apparently, the owner has a good taste in it.However, what pleased us the most, was the decent range of draft and bottled beer in the bar near swimming pool. That was really good, the same as the breakfast options: delicious and various.Bear in mind, that the hotel has good audibility, so, possibly, if have neighbors behind the wall, you'll hear their conversations. However, it wasn't a big deal, for us.

This has to be the best hotel in Udon. It's not far from the city centre, the facilities are great, and the rooms are very comfortable. It has a really chill outdoor area for relaxing and enjoying food and drinks. It also has a poolside bar with a good variety of beers. The beds are super comfortable. Stay here!

Brown House Hotel is a neat hotel with clean rooms, including a nice lake-view restaurant/cafe. It is a perfect place where you can comfortably take a break at reasonable price.

I spent at Udon Thani Brown House after a long time. I'm really happy with the clean and cool scenery. I especially liked the kindness of Miss Fang at the counter. Have a happy resting time with Brown House~
