It was in past a luxury hotel and it wanna be it now also, if you ask the prices. But many things have to be fixed. The lobby furniture are worn out, also the carpets are broken many times, the shower curtain was dirty and moldy, the furniture at room need care. The breakfast was ok but not specially, the stuff are friendly and helpful. But you wanna found better one cheaper at this areas.

Value for the money! — The hotel is located in a great location. If you would like a Thai styled hotel with a lot of traditional decorations that make you feel like you are visiting a place with deep characters, then this is your hotel. The hotel is also affordable (you could actually book it here rather than online because it is cheaper when you do it here, which was the case for me). The room is nicely sized and all the amenities are convenient.

Why not. Not expensive. A/C works, clean, breakfast available and swimming pool close enough for cooling down. Ok, this is old hotel but best choice for a middle age couple.

Big parking lot with easy access. Friendly staff. Our room 426 was a bit run down. No smart tv. Wi-fi was not working well. The safe didn't work either. Once we unpacked we noticed ants in the bathroom sink. We asked for a new room. They sprayed for ants. Told us there were no empty rooms. We moved to a new hotel. We were refunded all but 10%. We didn't eat at the restaurant but what i saw looked really good. I wish they would have moved us to a new room.

Hotels has good location and good parking facilities

Nice hotel but certainly in need of tlc and an update now. Been staying at this hotel for years as is the best hotel in Mahasarakham and in all those years it has had no updates and is starting to look a little weathered. The rooms are nice, beds are comfy but bedding, towels and furnishings are damaged and frayed. Service on the whole is outstanding with the exception of one porter who seemed to be having an off/rude 2 weeks the last time I was there but shouldn’t spoil the exceptional service of the other staff.

I have a few issues with the room like shower too short, sink faucet too close to edge of sink, too much stuff for sale and decorative clutter, expensive, wifi not working, but other than that the room is fine. This hotel does have a lot of amenities though like pool, gym, restaurant/bar, spa, free breakfast, etc.

Nice old school hotel. Needs renovation but clean and good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Huge pool out the back.

A historic period hotel. Nice place, great location, good service, WiFi, etc. Breakfast is good. The hotel is old so its not perfect but not bad either. We have stayed here a few times and each time had a good experience.
