This is the ugliest apartment I’ve ever seen. Zero maintenance, dirtiest and very unprofessional people managing this garbage. No water availability, electricity issues is every two days, garbage litter everywhere.

Apartment us good, cheaper comparatively to other apartments

Good atmosphere of the apartment. Parking lot available. Hospital is there and medical store too. Shops are there nereby. Rooms of the apartment are quite spacious. Currently i am staying in 1BHK apartment it is quite comfortable. Also the security at the gate are strict. Allover the ambience is quite good.

This place has a very old construction (about 10 years old). The maintenance staff is not much cooperative. Some flats in this apartment are good, while most are not well maintained. This apartment is more suitable for bachelors as their is not much security here.

This is neither a guard nor any facility. Only payment is charged, no matter what. The directors or members of the board have nothing to do with anyone. This society is not suitable for family living.

The most beautiful place to stay at the outskirts of the Pink City.....Perfect greenary...peaceful....serene.....The altitude make the city and skyline very beautiful to witness.. The sunrise and sunset views from the 13th floor gives a beautiful peaceful feeling within.... Small shops and tea joint make everyday item available. Not to forget the delicious Pyaaz Kachori... The Bhatia Dept Store gives access to most household food items....well managed store...a one stop shop....the owner..very well behaved....card payment accepted...

You can get studio apartment for around 8-10k here. No restrictions.

Shifted this month and hope to get peaceful and relaxing environment

Very bad apartment. No water only 1 hour water supply in the morning, you have to fill your buckets at that time only Very bad management Care taker of the apartment - Rajkumar is very dishonest person He has not returned my money of 20 days. Also, he never picks up the call. When I asked him for maintenance of the refrigerator he directly refused saying that " Ye to aese hi rahega". Bahut beimaan aadmi hai Rajkumar, isse jyada beimaan aadmi mene kabhi nahi dekha Please don't take rooms here.
