Get clothes, shoes, handbags, perfumes, sunglasses, cosmetics, etc from different brands under one roof. Parking space available. Washrooms are clean. Trial rooms are obviously available. Staff is co-operative and humble.

My experience with Shopper's Stop was awful. I recently purchased clothes worth 18,000 rupees, this included a few blazers and a dress from Allen Solly. On the day before, we were told that the items were on the offer buy 1 get 1 free and due to that we visited the store again and bought the items since it seemed like a good deal. However, when we actually bought the items, that offer was not given to us and they told us that the offer is only valid on Saturdays and Sundays. This was not mentioned earlier. There was clearly a buy 1 get 1 free board on the top which is extremely misleading if the offer isn't available for the day.

Nice place to shop but very less people pay a visit due to oddly situated. Good qualitative brands and merchandise. However they had no discounts due to COVID crisis. The staff was friendly and assistive by nature. The perfume section has some good quality perfumes. Do check them.

Worst experience at Shoppers Stop, Trimbak road outlet. 1. Yesterday I had been to this out let at 3pm.and did shopping of Rs 15000. When asked about any discount, they said it is brandwise and not how much customer has purchased. So they gave no discount even on purchase of 15000. It seems they care more fot brands people than customers. 2. Last month I did shopping of Rs 14000 at Shoppers Stop, so asked them to redeem points so initially they said there are no points. After asking them how it is possible. So they replied that, it is possible due to online problem. This is shocking. This is nothing but cheating. 3. Some minor work of length cutting of one trouser was required. They asked me to come in the evening from 6 km to collect.This is reduculous. At no rush hour they can not manage minor work of 15 min and asking customers to come back from 6 km. I hope this goes to senior management level and they take some corrective action and learn to value customers.

Nice store. Western as well as Ethenic collection is good. Salesman are very helpful and co-operative. Cosmetic section is also nice.

Only one time shopping is enough. After shopping , no service, most of the staff are engaged in gossiping. In the peak period, three cashiers were dealing with a lady customer. I think Staff should be changed or your showroom should be closed. Pathetic return policies. On returning garments they say you have to buy from the same brand for which exchange is demanded. It took 20 minutes for the 1st floor manager to make credit not. And he was also very fond of beating the desk as it was a drum or tabla. Manager on the second floor is always busy in mobile or gossiping. Rather than taking care of customers and what they wanted. Shoppers stop is near to close down due to these pathatic services.

Seasonal outfits are always arriving late. Anyway the cloth quality is good. Expensive the regular mall shops in nashik

The collection is not great. Ladies wear almost all acrylic and recycled acrylic. Very less choice in cotton. No woollen available. Designs not great.

Nice cloth collection.today i made a shopping of 7500rs. But due to employee mismanagement, my date of birth was entered wrong in their data. So, 15% discount scheme was not provided to me. It's managers are cooperative and will try to resolve my concern.

Purchased track suit pants few months back,black color, from Nashik shoppers stop,The material used was useless After wearing the permanent deshaping experienced,the same track pant are still sold in their brand,ie stoppers even after realizing that material is worst. They don't entertain in costmer care saying that purchasing is done more than 3 months ago, but how the costmer will know their policies unless itswritten and displayed bold lletters Very bad experience

Today, First and last time i visited here, just because, i went there to buy a handbag and their salesman shows me bag of all brands very well. From that some of the bags are in discounted offer. So, I like one of them and select the bag with discount tag and at the billing counter they told me the tag is mistakenly stick by our salesman. Its a mistake or plan to make fool of your customer... Such a disgusting and disappointing thing done by this type of Brand. Not Expected.
