The condition of esic hospital is getting worse. Even doctors do not come on time. The time is 8:30. Come at 9:00 and there is no such facility here. Staff people also do rudely Whereas every month there is deduction out of the employee salary. Despite that, the hospital is getting in such a bad condition.It seems to me that the seniors here should visit esic hospital

Very rude behaviour of Registration counter staff. They are wasting time of patients. A long queue is there, because the registration counter staff is very slow

The very disappointed with the security staff . Miss behavior with the senior citizens and ladies also. Plz improve the security staff in behaviour with the all patients......

It's good govt hospital but here so much rush. But very clean and neat hospital.

Good dr.staff & nursing staff but there is totally slow system even you can say failure of system. There computer not working properly servers also down many of time in a single day. My father is admitted there for 10 day's . When my father get discharged from here they take 60 hours to complete the process of discharge. In the city's any hospital discharge process take almost 2-4 hours. Here is the big system failure in the hospital.

Worst experience ever..standing in line for around 4-5hours but no moment as they were saying system issue…will file complaint against this one..Govt need to check this

I really appreciate all the doctors and nursing staff for their commitment.Hospital is maintained excellently. No problems for patients. Triage dr. And male staff are very rude...very bed experience..dr don't know how to talk with patient or patient family ....

Infrastructure was there but staff working ZEAL was missing. None of them were in hurry to start work although they started late by 45 minutes. But all staff members were extremely polite and humble. Only minis point is that there is no Covid helpline in this Model Hospital bcoz a person can enquire before coming down. A dedicated phone line with operator should be kept for the benefit of general public at large.

I, Amandeep Thakur, today 25 dec-23 at 7:30 pm, went to esic hospital industrial area phase 2. My child was being treated from there for 2 days but today a nurse and her colleague did not give me the medicine despite having the medicine. But even after talking to the doctor, both of them played a trick and started giving me only NS along with oxygen while did not put ADR and even when I protested, they did not give me medicine. They are manipulative even with such a small child. People have no business in this area and my wife and I were forced to move out without treatment for our 8 month old child. I have all the evidence for this. Whereas the doctor had clearly written that now there is a holiday of two days, so you will have to be seen in emergency. Please suspend these two employees so that this does not happen to anyone else and we get justice. Thank you

Actually my lower back is paining and I go to reception and I said that my back is paining they refer me to medicine room when I go for medicne room I got the token of 80 number and I wait 4 hrs after that doctor said go to ortho and I already tell to reception that I have back pain then I go to ortho and they give me 81 number till 4:30 it close and I do private job they didn't guide right this is the worst situation I waste my time full day then also I can't got treated by doctor
