I got my root canal and cavities done by Dr.Satyam. All procedures were painless and done by experienced doctors. I was really apprehensive to get treatment due to covid-19, but the clinic was really good and neat and was properly following all covid protocols.

Dr. Satyam Jaiswal is a saviour!!! It was my first dental experience and I'm glad i was suggested to visit The Roots Dental Care by my brother.. My dental condition was a mess with a severe dental space infection when I visited TRDC. Dr. Satyam started the diagnosis right away to prevent the infection from spreading.. He was extremely patient throughout the entire process which took about a month to curb down the infection completely, along with 2 root canals and multiple dental fillings followed by scaling. This literally saved me from a gum surgery and I'm sooo thankful to him and his team which is super professional! He is very knowledgeable , soft spoken and assuring,exactly what you expect out of a 5 star doctor! He walked me through all the steps, ensured I was comfortable through the sessions amd educated me about how I could prevent these issues in the future . His team is very hygienic and flexible. I had an extraction done, it went very smoothly and the surgeon talked me through the whole procedure. I even received a follow up call after the extraction the very next day. I had cavities in 2nd last tooth. Dr. Satyam has suggested to do root canal of the tooth but need to extract last molar tooth for better result else there will be chances of cavities again. I did so and the entire process was smooth. Dr. Satyam and his staffs were very polite and supported on call even at late night. Charges are nominal in comparison to the quality consultation they offer. I have visited here for second opinion regarding my RCT done from other dental clinic and Ms. Ray explained me everything in detailed manner backed by proof and logic which most of the doctors don't prefer. I have got my teeth fixed, it came out in a week. And when I complained about it the doctor started shouting and making excuses that it was because of the saliva. I don't know if the doctor is educated and capable of treating people. They charged a huge amount and the result is this. I get it checked withthe other doctors they said the chemical they used is a waste. Now you decide if you want to be treated like this.
