Very poor in terms of managing patient q.....they let their known people jump the q...you don't know which number patient turn is coming up, deliberately keep everything secret to benefit known individual...especially the USG....reception too is a party to the mismanagement..not at all customer friendly place...senior citizens kids women they treat all like animals...if you point out they argue with any reason

Pathetic service. Pathology test costs more than online plat forms like Tata 1mg, Apollo pharmacy. Reports are never on time. Staff is extremely casual and does not give correct information. I had to visit them 4 times for basic reports which generally gets generated within 24-48 hours.
