I
recently
had
the
pleasure
of
dining
at
Karim's,
a
Mughlai
restaurant
that
promised
an
authentic
taste
of
the
royal
era's
cuisine.
Walking
into
the
restaurant,
I
was
immediately
struck
by
the
regal
ambiance,
with
intricate
Mughal-inspired
decor
and
warm
lighting
setting
the
tone
for
what
was
to
come.
The
menu
boasted
an
array
of
traditional
Mughlai
dishes,
from
rich
and
fragrant
biryanis
to
succulent
kebabs
and
creamy
curries.
I
started
with
the
Murgh
sheek
Kebab,
which
practically
melted
in
my
mouth,
leaving
behind
a
burst
of
aromatic
spices
and
the
delicate
flavor
of
marinated
chicken.
For
the
main
course,
the
special
mutton
Biryani
stole
the
show.
The
fragrant
long-grain
rice
was
generously
layered
with
perfectly
cooked
pieces
of
marinated
mutton,
and
the
saffron-infused
aroma
wafting
from
the
dish
was
irresistible.
The
richness
of
the
dish
was
balanced
by
the
spicy
chicken
kadai.
After
that
the
sweetness
of
firni
pleased
me.
The
staff
are
undoubtedly
cooperative
and
well
behaved.
The
serving
time
is
appropriate.
In
front
of
the
restaurant
there
is
a
qualitative
parking
area.
Shahi
Delights
undoubtedly
offers
an
authentic
journey
into
the
flavors
of
Mughlai
cuisine,
transporting
diners
to
the
royal
kitchens
of
the
past.
With
a
refined
and
diverse
menu,
the
restaurant
is
a
must-visit
for
those
seeking
a
taste
of
history
in
a
modern
setting.
