Lack of customers hospitality. Overpriced, which is ok, given the fact, that it is situated inside the mall. Tandoori tea seems to have been redefined by these people, would never advice someone to waste their money. No feedback log maintained. The only thing that lead me to provide a star is because of the cleanliness.

2 of the Staff behavior in the counter really very bad rather horrible...don't know how to deal with customer....As my home is situated beside the mall I used to go there daily with my 2.6 yrs kid and order moghlai paratha and tea or coffee most of the times(as my kid love to eat the moghlai paratha) N today when I go to the counter one of the lady staff said to the other arrogant ill behaved male staff " oi dekho ,abar eseche"...I really don't know what kind of attitude is this...though I'd not reacted there but I felt really embarrassed ( though I should not be)... They should be happy that I've become their daily customer ...but instead of that their behavior really disappointed me...n everyday the male staff asked for change arrogantly... I'm sure the authority will look after the matter. Though,Food is good enough...( tried moghlai paratha, tea, coffee. ,fish fry) Thank you.

Street Food in a mall 🤔? Well that's now possible as Chai gram has come up with their new chain The Calcutta Street Food. They serve many kinds of street food and Bengali cuisine, from phuchka to luchi Mangsho, Fish fry to Ghughni, kebabs and even tea/coffee. 😋 We tried: Mutton Keema Ghughni with Toast, Chicken Hariyali Kebab 😍 Experience: The Ghughni was delicious but needed more keema. The Chicken Hariyali kebab was juicy and succulent and we really liked their presentation. You can try this place once if you're craving some kind of street food type snacks where proper hygiene is maintained and the prices are also reasonable. Really disappointing experience.had ordered for egg-chicken roll.the lady on counter repeated my order as I asked. But was presented only chicken roll.when questioned ,she argued that I ordered for chicken roll only ......really irritating that the lady on the counter cannot concentrate to listen and confirm orders properly....we come to mall to enjoy meals right?so don't spoil your mood, there are plenty of other good outlets in the same mall with better customer satisfaction.

Ambiance was okay and only if was to experience that come here. Pricing is relatively okay in comparison to mall culture but food is horrible. Sp. Veg Roll was tasteless it had gobhi and alu without salt, definitely not worth ₹80. Egg Roll was normal nothing special, you can get two in local shop in the same price with better taste. Mughali had almost no stuffing, ₹130 was relatively higher. Special Coffee was okay, ₹40 for a cup. I would rather recommend Pizza Pie in Fazir Bazar besides Raasta Cafe, no ambiance but food is amazing with good pricing. You can even try Raasta Cafe but Pizza Pie is better. Also service is little slow but if you are here to enjoy food I don't think it would matter much.
