Rooms are good, clean. Staff are also courteous and prompt. Bathrooms have a funnily odd architecture, but neat and serve the purpose well! Location wise it's pretty good, though the lane it is in needs some walking (approximately 5-7 minutes walk to the main road). Taking four wheelers inside the lane (beside Lagaan restaurant) is a challenge so ensure to check first before getting your car inside. Ola/ Uber are readily available (of course depending on the drivers!). Overall it was a pleasant stay.

You can reach there from Shalimar railway station at 40-50₹ through E-rickshaw you can book it through uber app just tell them that you want to go Mulla para . Room size is good but Hotel is little difficult to find but you can follow 'mark boards' to reach the hotel ,nearest landmark is Lagaan resturant and near toll plaza .But it is situated in a noise free location ,it also offers food and price is reasonable food is average. I don't liked the blankets and towels as they seem not so clean .

Staffs are highly professional, a complete renovation is needed and location wise it's ok. Food can be improved a bit. Rooms are spacious and staffs are very much supportive. Will love to increase the rating if renovation and ambience gets improved.

Rooms are very poor quality. Bedsheets are not cleaned properly. Bathroom locks are broken. Need proper maintenance.

Staff behaviour is very good. Room was clean. Food is decent. Location is a bit inside. But they use Spring mattress instead of foam mattress. Due to spring mattress, it's very difficulty to sleep on the bed – pain in the back, bed making creaking noises.

AC is working. Well lit rooms with atleast one window. Beds are not comfortable. The linen is not fresh and clean.

Only issue is location...Else service ok... Resturant service still in word.. Behaviour is good accepted card payment also ..

Rooms dirty, unhygenic, worst location. Do not stay in any hotels in Howrah side, you can better stay in Kolkata side and get better options.

Very bad behaviour staff room is also dirty bed sheet pillo and bathroom is so dirty.

Poor location of the hotel. Bedsheets are not so clean. I highly recommend don't eat food of this restaurant, food is tasteless. I better recommend go outside and eat because they didn't allow outside food. Better go with other hotel.

Bathrooms are little unhygienic. Very small basins, will come under your hands. OK rooms. service not so fast. took 3 calls and 45 mins to deliver drinking water to the room.

These guys have issue with oyo...I booked through oyo but I had to pay double the booking amount to get the check-in done....pls be careful to avoid unnecessary harassment

Abusing reading this please do not go....Worst place ... They charged me Rs.4000 extra for a pillow cover stain... Worst food.... though staff are polite.

First of all hotel the staffs are very good... Rooms are very well at this price and definitely it's very good for couples.... Foods are also good.... All over this oyo is must recommended....

Useless hotel. Cheap hotels tekes more money than deserve, service is too poor... charge more than they deserve. You should use make my trip next time for more option. You get best deal in Oyo

Staff behaviour as a good .. Room quality is good but fixed electric board and bathroom sawar .. room is small size .. Afterall this hotel good for stay .💕
