My first visit was on 03/10 in Kolkata centre. I have been asked to do OCT, HVF24 & PACHYMETRY tests and visit again with reports within a week. However their HVF machine does not work and did not work till afternoon 12th Oct. So I did the tests from outside and while revisit they charge me again. Even the doc was no t ready to listen when I explain the dely. Instead of doing treatment they are doing bloody business. Not at all recommended. Wrost management and pathetic services.

Although the Doctors here may be Good but the system here is pathetic . You have to wait with your patient for hours n hours . I had an appointment at 2.10 pm n iwas there by 1.55 pm but till 5.30 pm couldn't meet the Dr . Other formalities were done but kept waiting for more than 3n half hours . I was told it wil take approx 2 hours but wrong . Anyhow the operation done by Dr Debasish Sir was fantastic . So finally sabar ka phal meetha Mila mujhe .

TPA lady is pathetic. She do not have any people management skill. She unnecessarily argue with the patient party and if any issue comes be between Hospital and insurance provider then she always blame insurance provider instead of taking ownership and resolve the issue.

Ultra slow speed of servicing.. consumes almost your whole day.. employees aren't much cooperative.. takes minimum 3-4hrs to get a consultation from a doctor.. If your luck favors you, you may be able to wrap up before that duration.. best of luck..!!

The support staffs and assistants need more professional training and need to display more customer centric mentality and behaviour. The junior staffs both male and female lack the positive energy to excel in their routine day to day job and don't appear to be striving their best to achieve any kind of customer appreciation. They exhibit absolute callousness and are totally unaware of the flow of the work or the time frame to finish their task at hand or impact they have on their patients. Either they are very much happy with the job they do and feel extra comfortable and secure against competition or they know they won't get any better job and thus do not try to excel in their routine work.

I am coming here since 2016. I am highly satisfied with all the facility provided here. I would like to recommend to other patient too for eye checkup too. Doctor's and all the staff's are very helpful to their patients.

Worst management. A patient has to wait for 2 hours before they see a doctor. The prep time before going to the doctor is 2 hours which is insane. No prior notification is given for the prep time. Very bad customer service if you ask me.

Centre for sight is an excellent hospital for refraction of eyes to keep the sight and vision of eyes bright. The assisting staffs looking after the hospitality and medical assistance are very cooperative and patient friendly. The Doctors are very very good and atmosphere is homely. The Insurance consultation office is also very active and positive.

As I recently visited to centre for sight for my eye checkup as I want another appointment for my mother I had came to know that from 21.1.24 they are opening for Sunday also 9am- 4Pm ..it's is a very good thing for working people .CENTRE IS OPEN FOR EVERY SUNDAY

On an emergency basis, I visited CFS with my father on 8th August'20. Because of a lockdown day, there were only 8 patients in the entire hospital premises. Despite of sufficient staffs, it took almost 3.30 hours to complete my father's 30 mins check up. Entire department was too slow to do any task, may be they were assuming it as a holiday. My father who is suffering from diabetes, high pressure and kidney problem, was very difficult to sit there continuously. I requested the staffs to do necessary steps ar the earliest but they seemed too lazy to do anything. May be they're having a list reputed doctors but the high profile doctors were busy at their mobile phones and gave us a negligible time. Behavior of some supporting staffs was not professional at all. During OCD, one staff even misbehaving with my father who had little sense how to behave with a 78 years old senior patient. Somehow I controlled myself, just wanted to escape from there as early as possible. I can find so many positive feedback for the hospital, but actually I returned home with a bitter experience. Atleast I'm not recommending anyone to visit there with any senior citizen patient. Edited on 11/08/20: Against my Google review, today I received a call from CFS who explained the time consuming matter in detailed which is well justified. He has assured to take necessary actions against all odds I faced that day. This is a very good initiative for improvement of any Health institute. This makes me pleased.

Dr. Keshab Halder is an expert, recently I got my father in law's laser surgery done from him and the way he handled the situation is remarkable. And his behavior was very courteous. Also the staffs have supported us in whole process. Recommended for any eye care service.

The operations ( administration) is pathetic. My father ( 77 years) was to get operated on 3rd November, on 2nd November when I contacted to check if I should stop any medicine ( which they should inform earlier as it's a planned surgery), Doctor mentioned he should have stopped Prostate medicine. When I mentioned that I was not informed earlier, to my surprise, they advised me to go ahead. I checked with other and I was advised not to go for the surgery as the prostate medicine has some impact. Hospital kept on insisting on the operation as they were more interested on the money. I requested for next date which is 10th November- I expected this time they will give proper guidance. They didn't call me a single time - when I called on 9th November around 2 p.m to check the surgery time on 10th November, they were not sure what time the patient would be operated. The councilor lady was very rude. I am still going ahead with the surgery as I didn't want any delay - However if I had the time I would never opted services from here. I would suggest not to use services from here if you have other option. Their services are simply pathetic.

And coming to Enad anytime for any problem for eyes means protecting your eyes. And in any problem I got help anytime from Devdas of Enad's marketing team. The AJC Bose road centre in Kolkata has outstanding professionals. My mother in law had cataract surgery under Dr. Subhrangshu Sengupta in early Dec’23. Dr Sengupta is a wonderful human being and took great care of the patient. The experience was amazing both pre and post surgery. Further, Ms. Oindrilla from TPA team and Ms. Sangeeta who was the patient coordinator was extremely responsive, courteous and helpful. I also want to acknowledge the extra effort of Ms. Debika Malakar in listing down the post surgery “dos and don't” in an easy to understand manner. This was extremely helpful for the patient to follow. I would highly recommend Dr Sengupta, and the extremely caring team of Debika, Oindrilla and Sangeeta at this centre.

Center for sight eye hospital opened on AJC Bose Road on Sunday. I don't get a chance to see a doctor on working days... They are open on Sundays, which is a very good advantage for me. So I am Happy.
