On
an
emergency
basis,
I
visited
CFS
with
my
father
on
8th
August'20.
Because
of
a
lockdown
day,
there
were
only
8
patients
in
the
entire
hospital
premises.
Despite
of
sufficient
staffs,
it
took
almost
3.30
hours
to
complete
my
father's
30
mins
check
up.
Entire
department
was
too
slow
to
do
any
task,
may
be
they
were
assuming
it
as
a
holiday.
My
father
who
is
suffering
from
diabetes,
high
pressure
and
kidney
problem,
was
very
difficult
to
sit
there
continuously.
I
requested
the
staffs
to
do
necessary
steps
ar
the
earliest
but
they
seemed
too
lazy
to
do
anything.
May
be
they're
having
a
list
reputed
doctors
but
the
high
profile
doctors
were
busy
at
their
mobile
phones
and
gave
us
a
negligible
time.
Behavior
of
some
supporting
staffs
was
not
professional
at
all.
During
OCD,
one
staff
even
misbehaving
with
my
father
who
had
little
sense
how
to
behave
with
a
78
years
old
senior
patient.
Somehow
I
controlled
myself,
just
wanted
to
escape
from
there
as
early
as
possible.
I
can
find
so
many
positive
feedback
for
the
hospital,
but
actually
I
returned
home
with
a
bitter
experience.
Atleast
I'm
not
recommending
anyone
to
visit
there
with
any
senior
citizen
patient.

Against
my
Google
review,
today
I
received
a
call
from
CFS
who
explained
the
time
consuming
matter
in
detailed
which
is
well
justified.
He
has
assured
to
take
necessary
actions
against
all
odds
I
faced
that
day.
This
is
a
very
good
initiative
for
improvement
of
any
Health
institute.
This
makes
me
pleased.
