I have visited this centre last month & found all are excellent including their very low fee for Doctor EXCEPT their Prescribed Progressive Eyeglasses (Ordered for Best Progressive Glasses) However after all checked up thoroughly by their staff / doctors step by step, then they finally brought me to their adjacent eyeglass department along with their final eyeglass prescription. As per prescription it was ordered for the best quality progressive eye glasses i.e "Dual Power Progression Design Presto Power Progressive Lens" but I received Conventional Progressive Lens. Afterward I complaint for the same & asked to replace with proper one from Bangalore which I ordered. After 20 days I received rectified one but its remain same nothing is changed So still I'm suffering a lot with their eyeglass due to their non professionalism. According to me it is happened due to their doctors wrong prescription OR its technician in laboratory at Bangalore. So, I thought I have done a great mistake to visit this & lost my money as well. So please Be Careful before doing something over there....Think Twice....

Such shameless people, I've given my spec for changing the glass power and they told me that it will be ready within 3 days after 4 days also they didn't call me so I called them and they told me it will take another 3 days and on the 7th days they told me they have broken my frame so I have to go there and pick another one so I went there and what they did was they offer me a very cheap frame just by looking at it you can know it wont cost more than 200, such unprofessional and shameless people Edit: its been 15 days now and still they are not ready with my spectacle I think I'll have to wait at least for a month for them to finish the work which they told me would be completed within 3 days lol ...21 days now and they still have the guts to lie to me , people don't ever go to this place, such unprofessional , shameless and big liars they are

They have closed this branch three moths ago, yet they haven’t informed anything to the google map and to the website. So, the google map app showed me that it’s ‘open’ and appears as if it’s still running. Plus, they have done nothing to the mall as well. The wall of the mall still had their posters and adverts on it which made a lot of confusion. With this wrong information, I had to leave getting nothing and wasted my money to take Uber. Do I have to experience this disappointment on 31st of December?

Pathetic experience vasan has changed its 100% employee here at saltlake and replaced it with third class of employee who does not have manners to talk neither to work they infact do not know how to follow the que. the atmosphere which I have seen just now is like a government office where people are gossiping laughing and taking about different issues of the country rather than taking care of peitience From best it has become worst hopital of kolkata where I would never visit No class's now for this hospital

Very good eye hospital. Doctors available there, are experienced. They examine with patience care. Cost for an eye check-up is Rs 350. After registering once, one will get two free check ups within 29days. Recently, it remains closed during Sunday due to unavailability of doctors. But usually it remains open on Sunday. So, its better to call there before going on Sundays and get confirmed whether it is open or not.

I placed an order for making new specs and asked to courier it at my address . It was supposed to reach by 24. But hadnt arived yet. The phn no mentioned is unvalid. How am i supoosed to contact them. I belong frm punjab. How am i supposed to get details of my product. Very unsatisfied.

Very good service. Quite impressed. There are a lot of staffs here who were very well mannered and helpful. You just have to wait in the lounge and there is a very systematic approach to be followed for the eye checkups or the appointments. Doctor is very knowledgeable and experienced. There is a spectacles store inside the hospital which is just okay.

No complain about doctors or service. But never purchase glasses.highly unprofessional service in this section. Have ordered two glasses for in laws suppose to be delivered on 10th.i request for 9th they agreed.they could not delivere in time and agreed to deliver via courier.everyday i followed up without any result from 12 to 15th.finally complained to admin incharge on 15th.thanks to him my product is shipped on 18th via india post.have to check whether both specs are sent and whether they have given bifocal lense as discuused. Highly unprofessioanl in glass section.

Very rude behaviour. Took my grandson today, the doctor after checking him, declared that his eyes are gone bad for ever. A six year old boy hearing such rude statement - the doctor didn't care. Finally his vision was determined with minus 3.5 but the doctor refused to write a prescription. The clinic staffs shouted at us on the top of their voice. Unprofessional and unbecoming.....

This is the place where we trust about quality of service. Very good hospital in case of eye treatment. Every staff is very much co-operative.
