As the number of patients are relatively less...you can experience extra attention 😀... good thing, I hope. There is a cafeteria within the campus and a coffee shop at the entrance... enough ingredients to make your stay a nice one.

The clinical side is excellent. Food and Staffs also good. But the toilets!!! Very dirty. People coming here for check up are talking loudly . The atmosphere is just like a fish market. Bad experience.

Not satisfied with the service. The receptionist hadn't told us about test reports that we need to bring before coming. So had to face bizzare and time loss. They need to be more organised. And people coming here for eye related cases should be aware of this.

I went to this DISHA branch with my father . And had a full eye checkup , before that I have taken a appointment via phone . And I think that's good way, because if u go to directly without appointment then they will schedule in next half. All the check up went well within a time , everything was good 👍🏻. Very bad hospital.never seen worse people like Dr.Samar Basak.i went there in emergency after road accident in which my left eye become blind Samar looked me for only 2 min without any scan or photo and told that u became permanently blind no one can bring your vision back.from there I visited L.V Prasad eye institute Hyderabad where they treated patiencly result is that now I can see 6/12 from left eye.requst to doctor to plz give ample time to serious patient before giving your judgement.

Very good eye hospital. Very good infrastructure for eye surgery, testing and treatment is available here. The expenses are quite affordable. Medclaim facility is available. Prior appointment is needed to access any facility. This hospital has many branches at different places.

Have you known a place who fools people and extract money like anything. A cataract lens costing more than 1.5 lakhs and the doctors are suggesting that considering the fact that patient has no habits of wearing spects without even asking the same. Please stop doing this and provide a better service with the exchange of the amount that is according to business ethics.

This review is not about the superior treatment Disha offered . This is about the hospital facilities . And I have to say there are serious hygiene issues .I have been there twice in a span of 1 week for my father's treatment . On both days I observed 1) toilets don't feel fresh despite periodic cleaning . 2) how come hand wash is not there on both days is beyond any explanation 3) there is no provision of drying your hands . No hand dryer nk tissue at all. Hygiene is an extremely sensitive issue and I expect hospital authority to be more careful about it.

The hospital is ideally located by the side of road with moderate parking space. Most of the eye operations are now undertaken here instead of Barrackpore. The waiting lounges in different floors are spacious enough to accommodate the patient parties. Overall behavior of the Dr.s' as well as supportive staff are good.

I feel so bad. Lots of patients coming from so far for treatment but On the 3rd floor two reception girls talking about patients are coming in disha all are uneducated and poor. They girls are not receptionists They are Quarrel with patients every time.

Excellent! Care, cleanliness, cost, accuracy, perfection-in all departments it's the best available option around this place! I have the experience taking my mother (about 25 years back, in old establishment) and also both my parents-in-law (in 2008, 2009 in old establishment and just today in the new one) to Disha Eye Hospital. I took my daughter 20 years back when she was a little one! They all received excellent treatment.

It was a good enough experience. I went to see an eye doctor. I was told to submit my documents in respective boxes and wait. And I was checked by 2 different attendants and at last they sent me off to the doctor after checking my eyesight. There were lots of people around 2pm and I had to wait one hour in between the sessions.
