I felt to give a exact situation of the centre for whom are coming from a long distance to meet the Dr. of chennai apollo. The space is inadequate. Dr. usually start visiting patient from 7:30am onwards and it goes up to at least 4pm or so. People used to come 4am from different places of west Bengal to be in queue of name writing. I personally visited on 04/09/2022 at 8:10am and my number was 73. The Dr. visited me at 1:30pm. There is no AC and if at all it not working due to over crowd. People have to seat on plastic chair on the staircase even. One big stand fan is there. Toilet and drinking water facility available and some time tea also from the neighbouring tea stall. There is no parking of the office. One have to park on road (not busy and quite place is available and also safe). But the Dr. and staff are so good their behaviour is also nice and polite. And one should visit the place in a mind that its a great opportunity of West Bengal people to consult a chennai apollo Doc offline.

My operation of epidermic cyst on submandibular gland had been done 20th July 2018.My doctor was T. Ramadass.He is such a nice person I have ever met.He is so polite to the patients, that is very essential.There is a saying in bengali, "ডাক্তার ভালো হলে এমনিই অর্ধেক রোগ সেরে যাবে"(if the doctor is good, half of the illness will be automatically cured).& this exactly happened with me!He is too good!My adjectives fall short about him actually!and the lady assistant with him is also very good & polite.I fall in love with her(just kidding!)My operation had been done in Day Care.All the attendants are very cooperative & helpful there! But.....there is a BUT..... My experience in preanaesthesia room is too bad!Dr. Arabindan or something similar like this pronunciation(actually I forgot the name) is so rough!when she was asking me questions I didn't get a word after repeating several times.Yes, this is my fault & she gave a big question mark after my qualifications!!Has she any right to do this?? Everyone in Chennai Apollo is so cooperative & well behaved except she.& That's why I leave a one star blank. Thank you.🙏😊 He is🙏🙏🌼🌼

Booked an appointment through Apollo Chennai Kolkata office before coming to Chennai for surgery. But when I came to Chennai I found that no appointment booked. When I called them they are not able to give me proper response. When I connect Kolkata office to Apollo Chennai, Kolkata office personnel not even able to communicate as the person not able to speak English properly. As a result my effort to come to Chennai Apollo is totally lost just because Apollo Chennai Kolkata regional office ran by few inefficient people. Today I booked a lab test , between morning 6 and 7 am , the phelbotamist reached after 7am The sad part is he did not use a needle from a sealed pack I am quite aporhensive, this is the first time I availed the appolo service for lab test

Recent staff behavior is worst. They were so irresponsible.

Worst experience ever. Staff are very rude and very mismanaged.

The patient attendants at this Regional office are not cooperative at all. They don't even respond to the patient queries. You will not be able to know the exact time of visit of the doctors if you are unable to take their call which is only once. After that you will be unable to connect with them even if you try several times. They do not receive calls or reply through messages.
