Treatment is good. But staffs are very weird and I think they don't like their job. If you asked them for information or further procedure, they will give you a look in a weird way and tell you that they don't know anything or ask you to wait for someone who can assist you. If you ask them more than one time they will behave rudely.

Peerless Hospital is the best hospital in Eastern India, it has 400 beds, their ICU service is very good, my grand father was admitted in Diabetic emergency, he was in ventilation for 72 hours, then he discharged in a Stable Conditon and was treated under Dr Chandramouli Bhattacharya, he is the best transparent doctor we ever seen in our life, he always brings the patient Conditon in a very clear way to the patient family'S table. Their radio imaging and lab service is excellent. They are treating covid patient in a best manner in Kolkata, and the hospital rates are more reasonable comparing to other private hospital in Eastern bypass, their food service is handled by eminent SODEXO company, their purity is not comparable to others. Peerless have many specialist doctor in surgery and their gastro unit is one of the leading unit in India, their Orthopedic department is outstanding, many senior and experienced world class doctor are here and in Nephrology department is so strong as they have a nice Dialysis unit, a Modern operation theater and cath lab, I would say - people need not to worry about their health till this hospital exist in your home land.

A very old and renowned hospital in Kolkata, dedicated to mostly common people. The hospital has all covered infrastructures with able and experienced doctors and supporting medical staff. They take care of everything very quickly and delightfully. I'm impressed with stuffs and also the hospital authorities. Thank you for showing love and efforts towards the patients. There is emergency ward, as well as the surgical wards are divided into 3 floors. You can take elevator. 2 elevators are present in the back side as well as the front side. Mainly front elevators are for outdoor patients or for visitors. Back sides elevators are for internal work or stuffs. General beds are very clean and their are so many types of bed if you are going to admit there, check the lists in the query center, in the ground floor. Query center mainly handle all the appointments for outdoor patients and you can find the doctors list there. In the ground floor, there are administration office, discharge center, query center and PRO office in the front of the hospital. In the back, there are admission counter and HR office. Moreover a good hospital in reasonable expenses and the authority and the doctors are very good and caring. You will love their services

Service level mostly in pathology and Ultrasonography department are very poor. I recommend the patient who has required extra care need not to visit in this hospital. In every stage of pathology, require many time to wait. Some of the supporting staff are very non cooperative. They don't have minimum knowledge of patient care/management.

Nice hospital. It offers very good hospitality and services toward patients. All the staffs, doctors and nurses were very much kind and caring towards the patients. However, being a private hospital it is a bit expensive to afford. But surely, one will not get disappointed in terms of patient care or treatment. There are many renowned and experienced doctors in different departments of this hospital. Visitors can visit to the patient's cabin during the visiting hours. Visiting hours are 10:30-11:30 a.m. in the morning and 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. in the evening.

We went to this hospital for RT-PCR test needed for our travel. They made sitting arrangements outside the hospital building but inside the premise, which was fine for the infected patients as they're required to stay in the open space. However, there was no separate sitting arrangement for the non-infected people who are just going for a random test visit or for any travel purpose. The authority may not be aware of who is infectious or who is not, until they receive the test reports, hence sitting arrangement doesn't matter in that case. But found a bit congested or nonsafe when the place got crowded. They provide the test reports within 24 hours, but have to wait to give the sample for longer hours if you're late to fill the form. Therefore, be there as early as possible in the morning and fill out the form. There are many flowering plants and trees in the hospital premises for a good time to pass.

My recent experience at Peerless Hospital left me impressed with the quality of healthcare and overall services provided. Located in Kolkata, West Bengal, this hospital has gained a reputation for excellence in medical care. The first thing that stood out was the hospital's modern infrastructure and cleanliness. The premises are well-maintained, and the state-of-the-art facilities reflect a commitment to patient comfort and safety. The medical staff, including doctors, nurses, and support personnel, exhibited a high level of professionalism and compassion. From the moment I entered, I felt well taken care of. The doctors were thorough in their examinations, and they took the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment options clearly. I appreciated the hospital's emphasis on technology and innovation in healthcare. The availability of advanced medical equipment and diagnostic tools contributes to accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans. This is particularly important for complex medical conditions. The hospital's range of specialties is extensive, covering areas such as cardiology, neurology, orthopedics, oncology, and more. This comprehensive approach ensures that patients can receive a wide array of medical services under one roof, reducing the need for referrals to multiple facilities. Additionally, the hospital's commitment to patient education is noteworthy. They provide informative materials and conduct awareness programs that empower patients to make informed decisions about their health. One aspect that could be improved is the waiting time for appointments and procedures, which can be a bit long due to the hospital's popularity and patient load. However, the quality of care provided ultimately makes up for this inconvenience. In terms of amenities, Peerless Hospital offers comfortable rooms and a variety of dining options. This is especially important for patients who may need to stay for an extended period. In conclusion, Peerless Hospital in Kolkata is a healthcare institution that I would recommend with confidence. Their dedication to medical excellence, patient care, and continuous improvement is evident throughout the facility. Whether for routine check-ups or complex medical conditions, Peerless Hospital is a reliable choice for healthcare in the region.

My son was suffering from severe abdominal pain and high grade fever for ten days. Suddenly his urine output had also stopped..we immediately rushed him to a nearby nursing home where they mentioned that it will not be possible to manage the case there and asked us to go to a higher center..we spoke to a lot of people and finally decided to take him to Peerless hospital..after arriving here the emergency team and paediatric team acted at lightning speed to finally detect that my childs appendix had burst..an immediate operation was required..after the emergency OT which lasted for nearly 5 hrs doctor came to us and informed that the operation was successful..not only a burst appendix he too had a hole in the intestine which was from birth..my son is fine now thanks to the team of doctors and all staff of Peerless Hospital..

This is By far the hospital when it comes to quality of service and patient care in the curing and treatment process. the patient feels a very homely atmosphere once he/she gets admitted in the hospital. the doctors are excellent , highly qualified and skilled when it comes to surgeries and other medical treatment. The patient satisfaction and after service treatment is also very good. If anyone wants a genuine treatment with a true solution of his/her problem, the eyes closed please visit this hospital only

I write this review with utter shame in my heart that this place is nothing but a disgrace to the health sector of our state. First things first, I have perhaps never witnessed a more unorganized management system in a hospital that claims itself to be "one of the best". Their website is as useless as the management, wherein no online appointment is ever available because of the server always being down. The phone numbers available for tele-appointment are equally worthless since upon dialing, all you will get to hear is "The number you have dialed is not valid". Seriously Peerless, do better! I would not even rate this place with a single star but because Google won't let me post my review otherwise, hence i had to post it with 1 star.

I had to get Covid report in order to travel to Dubai. Peerless Hospitex have a very systematic approach. They have a separate section outside the main building for getting the test done. The best thing is they are providing the report within 24 hours. And they also have the provision to provide signature and stamp on the report if you say u are travelling internationally. Very hassle free procedure.

Undoubtedly the best hospital in Kolkata. They treat their patients so well that you can expect yourself to be taken care of faster than other specialist hospitals. My father visited here for a checkup many times and each time he recovered and went back to our home healthy. Highly recommended for senior patients.

One of the best hospitals in eastern India , saved my daughter's life thrice and I had discectomy here. All the departments possess best of the doctors and trained nurses. The billing department and PR department is extremely cooperative , amicable and exorbitant billing is not done over here that further testifies and upholds the rock - solid integrity of Peerless Hospital .

Just disgusting!!!!!!! . Very low grade nurses and wardboys , a hospital cannot run alone on infrastructure and technology it also needs a cooperative and good faculty . Beleive me it's not the hospital reviews which got my grandmother's attention for her brain treatment but it was a doctor with great experience , I have never heard about this hospital in my entire life until I met the doctor at that time. When my grandmother's treatment was done and was in rest she used to get abused by nurses in the hospital . When we used to go to meet her we thought she was complaining because of the hallucinations but after she got home pretty much back in her senses she was extremely sad and angry at time , I cannot say how angry Were my family members including me . Last thing I want to do before I die is to shut down this hospital forever .

Good enough , experienced doctors are served their services including diagnosis and reports of the patient. Many patients are visit here and again come for the better service and facilities. Services are so good and may not be affordable for poor person. In somecases the fees amount is 1100/-or more, so it nay not be affordable for some person. There are so many departments like Neurology, gastrology, eye etc. and also emergency services are provided. Opened from 9a.m. to 8p.m.(except sunday).

The 1st private hospital, in my experience, that declares and practices " no tipping", as a policy. For Cashless treatment patients, its just suffices, to submit the set of docs and reports the p.r office asks for. The rest from admission to discharge, is taken care of. The doctors, sister, nurse, attendants, office staff are very helpfull and most caring, to put the patient and their relatives at ease, always. They treat with care.

It's a very old private hospital located in the southern most fringes of the city of Kolkata. This hospital caters to a large dispora of patients, specially from Bangladesh. The National Neurosciences Centre and B K Roy Research Centre are an integral part of this hospital. Several renowned doctors and surgeons are associated with this hospital. The hospital staffs are also very friendly. Several medical related courses are also taught in this hospital.

It has the National Neuroscience Centre. Parking is available. Ramped entry direct to first floor. It's also a COVID-19 vaccine center. Various lodging houses are present in the vicinity for lodging of relatives of patient's undergoing prolonged treatment. Ambience is good. Staffs are cooperative.

My mother was admitted in peerless under this doctor. According to my mom, he was very well behaved and polite and a good doctor. But we, as guardians were not satisfied with him as he never communicated properly with us. He used some medical terms which we were unable to understand and he refused to explain. He didn't give us even a bit of his time. We had to wait outside and catch hold of him when ever we could spot him. He used to get very irritated when we used to ask him about our patient's condition. So our experience was not good at all. The three stars given because my mom was happy with his behavior and care.

Just take a look at the condition of my father they had made in semi -critical bed of Peerless hospital. He was admitted in peerless under the treatment of Doctor Bhaskar Bikash Pal. My father was suffering from cirrhosis of liver but the doctor never gave green signal for liver transplant and the time when he gave there was no chance he could have survived the operation.. we took the suggestion from Doctor Abhijit Chowdhury and he straightaway told that it should have been done earlier there's no way he could have handled the major surgery of transplantation. Coming back to Peerless. They are ruthless. Sisters will behave well when you are infront of patient but not well when you left the place... See the condition of your patient yourself and then think twice before sending your patient to this worthless moneymending hospital. At last day when we tried to communicate with the doctor he didn't even bothered to meet us as he was afraid of his deeds. And lastly the manager operations Mr.Bhaskar Jha,I don't know whether he belongs from slums as his behaviour towards other speaks. And so does the style of their following of Covid protocols.. Anytime Covid patient can sit infront of you as there are no Covid protocols as I have faced it personally.Nd they will eventually start to play mind games with you when u start to enquire about the availability of beds in swasthya sathi scheme.

Even though the hospital is in ICMR approved Covid RTPCR testing list , but RTPCR is conducted by peerless till 4 pm only. I was brought to this hospital emergency with severe chest pain. The prompt attention of emergency doctors and cardiologist Dr. Mainak chatterjee and his team members have saved my life. I am grateful to all doctors, nursing staff and support staff for their attention to me for early recovery. I would especially extend my gratitude to Dr. Mainak Chatterjee for his advise over phone whenever required. This was my first admission in a hospital for medical emergency and I am happy to receive the services. I am satisfied with the service of this hospital and I would also recomend others.

Please don't even think about this hospital service. Even the government hospitals are better than this hospital. My grand father was admitted here for more than 10 days but after his surgery when he needs the most care then staffs of this hospital were laughing on him. We have payed more than 5 lakh of bill and we get this kind of services. Please avoid and boycott this hospital and there staffs. Without giving any star I cannot show the reality that's why I have given 1 star otherwise if there an option I'll give them minus 10.

Dr. Santanu Bag of Peerless Hospital And B.K Roy Research Center is a very inexperienced, unskilled and irresponsible doctor. He is confused about the treatment, Do not understand an emergency situation, waste time doing unnecessary diagnosis helping himself and hospital making money. He fail to start/give a primary treatment which is always expected from an experienced physician, proves his inefficiency in the medical science. Such physician degrade this noble profession. Dr. santanu Bag always refer/bring up that he is not able to identify the disease/illness and requires some more diagnosis until he understand the line of treatment and Peerless Hospital management does not take any status update on a regular basis of their sick patients improvement and works together with such inexperienced and irresponsible doctors in making money. This institution and doctor breaks the trust and faith of humane society from medical science.

Like many other hospitals O.P.D can be okay; but I.P.D is absolutely corrupt. As my own experience is with emergency dept. & Dr. Rimita Dey; who was only concerned with more and more tests for just an 'Electrolyte imbalance'. The tests and pharma supplies are 5-10 times overpriced for in-patient as compared to the O.P.D patients. If I selectively talk about this hospital then it will not be the full picture; West Bengal as a whole lacks Quality in medical treatment (there are various reasons behind this scenario). My advice is to explore Delhi, Mumbai, Vellore, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad etc.

Sorry for this negative review as this is for one doctor only... who happens to be there in Peerless Hospital too! Had the misfortune of interacting with this Dr Sabyasachi Bardhan today at EEDF! He is a doc I would recommend everyone to avoid... and this I plan to put up in other social media too. I paid the requisite fees at EEDF and booked an appo with him. Since he was the only one available, I had no choice of consulting any other ortho. It was for my mother, who is 80+ and had a femur bone problem recently (it seems to be a minor fracture!), X-Rays were done and other advice had been taken from our family physician. I went to EEDF to consult an ortho with the X ray and all other relevant reports. In the interaction, he did not even bother to spend 2 mins with me. He did not listen to me or try to understand why I was consulting him. Attitude...! Didn't want to see the X ray or Physician's prescriptions etc... Only advice: "Bhorti kore din hashpatale, tarpor amra dekhbo" and "Haad bhengechhe, sheta jora lagate hobe"! Anyway, it's better not to write more about him. Thankfully, I got to consult a sensible ortho later today and am feeling relieved after taking his advise. A strong reco to all: Pls avoid Dr Sabyasachi Bardhan in any ortho related problems or consultations... or rather in any interactions NB: I have given a score of 1/5 in this google feedback as there was no scope of giving a negative score!

Peerless hospital is located at New Garia in Kolkata. You can reach here easily by using public transport such as Metro, Local train or via buses. Infrastructure is very good, staffs are helpful and cooperative, little bit crowdy as foreign patients are higher majorly Bangladeshis, maintaining cleanliness. Cool environment. Doctors are available on time. Visiting charge min. Rs 1k/doctor But you can expect good service from them. I have uploaded many pics. as per floor details you can check.

As you might already know Peerless is one of the most famous and best hospitals in India. It provides the best hospitality any hospital could provide. Though it's quite expensive, the quality of services is excellent. Both my mom and dad have spent some days here and they felt very comfortable here. The nurses are very helpful and caring. The food available for the patients/ in the canteen is very good. You also have rest rooms here for people who have to stay by the patients. If people tend to get bored, you also have a television at your service. They make no compromises for the health of their patients.

This hospital was good in service in past. Now the service quality is going down. The doctors have many degrees from prestigious colleges. Nevertheless three years ago they did absolutely wrong diagnosis of my father. They have literally robbed money from us. Recently I went there for blood test. A shocking thing I've noticed. A male-worker cleaning the female toilet. This is not fair.

Doctors are nice. Nurses are also nice and efficient. But the lady staff in the billing section and in reception are rude ill manner and don't have proper training how to behave with patient and customers. Most of them illiterate for the post and cancer for otherwise very good institution. Hospital authority should look this aspect and should take necessary steps.

It's located at Sonali Park to be more specific and it's a private hospital. Their facilities are , I will say, Good. And the hospital's environment is calm and peaceful. Everything is well organised. Its nearest metro station (as of now) is Kavi Subhash. And nearest railway stations are Baghajatin and New Garia, actually, this hospital is in the middle of these two railway station. And if you wish to come here by road then you'll find Auto-rickshaw from Jadavpur 8b,if you're coming from South Kolkata and from Garia railway Station & New Garia railway Station, if you're coming from South 24 parganas. If you wish to travel in Bus then get in a 1B(Garia to Gol Park)or 206(route New Garia to Saltlake) or Kolkata station to New Garia station bus or 007( Shyambazar to Garia Bus stand) or any bus that takes you to Hiland Park. Oh, Forgot to tell you , OPD's are open from Monday to Saturday. All the Best. Thank you for reading.

It takes more than 30 hrs to deliver a report of tests here. I took my mother for an USG here.. her booking was at 11 am.. after the usg I was informed that the report will be delivered the next day after 4 pm.. why the patient have to wait more than 30 hrs for a simple report of USG they had no answer.. today when I came to take the report the front report delivery desk told me the report is not yet ready.. please go to the concerned department.. at the department i was told that please wait as no one is there.. I got the report delivery at 6 o'clock.. please think twice before coming here for opd services..

I had a knee ligament operation on 29 August, 2020 under Dr. Nikhilesh Das sir. The operation went very smoothly. But I am giving 4 Star because the management need to look after the night stuffs and the sisters. Last night I was asking the sister to call a stuff ‘aaya masi’ to bring me a bedpan as I can't walk but they were all sleeping, after calling 13th time they gave a response just think how irresponsible are they. Otherwise everything is great.

A one stop hospital for almost all types of ailments. A multi speciality hospital in true essence. All tests and reports are inhouse. Well experienced doctors. Well behaved polite assistant staff. Wheelchairs and trolleys at entrance. Mr. Ananda near ramp entrance needs a special mention and appreciation for his helpful and caring nature. The premises is very clean. Price is reasonable.

I was admitted to this Hospital for the very first time and trust me its so good except Emergency ward staffs because they are so arrogant and I gave one less star rating because of them only other than that everything was fantastic... I was under the care of Dr Kundan Chaurasia who is such a wonderful human being... My only complaint against the staffs who are in Emergency section.. They seriously need a class regarding good human nature....

The vaccination camp in peerless hospital although not crowded in July 2021 could be much better managed. People need to be guided as there are three steps involved if you already have a paid booking. The security will give you a token number, you need to share the booking reference and get jabbed. A simple three step process but left for the general people to figure it out by themselves. Took me over 1.5 hours to get it done with.

Peerless knows how to take good care of patients and for that reason, the hospital is very good. My father was experiencing breathlessness & pain in the shoulder & chest region for quite some time. Visited quite a few doctors, but his condition remained undiagnosed. At Peerless the final diagnosis revealed a block in the heart. He required stenting & now he is absolutely fine after the procedure. Thank you Peerless & Doctors for the care.

My father went for an MRI scan for brain at Peerless Hospital. Their staff was very cordial and they gently counseled him what to expect during the investigation. This gave a strong moral support to my father. Everything was well-planned and scheduled so that we didn’t wait long for the scan.

😠 The Worst of the worst experience I have faced in this hospital. I admitted my father in this hospital on September 2022 in ICU under Dr. Seshadri Das and Dr.Rahul De. They continued totally wrong treatment in ICU for 2 days. His condition deteriorated. His speech was stopped due to wrong treatment....
