This reputed hospital is a Covid-19 vaccination center. In the current pandemic scenario (May 2021), India is struggling hard to vaccinate it's humongous population size. This is when private hospitals like Woodlands come into the picture. Woodlands, being a deluxe private hospital is charging β‚Ή900 for the Covishield vaccine. I was fortunate enough to be able to book my vaccination slot online, via the Cowin website. Once the slots open, they get filled up within a fraction of second. So, you need to remain extremely vigilant, patient and apply some basic tricks to be able to book a slot successfully online. During my visit to Woodlands Hospital, I was pleased to see their well-organized crowd management system and hassle-free vaccination process. At first, you need to fill up a form and mention a few personal details, then you will be provided with a token number (mine was 148), and have to patiently wait for your turn to enter the billing section of the hospital. Once your number is called, proceed to the ground floor billing section, make the payment and head towards the first floor (vaccination room). After you reach the vaccination room, show your invoice to the authorised person near the gate, and he will permit you to enter. Now, simply sit down on the chair and the vaccinator will inject the vaccine. After it's done, wait for a few minutes outside the room and then you can leave the hospital premises. The entire process was really simple and efficient. Get yourself vaccinated today & stay protected. πŸ‘πŸ»

Being a multi-speciality hospital there is so many good thing is clearly noticable, such as Out-patient service (OPD care) is appreciated, Receptionists are contact you over phone if any changes of doctors appointments and notify for other information. There is no separate urinal/toilet/lavatory for gents and ladies, it's quite disappointing.Hospital has facilities like waiting hall, cafeteria, lounge is to accommodate much patients and their family members. The main highlight is Doctors are very good, carefull, responsible and obviously one can get good treatment from here. Though medical services and patient's care is appreciated but charges are expensive, in case of emergency or admission for operation theatre you have to prepare for a good amount of cash ready for bill payment.

A hospital where hardly you will find mobile signal and its really annoying. Insurance department is a big harassment. Lack of coordination between admissions and Insurance department make patient party's life miserable. Non cooperative people are there in Insurance department, really disappointing with there pathetic behaviour. Seems they are paying from there pocket. Mosquitoes are plenty, repellent provided but without oil. Billing is a only thing they are very efficient. They left no stones unturned to ruin you financially, exorbitant charges but facility wise not worth at all. Admissions department is another pain, hardly you will be getting any help. Management should look into all these mistreatment with patient and patient party. Really felt deprived , pathetic I wish o would give negative rating.

Due to Google being one of the best ways to judge things now, I'll help myself share with you, very basic things over here which are not at all proper. 1. Very very very ugly work culture. Please note new trainees & interns when you enter here in your first career path. This place will ruin your mental health. You ll not be paid & will be harassed by seniors whom outsiders think as Saviours to the society. The inner part is very different there. They curse patients when they are within themselves. When you are out on service, they wear savior masks. 2. They insult you until you leave. I have seen many young trainees leave with injustice, no certificate nothing. Although they make you work like slaves. Not for hospitals but for themselves. Is giving CHAI a young trainee's responsibility?? Worst *BEHAVIOR & NEGLIGENCE*. Note: What looks glamorous from outside, might be very hazardous from within. Good luck. Reviews are not always manipulated. I have seen my close ones mentally suffered.

Friendly staff, well dressed, proficient, humble and helpful, maintain social distance wearing face masks even while speaking and the best thing is that you can get a peaceful, calm and quiet environment within. One star less since the vaccination center about 100 meter far from the main hospital entrance which has to informed on the road side through a banner or something else, it will save the time of a stranger, according to my opinion. Hope the management would think about that. First picture is the entrance of main hospital. Second picture is inside the vaccination centre.

My wife delivered our baby last month in this hospital. We've pre-booked a bed and that's why the admission process was smooth. Staff behaviour is good. Each and every process is very systematic and well managed. Nurses take well care of patient. Only thing they should be more strict of is the "tips" at every step of service. And last thing I must mention is the cost which is possibly the highest in kolkata.

Most worst hospital 1. There no sufficient parking facility 2. Patients party urinals facility very very poor( only one for boys and one for girl in ground floor) 3. Insufficient sitting arrangements for waiting of Patients party. 4. At the time of visiting hours the ground floor make fish market. 5. Medical treatment cost is too much higher. 6. The estimate charges not meet the actual amount. 7. Sister well trained 8. Non medical stuffs attention very poor.

Doctors are good, even the staff is good. But what's very very bad is the whole system, even after paying a lot of money almost twice for every service. And there are a lot of interns from Seacom Management College to manage you... There are insufficient seating arrangements. Even after online payment and time for visit being set at 1:20 pm. You will need to stand till 2:20. Plus the crowd. Weird people with a lot mental issues will be around you, making you feel that you are in the wrong hospital.....

For the first time, I am seeing a private multi-speciality hospital having absolutely zero respect for others time. It seems once you enter this hospital, you are at their mercy- you have to throw away your other commitments and be prepared to spend 7-8 hours for a simple routine checkup. If you have decided to send patients on first-cum-first-serve basis, what is the point of online slot booking? Not everyone lives in the vicinity who can do offline booking. Time to wake up from this ancient, inefficient queuing nightmare ! I went yesterday at 4pm to get my 70-years old father-in-law checked, for a 5pm slot. I finally met the doctor at 9pm after 14 odd patients who got their names added to the queue in the morning. My entire family had to toil for 6 hours for a 30-min checkup. Is this how you treat patients and their families? How to handle patients queue is a basic Management 101 technique. If you falter there, I wonder how well do you take care of other day-to-day hospital ops.

This is the waiting area of one of the best and reputed hospital in Kolkata! A little better than a cow shed! And they charge close to a 5 star property in kolkata! If even one of you reads this, next time choose your hospital wisely! This is just the tip of the iceberg!

Hello everyone, On 18th September we lost our uncle (bade papa) due to medical negligence of Woodland Hospital. He was admitted to the hospital on 24th of August. Everyday we got a call from hospital stating he was in a better condition, even we talked to him the day before the unfortunate incident took place, suddenly on friday morning we received a call that he is no more. We couldn't believed what happened, and most important how all this happened. Please share this as much as possible and help us fight against these scams so that no other family will have to suffer from the pain of losing their loved ones. #hospitalscams #MedicalNegligence #COVID19

Food is also good quantity, taste and better than rests of the hospitals in Kolkata.Thank you Woodlands for taking care of my mom. πŸ’—

This is the worst hospital in Kolkata. I had worst experience with it. They are only taking higher charges without doing any treatments. My father was admitted here for 2 days and they charged rs 4 lacs without doing any treatment. And when we asked for all the reports then they said we will not provide reports now. At the time of discharge they will give. But the reality was that they were not having a single report. For making fake reports they took 7-8 hours. Please don't go there.this is the worst hospital I have ever seen.

This hospital has killed my father, after 10 hours of my father's hospitalization, my father, a chronic kidney patient, called me saying nobody was going to him even after repeated call and bed-side button pressing, no treatment or diagnosis was done to check reason of his sickness, we got call from hospital after 2hrs of that call informing he got cardiac arrest and he went into comatose and he was kept in ICU ventilation for 10 days since then. The hospital harrassed us repeatedly on different phases, including sudden rise in ICU bed charges right after the admission of Saurav Ganguly. They never bothered to attend our phone calls, never allowed to see my father, I still remember my father calling us helplessly and saying, "Come upstair, come to me, I am feeling cold, nobody is coming to attend, I am feeling like fainting", then he said something that I could not understand, he went into deep coma forever. #medicalnegligence #hospitalscams #worstHospitalWoodlands

Worst Private Hospital in Kolkata. Please don't get your beloved family member admitted here. They'll charge you as high as possible with specific costs that bypass all Insurances. They discharged my father after charging lakhs, even though he still had the Covid Infection. The ward staff and nurses are so rude that they cut the call on your face and refuse to let us communicate with the patient over call. Worst hospital ever. Even Government Hospitals are better. Kindly go for Apollo, this is the best advice you can get.

I had visited the hospital and took the appointment of Dr. Lalit Agarwal 2 weeks prior @ 7pm. The doctor did not even come to the hospital till 10pm. I asked the billing counter to refund my consultation fees and to my surprise he told me that the doctor usually comes at 10pm. With sick patients we have to wait three hours for no reason at all even after taking prior appointment. I think the hospital management should either take action or should give the appointment at 12 Midnight so thats we can be well prepared for such unprofessional behaviour, if we still wish to consult the above doctor.

The worst hospital ever in Kolkata. I would not refer to any of my friend’s enemies to go this hospital. The doctors are on leave alternative no doctors are available. Till the time the patient had to wait until the doctor came. Staffs are all interns. The doctor and staff nurse are advised me to shift the patient to other hospital as they knew the total infrastructure. No treatment was going on.

Hospital is neat and clean, having good equipments and good doctors are part of the hospital but the admin and billing staffs are very much unprofessional and lazy. Mr. Mohanty of insurance desk along with Ms. Priyanka are very helpful. There are a lot of labour problem due to union issue. Early in the morning OR laye at night if you visit the hospital it will look like a deserted place and like any government hospital with no nursing staff, ward boy or billing person. All the ward boys are always asking for tips for any kind of work they do. They don't even have the understanding of the situation. Only thing they know is asking for tips. On thing that I experienced here and didn't expect was that the pediatrician asked for money to give vaccine to my new born baby, that also before she was taken inside the OT but while I got the bill, I saw it has been included in bill and I have to pay twice. Since the doc took cash without any receipt, I couldn't challange anyone.

If I had chance to leave review in minus star rating format, I would have done that. Hospital is not equipped enough to handle emergency cases. They don't have basic facility like wheel chair or stretcher are not available to cater the patient who can barely walk on their own. The doctors there (specially the night shift) lack basic interpersonal skills on how to interact, show empathy and bond with the patient family and when questioned on their lack of being proactive and shown a need urgency, they are super laid back. They kept talking loud on phone about my family while I was right there laying in the bed.

No CEO should block the entry to the hospital. If you need to talk to your staff , you can definitely call upon them in your office and not block the whole traffic at the entrance. On top of that the Security guard was signalling others to not honk as β€˜The CEO’ was holding up the traffic. Hospital is meant for the patients and whoever has the wish to exert their powers , can do so outside the hospital premises. The CEO is paid from the money given to the hospital by the patients. Patients should be prioritised in a hospital and not CEO or any other officers holding ranks in the office.

Excellent opd. usually long waiting even after confirmed appointment. Waiting area needs more sitting arrangements .Behavior of some customer relation staff is not upto the mark. A few doctors are serious, others are sitting here to extract money even from the people living below the poverty line. If you have enough money or health insurance you can come here otherwise not. The policy of the management is to earn money. They do unnecessary tests repeatedly. Release of patients is intentionally delayed to increase their profit.

Fraudsters. They try every trick in the book to extract as much money as possible. Their grievance cell is nothing but their spokesperson, they try to defend their hospital no matter what. Service quality is pathetic to say the least, nobody takes accountability for anything. They give dates for surgery and when you go all prepared they would say room is not available. Doctors ask for extra money in cash below the table. Total mess.

Doctors are not God and they can make mistakes. But that doesn't mean that they have the right to give a painful death to a patient. There have been numerous incidents where it is not possible to revive a person considering his/here age and other existing ailments, but there is always a way to calm the patient's discomfort and let him/her go peacefully. It is not always profit and money which matters the most. It has been rather unfortunate that in a speciality hospital like Woodlands, one has to go through these traumas. Both the patient and the family went through this and what is heartening is that no family member was beside the deceased at the last moment, when it was very well understood he will not revive. That too under eminent doctors. This has to change. Death needs to be more humane and dignified in a medical care centre. Hope this message finds the right eyes. And I gave 2 stars only because of the initial diagnosis and operation. And I have not mentioned about the issues with the billing department, which will be another review.

A bit disorganized. Takes really long to get the billing done to see a doctor. Then there is another long wait to see the doctor. Add to that is the disparity between the number of people waiting to consult a doctor and the limited waiting area. Be prepared to spend 3 to 4 hours here to see a doctor. Not sure if this is the norm for all hospitals but Woodlands being a Multi-speciality hospital needs to do something about this. The only saving grace is that you are standing waiting in an AC area

Regarding Dr Lahori Gynaecologist. I met her in RSV Hospital. I'm from Delhi, normally hospital decide the total pregnancy cost. But she is unique doctor, she said my charges are not included in 80,000 INR pregnancy package of hospital. I charge fix 55,000 extra over 80k hospital billing. This is Scam..I never heard of this thing before but in Kolkata hospital only. My first child was delivered from Max hospital Delhi. Pregnancy package cost was 60,000 INR,.I didn't pay anything extra to our Gynaecologist. Biggest and best Apollo hospitals charge hardly 1 Lac, no additional cost need to pay to Gyna. But Lahori mam charge 55K fix plus 80K minimum that you will pay in hospital total 1.32lac Rs in small grade hospital.I'm ready to pay 55k to her directly if she performs my child delivery at her home, for what I'm paying 80k to hospital? For dirty single bed only?

Doctors are working on emotions and fear of patients. Above all the charges and expenses one does, cleanliness, hygiene and precautions are nil. Washrooms are pathetic and dirty with not even soap. Overall, my last experience was very bad, I personally will never go there for any future needs or recommend anyone else to go there.

Worst hospital..plz plz don't ever go to this place for treatment..my father got admitted to this hospital for 12 days and they did nothing except administering glucose and nutrients for which hospital billed me more than 3 Lacs INR..No diagnosis, no treatment nothing.. Doctors drag the diagnosis/treatment to mint more money like test will be done after 2 days and again they will say in the next 4 days as Doctor is not available..Ultimately they say we need to do more tests as this test is not sufficient and drag it further as the next tests will be done again after 3 to 4 days..Doctors don't try a bit extra to help you..there is no transparency and you will not be able to know what is going on. Nurses won't follow the directions given by Doctors and you need to check whether medicine is administered or not every now and then. Staffs at Insurance Desk and Reception are very rude and unfriendly. They won't help you with a single thing..Complete package of worst experience..

We are blessed with a baby girl on 17/03/2023 at Woodlands hospital. The admission was hassle free though it was an emergency situation for us at 4am. They assigned the bed very quickly. The nursing staffs and duty doctor were very helpful and efficient. The nursing staff in night shift and the nurses working in nursery section are a bit slow as we have experienced. OT experience was very good also. Right now renovation is going on at Woodlands hospital so people face some problems regarding accessibility to different areas.

In their efforts to expand the hospital space, the administration is creating a chaos! A dengue patient is being admitted into the general ward without any prevention. My sister had a laparoscopic surgery after which she was sharing the room with a dengue patient and is now suffering from it. Their excuse is that they do not have any separate cabin or room or ward to address dengue patient. I would not suggest this hospital to anyone who is looking for a procedure here.

Service is ok however compared to CMRI and BM Birla Heart all adjacent to each other it's unjustifiably expensive...few doctors of repute remain on the roaster...after admitting a patient communicating with concerned doctors is impossible, it's a small enterprise pretending to be big.....

Woodlands hospital I show for the last one year. I have Doctor OPD booking. Every time I'm charged COVID Proection Rs 100 charge. Again COVID Proection Rs 1000 is charged for colonoscopy test. We do not get any benefit from this but these charges are deducted from us. Even if I get some opportunity for COVID Protection, its price cannot be 100 or 1000. I think the state health department should look into these things.

Their Doctors are Gods, their healthcare personnel are angels, and their management people are demons. If you ever have to go there, go with plenty of time in hand. They specialize in harassing their customers. Billing needs at least half an hour every time, keeping you standing. Their doctors always insist on having the investigations done from there, and that is a harrowing experience. No one lifts phone there, so you have to go there physically to book for the tests. To get Ultrasonography done, for example, they will ask you to remain nearby so that they can call you when your slot comes, but they have removed all the chairs nearby – as they enjoy keeping you standing. Government run hospitals are more patient friendly as there you are at least allowed to sit on the floor. If you ask them why billing is taking so much time, comes the standard reply, only three counters, that is why. But who prevented them from opening more counters? Not me, at least.

Worst hospital I ever went to. Like really they are charging 17.5k for bed which is not even worth of 3k and the management is literally worst. The nurses are not trained well enough to give injections also. Only the OPD area is clean the wards are messy. Litrelly the costliest hospital which doesn't even justifies it's price 10% also. Better you go to cmri or kothari.

Hospital management is just worse. No option to book appointment online. They have first come first serve policy. So even if your doctor sits at 1pm you need to come at 9am to get your appointment early or else you will be in queue for minimum(2-3hrs). If you ask managers on front desk they do not have any explanation. Keep these things in mind before visiting this hospital.

Exorbitant charges, fully professional attitude without any touch of humanity. Lack of transparency and unnecessary charges which could easily be avoided. Request the concerned authorities to bring the hospital under scanner and take tough stand against the mounting expenses and clueless charges. Undoubtedly the hospital has lost its past glory under the leadership of businessman and dishonest management. Fit to be discarded as a health care unit.

Worst experience ever. Patients are kept in dirty rooms, bathroom are dirty, and unhygienic but charges are too high. The facilities are not worthy of the price and full of noise pollution. Housekeeping service is horrible The insurance department is unorganised. Received worst behaviour. There is lack of communication. They were intentionally trying to charge us extra money which they didn't even mention before after being asked many times ,but was lucky because I had call recording of each and every conversation I had with the hospital over phone, so I didn't fell into their traps. Due to all this, the discharge was delayed.

Woodlands support staff ( nursing, administrative) are extremely cordial but in the recent times during my executive check-up, was extremely dissatisfied by the way my USG & Echo was performed. Kindly look into this matter. Previously, a lady doctor did both these tests, which were undoubtedly much better than the ones now.

Health checkup consultation is absolutely ridiculous...for overall women wellness package they charged a hefty amount and 75+ yrs senior citizen patients have to revisit hospital for a 2 min consultation(with Dr.Soma Datta) from where they are again referred to different docters with separate fees to be paid again. Not at all recommended for women wellness health checkup packages(which includes only 2min gynac consultation) .Although front desk staff is really helpful, but docter consultation experience with this expensive health package was very bad. Updated: Thanks to the front desk admin Sayoni mam who understood our plight and helped to arrange for another consultation with a senior doctor.

Such a worst hospital and doctors. I have visited with my child in the morning in emergency for a simple cause vomiting and the doctor kept us awaited for 30min. They itself create emergency situation if it is not. Secondly, he advised us for the hospitalization in the first instance. We've insisted for the oral medication there and there itself because she were not feeling well and she were started vomiting in hospital itself but the doctor was remain calm like nothing happened & then he says that they do not have medicine and pharmacy will open after 8am. Then I asked him that why we have came here in emergency if medicine is not there and your advise will not cure her. I have not seen such rubbish doctor and hospital in my entire life. We have then taken our child back immediately and took the medicine from outside and she is well now. This incident happened today 14-Jun-19 at 6:00 AM and see how this big hospital operates. Very shameful.

THE BILLING SECTION IS PATHETIC. THE ARE A MAXIMUM OF TWO PERSONAL BEHIND THE COUNTER. MOST OFTEN JUST ONE. THE LINE FOR WITH PEOPLE WAITING TO PAY KEEPS ON GROWING. THIS CAUSES ALOT OF HARASSMENT AND NUMEROUS PEOPLE HAVE EXPRESSED THEIR PROBLEMS HAVING TO STAND IN LINE FOR AN INDEFFINATE PERIOD OF TIME. THE MANAGEMENT REFUSES TO HELP. TWO PERSONAL ARE NOT ENOUGH AT THE BILLING COUNTER FOR SUCH A LARGE OUT PATIENT DEPARTMENT. ONE FEELS LIKE CHANNELLING THE APPOINTMENT AND GOING TO SOME OTHER MEDICAL FACILITY. STANDING IN LINE IN WOODLANDS O.P.D. IS ITSELF A TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE. ABSOLUTELY THIRD CLASS.

Review of Paediatric service Chanced to stay there in first week of November for my child and my final verdict is - Not Satisfactory. I can summarize the details as below: Pros: 1. Good brand name and wide array of doctors- some can be good. 2. Nurses are mostly good. 3. Food is slightly better than comparable ones. Cons: 1. Lots and lots of communication gaps - we had to wait for 2 hours for an ultrasound which the sister said - coming soon. 2. Was allotted Dr S Das who was poorly skilled in handling children with special needs. 3. Dr Shashi is equally a nightmare as a Rmo in same special needs scenario. 4. You will tend to get suggested to doctors who are most beneficial to Woodlands and not to you. 5. Overall very poor service for the money being paid. 6. I can see employees rating the hospital with 5* here which is clearly a violation of review policies of Google. One such review is from Saptarshi Basu who is an employee here. Please cross check his name against employee directory. If anyone likes his or her employer the best forum is Glassdoor NOT google reviews. 7. On and off cleanliness issue - a pic of such a towel is attached. In short - there are a lot of good doctors here but please do your research well otherwise you will get the most loyal doctors to Woodlands if not the most efficient ones (for example Dr Sabyasachi Das who is only available at Woodlands and that is supposedly his biggest feat) also adding to this a shift to another doctor is an extremely complicated process.

A hospital for the rich and fury of Kolkata. Got celeb status becuase of the celebraties who come for Cosmetic tretaments. Great set of doctors, polite and courteous. Definitely can't say the same about the stuff though, rude and unprofessional as usual. Case in point - I am sitting in their lounge right now looking a person harassed as she said she needs help going upstairs to see her relative who is admitted as she can't walk properly, the lady staff sitting in the helpdesk refused her rudely without paying any attention to her request. This is just outright unprofessional behavior and harassment. The main problem with this like any other good hospital is the staff who are extremely uncourteous, outiright rude, non empathetic towards the peorple who are here for a service. Please mend the way you guys treat the patient party. That is the weakest link in your service and the biggest pain point. Train your staff to be more sensitive and courteous

Discharge process for cured covid patients is most troublesome as none comes to help with wheelchair due to fear of infection.

Extremely inefficient staff. Booked a basic cardiac checkup. Staff forgot to record breakfast time for PP sugar test, and had to be constantly reminded. Neither did they have which tests were included in the package and did a test that was not part of the package, after making me wait 30 mins unnecessarily. Reported to the hospital at 8:30 accoring to appointment, yet made to wait hours in between tests. Reason given was that only one female technician available. All this with covid positive patients passing through the same area.

I have one complaint to share regarding the management. We had come to consult a doctor. We were waiting in the ground floor. Two COVID positive patients ( according to the attendant s) passed through the long corridor. The corridor was not sanitized, despite my request to the reception department. If this is the case with this so called leading hospital of Kolkata, where presently Mr Sourav Ganguly is being treated, what kind of service we are getting? Moreover so many leading senior consultants are attached to this hospital? I vehemently condemn such type of lackadaisical approach from the management.

Overall great personal experience. If you have mediclaim, or you can bear the cost for good service then highly recommend to choose Woodlands. 75 years of goodwill is well maintained. 1. Staff: The staff (specially nursing, catering, housekeeping, RMO) is so nice and hospitable that after discharge when I came back home I was missing the care I received. 2. Food and catering: Highly organized, professional, hygienic, tasteful and balanced food provided in the hospital. Bowls properly covered with foil, salt and pepper in small pouches, etc. Very organized. Even the catering staff is very polite and helpful. 3. Service and Caretaking: The nursing staff is very dedicated towards patients, specially few nurses treat their patients just as their family member. Took very good care. RMO and dietitian regularly followed up, to check patient and their attendant. 4. Cleanliness: Regular cleaning and sanitization done, every corner is clean. 5. Equipments: All modern and up to date equipments in the hospital. Properly functioning machines and equipments. Thank you Woodlands.

I am not here to write about the hospital staff service or treatment received. While they have all the equipment for a good patient care and treatment, the staff is average. What I am really here to write about is their OPD service. I had a lot of respect for the Woodland's brand name and only because they had Dr. Lahori Roy empaneled as a gynecologists' here that I went to consult her. I would say it is a sheer negligence on the hospital's part that they have empaneled someone who's casual, careless and negligent in her approach towards her patients. So Woodland's admin, this is really on you, I wouldn't have consulted Dr. Roy if she wasn't a visiting doctor at Woodlands. And as Kolkata's residents we do really have a lot of trust on the brand name Woodlands to get the best doctors and treatment. however I had a life and death situation being under Dr.Roy's treatment. And it is by sheer God's grace that me and my baby are alive.

Worst hospital, the moment they will got to know that you have insurance, they will try to put the patient in ventilaltion in evry possible way They will cure the patient but will keep the patient in prolonged hospitalization which will make the cured patient ill again. Excess treatment to raise the bill make the patient more ill.

Very bad service. I had to go for 'TAH with BSO' surgery last year in december, and the attendant nurses of the evening shift in their carelessness and delay left a big scar on my arm which is still prevalent after one year. They didnt bother to remove the channel from the arm, dumping their responsibility on each other while my arm kept swelling up. Only after night shift nurse came, she pulled out the channel, by which damage had already been done, so much so that the pain was excruciating. Please improve your staff's service so that others dont have to face something similar in this so-called renowned hospital.

Lack of technicians in radiology department specially in x-ray. Management are running the department with the students who have come for observation so that they don't have to hire another technician and save their money. X-ray department has become a complete chaos. Student there are able to do the work because they have been taught from some other hospitals before or else the technician in here don't even care about the observership thing. Management is hiding this matter of lack of technicians from the head of the hospital for their own benefit.

Doctor are good but the whole system is regardless frustrating My sister is here to visit Dr Saroj Mondal in OPD even after paying online, the timing was in 4 pm but still it is 10 pm she is still waiting. The worst part is there is no proper food stall for middle class people like us , cafeteria only
