My husband was insulted by a doctor after requesting to take off outside shoe. Sequrity guy don't say any thing when that doctor was entering with outside shoe. Then that doctor insulted my husband because he request to take off the outside shoe. My question to management is that to take off outside shoe only for poor customer or patient only. Check CCTV footage on date 23/06/2022 at 1142 hrs for proof and that doctor was off duty that time.

Located in Southern Avenue, at the corner of Sarat Bose Road crossing. Entrance is just beside the Morris Garages car showroom. The clinic is clean and well-maintained and has all basic and modern health facilities. The staff are helpful. There is a pharmacy right inside the clinic, but the discount rates are lower compared to other medicine shops outside. Waiting times for doctors are generally low (around 15-20 mins.), but it does get crowded sometimes and then it becomes very difficult because the staff cannot manage so many patients efficiently. The clinic is small in size so when it is crowded it also becomes very difficult to maintain social distancing norms.

Worst experience ever. They don't have sufficient staff. The place where vaccination was done was too crowded. No social distancing was maintained. No one checked the temperature either. I went for an OCT eye scan which was done in the same floor. Due to lack of staff I had to wait for 3 hours before the scan was done. TERRIBLE experience.

We booked a test for the patient at 8 a.m. The patient could not be given a painkiller the entire night before that and suffered grotesquely. The collection was not done. The patient's condition deteriorated and we had to give him the pain killer. The collection person called post 9:30 a.m. when the test could not be conducted anymore....this is the world's leading healthcare network. AMRI, how much tragedy and suffering do you intend to inflict before you take a step?

The receptionists should have proper training in patient dealing. I was shocked by two incidents on the same day. Firstly someone was having certain issues and when it was reported one of the receptionists said "amake keno jharche?" Secondly the server was down(17th June 2022) and they were providing manual bills. When the server was working again they started providing computer generated bill. Ofcourse it took a long time. One elderly person had only asked how long will it take..one lady said a few more minutes. Suddenly another lady named Devasmita(at the reception) said "Anekkhon bose ache to ache, thakuk bose".(ofcourse after that elderly person left). Suggestion- First learn how to behave properly and keep aside your attitude problem. I have no issues with the treatment facility but first impression matters.

AMRI Southern Avenue is housed in a very swanky looking building. However, the medical centre itself is most cramped; with patients outnumbering number of seats. In COVID times, there is zero social distancing maintained. Although, notices announce that there is hourly sanitation, there is none. Staff wear their masks below their noses but what was most disturbing was their apathy to patients especially, older ones. When you book an appointment with a doctor, they do not inform you that you will be seen by the doctor on first come first serve basis. So assuming that the same doctor has 10 patients waiting to see him, all of them arrive at around the same time and everyone waits together hoping that luck favours them first. Another huge problem is the lack of communication. In case your doctor is late reaching the clinic, nobody will take the initiative to inform you about the same unless, you specifically enquire about the delay. No call regarding his delay is made to patients beforehand and nobody informs you at the counter while billing is done (before you see the doctor)- so as to ensure that your money is stuck and therefore, so are you. A very dissatisfactory experience and by the way, nobody cares about your bad experience. They are all too busy passing the buck. It is best you seek an appointment with your doctor in another clinic if possible.

I would never suggest anyone to go to AMRI for dental treatment. Dr. Moon Chattaraj who is apparently the HOD is a really horrible woman. Staff behaviour and patient care is horrible. After paying more than 60k for my implant I was asked to pay another 1.2 lacs for a second implant. My first implant failed due to nΓ©gligence of Dr. Moon Chattaraj. I have now gotten treatment elsewhere and have healed within 6 months. Whereas AMRI just tried to pull money from me as they forced me to get treated with them over a period of more than 1 year. The doctors here only work for money and patient care is least of their worries. DO NOT TRUST DR MOON CHATTARAJ. She is a horrible woman

Extremely incompetent reception. Went there for an eye test. But the receptionist said after calling someone that I have to wait 3-4 hours because there was a big queue. Asked them to take me to the technician and check, and lo and behold the technician said it will be done in 15 mins. What can you even say?

Our eye doctor was good and they have good facilities, but unrealistic wait times. Not 45-60 minutes. We are taking about 120mins+, and that too just for just a test. And then add doctor wait times and you are looking at entire day spent, for just a single visit. Plus the place is super small, so very crammed all the time.

Visited the clinic for stye treatment, had all my consultations done conveniently with the eye specialist. Being in a non-COVID clinic made me feel safe & secure. Great management! I highly recommend!

Most corrupt hospital in India Run by people Rupak barua who has no knowledge of health business ethics.. He is a salesman just looking at profits for emami....1000+ cases runs against this hospital for wrong treatment and they keep political person in hand to keep hospital from lock out.... Employees who want to do good are sacked... Employees expert in cheating are kept... Patients r just like customers who has to give money to survive

Apart from doctor's fees they are charging extra for registration. In the name of giving service to general public they are looting hard earned money of public. People are there only to charge you. Not recommended at all. Overall experience is horrible.

As a patient for 6 years, I highly recommend the clinic for any kind of medical diagnosis. All the doctors you meet are extremely insightful when it comes to delivering the right treatment solutions. The nursing staff treats patients with empathy and respect. Always received top-class care & treatment!

The staff here are genuinely honest & humble people! They supported my wife on days I could not be there and made her feel at home after her delivery. Both my wife & child were healthy & fit and received tremendous care from each of the staff members. Much appreciated.

Terrible experience and we are still suffering. We booked a test with Amri that required us to stop giving the painkillers to the patient. The entire night the patient suffered. The collector was supposed to turn up at 8….he did not come after repeated calling. The patient couldn’t bear anymore and we were compelled to give him the pain killers. After 9:30 the collector called that he is arriving. AMRI what will you call this tremendous lack of professionalism? Will you take the responsibility of the patient now?
