AMRI
Southern
Avenue
is
housed
in
a
very
swanky
looking
building.
However,
the
medical
centre
itself
is
most
cramped;
with
patients
outnumbering
number
of
seats.
In
COVID
times,
there
is
zero
social
distancing
maintained.
Although,
notices
announce
that
there
is
hourly
sanitation,
there
is
none.
Staff
wear
their
masks
below
their
noses
but
what
was
most
disturbing
was
their
apathy
to
patients
especially,
older
ones.
When
you
book
an
appointment
with
a
doctor,
they
do
not
inform
you
that
you
will
be
seen
by
the
doctor
on
first
come
first
serve
basis.
So
assuming
that
the
same
doctor
has
10
patients
waiting
to
see
him,
all
of
them
arrive
at
around
the
same
time
and
everyone
waits
together
hoping
that
luck
favours
them
first.
Another
huge
problem
is
the
lack
of
communication.
In
case
your
doctor
is
late
reaching
the
clinic,
nobody
will
take
the
initiative
to
inform
you
about
the
same
unless,
you
specifically
enquire
about
the
delay.
No
call
regarding
his
delay
is
made
to
patients
beforehand
and
nobody
informs
you
at
the
counter
while
billing
is
done
(before
you
see
the
doctor)-
so
as
to
ensure
that
your
money
is
stuck
and
therefore,
so
are
you.
A
very
dissatisfactory
experience
and
by
the
way,
nobody
cares
about
your
bad
experience.
They
are
all
too
busy
passing
the
buck.
It
is
best
you
seek
an
appointment
with
your
doctor
in
another
clinic
if
possible.
