All immunization and Vaccination is given free of cost. It is the only available institution for this kind of treatment in Kolkata. Here all staffs are very helpful treatment quality is very precise but hospital environment is very bad and unhygienic. West Bengal government carries all the costs for this hospital maintenance

dont go here. very unorganise. I saw NEW syringes fallen on the floor and the compounder pick it up from the dirty floor and use it to give vaccine to patients. COMPLETELY UNHYGIENIC AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I got the impression that they dont care about the people there at all. I also saw a boy about 10 years old come to get vaccine after being bitten by a dog. The doctor simply took one look at the wound, and refused to give him vaccine, saying that he will not need it. How can doctor say without first making full inquiry of the nature of the animal and the nature of the bite? also upon asking doctor the name of the vaccines he is administering, he became angry and said that we dont need to know all of that. He got offended and said that we have no choice but to trust him. If we didnt trust him, we can go somewhere else. IS THIS THE WAY TO SPEAK TO PATIENTS WHO HAVE COME TO SEEK HELP? This hospital is a joke. Media should be sent there to make them straight.

Local patients and many other patients from all over country, even international patients come here for immunization and vaccination as they need vaccines like anti-rabbis vaccine. The worst medical institute i have ever seen...its unclean...only 1 staff behavez properly.....rest the doctors , and few staffs behave very rudely and in a very unpleasant manner. The doctors are very casual about injecting patients. Either the behaviour should be changed or the doctors.

As the hospital/body is run by govt of WB, don't expect that you will get facilities similar to any private clinic, although govt should increase their funding for development as the premises is very unhygienic. They're providing the immunization vaccines (Immunoglobulin & Rabies) absolutely free which can take upto 6-7k rupees. I've seen many reviews where the staffs have behaved rudely to the patients but i don't have that experience.

There is a lady doctor whose behavior is very bad & she has no manners.it's a very bad hospital .
