It's the second time we've used their services. The front desk is absolutely informative, and they're really helpful. We took their full-body checkup package for the three of us. Management and services are competent.

Even the doctor of Apollo Hospital suggested me not do tests here at Apollo Clinic, Barasat instead asked me to go to Suraksha lab, Barasat. I was wondering why but then now I realized the reason. They were supposed to be giving me the test reports on August 9 but then I thought I will give them time a day more so I reached the clinic on August 10 in the noon. To my surprise these people says reports are still not ready and made me wait at the lobby for an hour. That is how professional they are who do not respect or value people's time.

Barasat Apollo clinic they are completely useless in providing services to the customer.. I called them for booking they don't even know the packages and they asked to bill separately for those tests.. It's look like they just want to take your money .. their intentions are clear money is everything for them...

Like all the other units of Apollo this is also an effort to provide patients with admirable service by renowned doctors. The supporting staff are equally well-trained professionals. Overall Barasat Apollo Clinic is a recommendable go-to place for Suburban people looking for a solution to any health-related issue.

Environment is good. Doctors are not on time patients are waiting for long time. I observe people from Bangladesh are here. All kind of doctors are available here. Area is net and clean. Staffs are cooperative.

Very bad service. They are very unprofessional, they don't know how to check up a patient. My patient is recently pacemaker implemented I told them but they are ecg staff open patient dressing. And that can be a reason of infection. In hospital they did ecg without open dressing but Apollo did open my patient dressing they are very unprofessional. Don't test from them.

They all are as slow as snail...even worse than that.... I don't understand apollo is a reputated medical center then why you guys heir this kind of staffs without giving them any kind of training...no proper timing they maintain. Services are ok, however the time management part is not up to the mark, they need to improve a lot on this aspect. An entity like this, which charges a premium from the patients is required to manage the time commitment. Minor delays up to 30 - 40 mins is alright, however repeatedly keeping the patients waiting for one and half or two hrs is absolutely not acceptable. If the front desk or staff tells you 10 - 15 mins please consider you are going to spend anything between an hour or hour and thirty mins.

Staff are not co-operative, in OPD shows too Attitute in phone calls, not expected🤦🤔 Reception staff are very Rude in behave, have no information proper, Doctor list specially timing are wrong in List🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Time management at OPD is a major and repeat issue. Asked to appear at the venue long before planned time. Not sure if this is due to the concerned doctor's callus attitude to time management or due to over enthusiasm of the support staffs. Waiting due to queued up patients is fine but waiting, as a regular practice, due to delayed arrival of doctors is not appreciable. Staffs seem trained not to understand this as a service quality issue.

Very unprofessional receptionist staff. They don’t answer your calls nor they give you right information. All they say is wait. Very rude staff. Slow service. The girls who sits in the reception don’t do their job properly and roams around for no reason. There are better options available then this clinic.

I don't know what their management does but it seems like doctors run their OPD timings on their own. I have waited for 2 hours and then the doctor informed the receptionist that he will be late by 20 more minutes however he confirmed he was on the way 2 hours back. Absolutely pathetic! Thankfully I got my refund and I cancelled the appointment. A doctor without punctuality can't be considered as a serious doctor. Management sould look into the matter immediately.

Very bad experience though the receptionist's behaviour was good...but the whole team is very unprofessional specially the technician..I booked a test with partial payment they confirmed it that day but on the day of the test they informed just 30 min ago that technican was not available...then again they confirmed another date and time...on this day I called them by myself and they said technican won't be available in that time..they didn't even informed me this time..I got the refund..but won't recommend anyone to visit

So far my experience here is good, staff are well mannered, and experienced. But it's quite unfortunate that they no longer supporting the corporate health check up, other wise it's an excellent facility.

Some years ago I went there the service was not that much good.. But recently I went there the management is not like before. Thje staffs are all well groomed so cooperative the receptionist are too good to their behaviour. I will recommend to go there for any healthy issue.

Don't come here, very poor behavior by most of the front dest staffs. They will collect the money first showing u that all the technicians are ready for u, but once u pay, you have to wait for minimum 2-3 hours or more for any test. Another thing is for sure, you will be Dengue affected once u come here.

This clinic uses employee's personal mobile no as Fronts desk contact. When employee leaves the job..they just switch of their phone. So no way to contact

Its not about the apollo clinic management but it particularly to DR Soura shekar saha ,management please try to look at the doctors who can give a bit time .doctor we think as a god !!!!but giving 500bucks as a visiting charge then he start to plan looting by giving some random tests which is unncesary,as verified from other doctors and even you dont give a bit time to your patient

They are not well aware with blood tests thoroughly. In my family member case they had done blunder. Due to their blunder 2nd time blood had to be given for testing. Not happy with their service.
