The behaviour of the security of Narayana Eye Hospital, clubtown, Dum Dum Road ( 28/01/2021, 9.30 A.M ) is very bad . we are impressed with the service of NH Narayana Eye Hospital of Saltlake . That's why i suggested someone to visit the narayana of Dumdum branch . Today her eye surgery is being done here. That's why, i have come to see the Place , But It's very disappointing . even again n again he is disturbing .

First class. I don't really understand why people are so disappointed. I had a perfect experience for the last 5 years. It might be good if people stop spreading rumours about a so well developed eye clinic. Nowadays, when good doctors and hospitals are seen once in a blue moon, I think we should adore this particular eye clinic instead of spoiling its reputation.

Narayana eye hospital is a good charitable hospital there are many doctors and many nurse Receptionist are very good behaviour the system are also very good u can make a Card there and after that ur name will be registered with them. There is also facility of making spectacle at cheap rate i checked my eye and i am totally satisfied and the most important thing the visiting fees are nominal but there will be two doctors who will assist you and many eye check up instrument they will check the eye power twice

Not good hospital at all. I think the 100 rs they charge is completely waste. DOCTOR isn't good at all and so are staffs. They don't even listen to the problem they only follow a fix set of step and they follow. I had problem on my eyelid nothing inside my eye. My vision is 6/6 but still they were insisting to put drop in my eye. When I strongly said against it then they said ok if you don't want Its okay. LADY DOCTOR ISN'T SO WELL.

Quality of care is not upto the mark. Clinic staff lacks profesional approach. Crowded, infrastructure not good. Though charges are low 250/- per patient but Overall experience not good.

All staff including optometrists are Impolite and disobedient towards customers. Checkup is jst Ok. Not Satisfied. Disha Eye hospitals is far far better than this one.

Yesterday 29-04-2021 I visited and checked up my eyes by renowned Doctor MS. Ritu Gadia. She is very much strict person and carefully checked me and asked me why am I checked after 5 years? Her diagnosis is excellent !!! Too much satisfied and eager to meet her further requirement.

Visited today 1st Feb, 2021 with my mother and received an excellent service overall. The Receptionist, 2 Lady attendants, the junior doctor and the Senior Dr. Shirshendu Das thoroughly checked our eyes and took time in asking & listening about our problems in details. The doctor also prescribed medicines and eye power as per our requirement. The current fees is Rs. 250/- which is very much reasonable. Very satisfied with the complete checkup process of Narayana Hospital.

Excellent service by the Doctor and staffs. I visited this hospital on 28/05/21 with a complain that redness, irritation, watering and dimness of vision on left eye. Actually I first visited Disha Sinthi with the same complain on 25/05/21 and they diagnose Viral Conjunctivitis and given so many medicine including antibiotics. When no relief gain from this treatment even those medicine, I reported to this hospital. With a fraction of second, doctor on duty (Dr. S. Basu) removed a piece of some items from my eyes and my eye became normal. Thanks to doctor and his team. Good behavior received from staff. Recommend all to go this hospital without any hesitation.

Earlier the vising fee was 50/- and that was the best part coz everyone cud afford it....nNow the visiting fee has been increased 5times to 250/- which is very bad...Plzz bring it back upto 💯..Plzz don't take use of poor people's hard-earned money
