Dr. Dutta is a very patient and caring doctor. He listened to all our concerns carefully and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. We felt very confident in his care. Dr. Dutta has a wonderful bedside manner. He is always friendly, compassionate and cares about patient's well-being. Went to visit for my mother. All doctors had suggested to go for spine surgery while Dr Shumayou sat with us and explained the problem and told us that there is no need of surgery for the problem. First of all I would like to Say Sorry to Dr Dutta for the late review and my Experience after I Visited Medica Hospital for my Wife Sohini Rakshit Neck and Foot Pain. Thanks to Google as well after seeing a Very good Post and review by his Patients about Dr Shumayou Dutta. I was unable to walk or Stand Properly due to her Neck pain. My Wife Was suffering this Problem from 2016 and she was treated by another Dr but the issue remains the Same. He did a Proper Evaluation in 2 different Visits 29th August 2023 & 20th September 2023 and came to a Conclusion what exactly the problem ( Seronegative SpA. Pes Planus) is .and he referred to the Concern Specialist Dr. Now Wife is Doing better and under a Safe hand this only happened due to Dr Shumayou Dutta. Thank you Very My Dr Dutta.

May be he is good for others but I didn't find him as a good doctor. After searching a lot visited to this doctor at Medica Super specialty Hospital Mukundupur. He didn't listened to my problems. Actually he was not interested and said what is your problem directly. without any test n all he declared something which was very weird to me. I was suffering from back pain. (Lumbar )

My Moms spine surgery is done by Shumayou Dutta, before surgery she could barely walk however after surgery she is now able walk like before. Good thing about Shumayou is that he has all the patience to answer your all queries and calm you down with all the knowledge he has. He kept the clear communication and answered my queries after surgery as well whenever needed. Really delightful with his behaviour and politeness of him. Young and Dynamic Doctor knows most from your symptoms so avoids u unwanted X-rays and MRIs , gives minimal medication. We need more Doctors like him.

Brilliant, Awesome , super behaviour very cooperative doctor. I was down and out with L5S1 nerve compression and tremendous pain for almost 10 months and only able to sit for 5 mins after Surgery my leg pain is gone. However there are some pain in the spine but feeling much better. He always encourage excersice and walking first then other treatments.

Doesn’t value others time. His assistant scheduled a booking with him at 4pm. I reached on time along with me several patients were waiting. I waited for 2 hours along with some elderly patients but he didn’t show up. Not at all recommended because he just gathers crowd to show his clinic runs successfully. Shame on such people for making senior citizens wait for 2 3 hours. Disgusting work ethics.

My father was not able to walk but Dr. Dutta is the only reason he is walking and happy again.. he is a nice human being and has a very nice behavior..

She had extensive nerve pressure in her L4-L5 disk in lower spine. 07/08/2023 Finally i found Dr Shumayou dutta sir and i heard about him. I met him in her chamber. Tremendous behaviour and the diagnosis process of the dieases is so good and it impressive. My mother had gone through a spine surgery. I,73ye are have been suffering with cervical and lumber spondiolysis as per Doctors I met so far.But in Jan.23 my lower back pain aggravated in such a degre that I fell fully bed ridden spending sleepless night even with high dose of pain killer.Thereafter I met Dr.Dut.he advised few clinical tests and observing the reports he assercertained me not spondiolysis but a long old fracture at lumber spine causing compression of nerve and my bones became vulnerable due to aging is the route cause of pain.He advised medication for 6 months. While I asked about ultimate remedy he told that after observing development of medication spinal surgery can give relief he also clearly alert alert about success,failure and risk of surgery at my age. Finally and eventually the surgery done by the adorable doctor on 5th Sept.23. In the very next morning l became mesmerized to feel the longstanding pain almost relieved. The post operative care by the doctor and his team was amazing.I convey my ŕespectful and cordial salute to Dr.Dutt.One thing I egarely like to mention the gentle behavior of the doctor is very rare in medical arena. Lastly salute to him for enabling me on my legs.
