The facilities offered are pretty decent and widespread. The staff behaviors are pretty good(except a few) considering this to be a government hospital. Also,the building is being updated and renovated on a monthly basis. There is also a dedicated emergency center and also a separate department for radiology. Also the doctors Working here are pretty well qualified

Treatment is really good here and staffs are also friendly, Environmental friendly and home type nature is created inside the hospital, and the garden is really beautiful.

The all contact no. present in the websites all the remain busy,switch off.. Rarely they receive phone calls.. Hospital neglecting the service which need to be provided to the customer/patients. This hospital has various departments like medicine, general surgery, plastic surgery, orthopedic, eye, gynae and Anaesthesia. All departments serve indoor and outdoor basis.Also has separate unit for male and female clients. It has also radiology dept,chemotherapy dept( indoor and day care both),pathology dept, physiotherapy dept, blood bank facilities. Separate unit for covid patients care and covid test unit. Emergency care for 24×7. Ambulance facilities. There are also special unit like 8 bed ICCU,10 bed HDU, 16 Bed SICU, 8 Bed BURN unit and highly equipped Operation theater. Newly added with own oxygen plants.

Staff behaviour is very rude, they treated patients family members as like a dog. Government and management should focus not that, I had really very bad experience there specially in MMI word, they even don't allow to talk with the doctor. Nursing staff behaviour should be polite, they don't have minimum politeness with the patient family. Word boys are only know the money, system should be change immediately. People are coming here with huge faith to the doctor and nurse, if this is going like this one day people will lost faith to the doctor

Iam happy that this government hospital is doing well with latest infrastructure and tests are now done here. But the doctors availability is the issue.

Poor conditions for patients around the hospital, messy un-hygenic and untidy ambience, sometimes staffs are also irresponsible.Very disappointment from the overall experience

Worst hospital ever made in the history of medical world they closed the hospital for raising case of covid. All the patient die but the doctors doesn't care here all opd orthopedic clinics are closed now they doesn't care

Knowing that Covid-19 is such a high critical case, these guys have appointed some local unqualified guys on contract, to support the critical COVID patients. I don't know how come the MD approved that. Its a clear sign of death threat to all COVID patients. These contractual guys know nothing about patient history and serving like they doesn't care. They only care about money and got into the job role through some internal sources. Rubbish MD and rubbish all other stuffs. All are running after money and not bothered to cure COVID patients. Hire qualified contractual people who can treat and take care of COVID patients.

Doctors are good but a outpatient has to wait several hours after getting appointment from telephonic appointment as well as booking in the hospital premises for the purpose of regular visit.

Some days before I discharged from here a good place , wheelchair accessible entrance parking facility hospital staffs are good . Whenever I see outside the garden view mesmerizing me .

This hospital caters to railway employees, both serving and pensioners, primarily of South Eastern Railway. The hospital is neat and clean with good dedicated staff. Although it cannot be compared with big private multi-speciality hospitals, it is way better than other Government hospitals.

The most worst authoritarian nexus of doctors. They are not concerned of spoiling anyone's life for their own interest. Just one example I want to share . A candidate named Mayuresh may run 1 Km by 4 min(according railway record). But according to the wise nexus of doctors suggested him for surgery just because he was unable to asian squat that time. The candidate lost the job after qualifying from 44 lacs aspirants in ALP recruitment. Where medical college and national orthopedic doctors certified him fit for the same after multiple supervision here board of doctors declared him unfit for the same. The doctors dont have basic knowledge that 89% Of US and European people are unable to asian squat. The doctors are so wise that they take 19 days to declare a person suffering from tendinitis without showing any proper reason. Autocracy of the doctors is greater than their common sence and experience.

Dr. Aadarsh,Dr.krishna is murderer.. they got money from government but not served properly. People are coming here with huge faith to the doctor and nurse, if this is going like this one day people will lost faith to the doctor.
