This hospital as the name suggests is specifically for children. It is used for delivery and treatment of new born babies. Also children up to age of 12 years may be admitted and treated here. Under the Mamata Banerjee Government all hospital s have undergone change for the better including this hospital. It is much cleaner and very efficient in their service. Availability of good doctors, nurses and support staff have ensured a complete transformation for the better.

Nurse are total pathetic... They themselves feel like they are doctor... They yell at junior doctors like anything... And even they tell at patients... They are insulting patients and talking with them a if they are evey thing... They have no humanity they should learn some basic etiquette and ethics. Please teach them some manners so that they can behave properly

Every single man asking for money and people give those money with expectation that they're patient will be treated well and a k8nd of fear that time people think if i do not give money its possible that they can non admitted patient and if they admitted who take the garrenty that the patient will treated well and they recive a hospitality care? Very Bad Experience. Very Irresponsible workers were sitting in Birth Certificate Department (Room No.8). They have not sent the birth record to KMC office.(DOB 26-04-2019). But continuously they denied to agree about that. 8 times i have visited the KMC Office (Vivekanda Park) & CCS Hospital to collect the Birth Certificate but till now i have not received. Finally the KMC approved that the CCS Hospital have not sent the birth record. Its just a public harassment.

I went for pregnancy checkup at 5 month. Already I went for first checkup so they mentioned in my card on Tuesday/Friday. But I don't know about this because I am from Tamilnadu. So I took halfday leave and went for checkup and scan on Saturday. They said only Tuesday or Friday not now and they just told me to go to this room that room and one doctor said we can't see so go to emergency room. Even in emergency ward he said here no facility for Anamoly scan and not even check me and not give tablet. Very very worst behavior. If the patient comes on another day you guys won't check up means why you named as government hospital and why doctors are working there. Atleast just check up and give tablet to the patient if they come and visit you. Only the specific date you will check means is this private hospital to get appointment? I am from Tamilnadu but my experience is very disappointed about the kolkata government hospital.
