    Tara multigym & fitness center has been awesome to me. There trainer (Nishant Rajak)is exceptional....who really care and go above and beyond to help me achieve my goals,the overall vibe is great and I’ve been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

    Highly recommended Gym. Most of the equipments are available. The trainer Nishant Rajak is very professional. His knowledge about maintaining good health, sharing & communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit. In addition to fitness his recommend diet plan according to our requirements is also very effective.
