This hall is for the girls of 2nd year and 3rd year of B. Tech. The naming of this hall was done in memory of the former director of B.E. College, Shibpur, Prof. A.N. Pandya (1939 -1943). There is a boxing and basketball ground in front of it. There is the hospital on the right side of this hall. The dogs in front of the main gate love to bark on everyone except the girls and the workers.
