It is one of the hostels provided to freshers at IIEST SHIBPUR.IT is next to hostel 7.It offers an amazing life of learning and interacting with friends.I can bet you will fall in love with that paradise.

I do not know about D. Banerjee Hall, I have ever been saying it, but I have heard its name much better than the internet.

IIEST hostel 8 is great . Hostel life is awesome.....food is really great for non vegetarians.....especially those who are bengali they will really love the food. Lunch, dinner, breakfast and tiffin(evening) is served here. Wifi connection is good. Speed varies from 2-7 mbps. TT and Carrom is available in the ground floor.

Condition of bathrooms and toilets is very bad and also it is a way of concern about privacy in the rooms but you will love experience here very much bcz of friends.

Place is awesome. Free Wi-Fi + good food. Scenery is good but not like you will enjoy it for long time. A little bit crowded but good enough.

Its a hostel where the student of IIEST SHIBPUR have to stay only in 1st year..

Basically it's a hostel & that's why it's okay. But it's a nice hostel. There was some equipment for indoor sports like TT, Carrom etc. The food was not bad.

Awesome to be here, I am a fresher and everything is fun, 4 students per room, sufficient space for 4 people. Although the drawback is 'khaana' I don't eat fish and it is a regular fish here and vegetarian food is not so good... Overall I am having the best experience of my life....

Come and live the way legends live...
