It is a quiet and cozy cafe. The ambience is serene. The staff is courteous and helpful. The service is fast. The food tastes great. Must try the Gora Saheb High Tea Set. It’s a good place to hangout with friends and family in the evening. This place also sells different types of teas so if you are a tea lover then this place is for you since you can taste different types of teas and also buy them.

Been having Karma Kettle teabags at Bangalore for quite a while and in my visit to kolkata this time, stopped by their tearoom to sample their high tea. First Impressions: A minutes walk from the main road through the gate to a lovely wooden log cabin, this cute little place really transports you to a hill station Food: Ordered their kanchenjunga high tea set. This was essentially chicken momos (pork was unavailable) , spring rolls and a pot of tea. ( We choose Ananda Tea). The service was quick. The momos were decent, without being extraordinary. The spring rolls were fantastic. And so was the tea. The prices are fairly reasonable and they also have offers on Zomato. Tea Room: they have a fab. Tea Room where you can purchase a huge variety of their teas, which we did indulge in. Highly recommended and I am definitely coming back to try more of their menu.

This is a delightful tea room tucked away just out of sight of the street. We were pleased to see a high tea offered and enjoyed it as our lunch. I particularly enjoyed the chicken sandwiches in the spread. My server recommended the Birdsong Tea since I was leaning to white tea. The prices were quite reasonable and they had a small retail shop with beautifully packed gifts. We bought some tea for our family and friends at home.

We only tried their Nolen gur and Khejur cha and we liked it! The price is reasonable. They also serve two pieces of cookies with the tea! Overall, it is a nice place to hang out with friends!

Superb ambiance. Food was delicious. Suggestion: do not order blue lagoon. Pizza was was fantastic and so was fish and chips. Loved the cozy cafe. Perfect for a Saturday date with your loved ones. P. S. Parking is a problem.

It's a really pretty place hidden inside the bylanes of Ballygunge Place. It's made inside a wooden greenhouse like space and it has an antique feel to it which I really adore. Their high tea combos are amazing and really worth the price. Their tea and coffee are really tasty and go really well with the macaroons and brownies and cookies they serve and they have a really polite staff as well. Ghe best time to visit this place will be during the monsoon as you feel the rain patter on its glass roof while you sip on a steaming cup of First Flush. Will definitely visit again❤🥺

Love love love this place! So much greenery outside. Away from the street. The place gives you a rustic cabin vibe. Gorgeous ambience with the soft music playing. I wholeheartedly recommend their Burmese Khao Suey. Too delicious. The pita pockets are awesome too. Do try their mango items during the summers. I was confused about what beverage to have. The warm server helped me out. All the staff are so friendly and always smiling. Will definitely visit again.

To celebrate International Tea Day on 21st may they have come up with high tea event where you’ll get to enjoy a delicious variety of food and drinks. Veg at 650 & Non-Veg at 700 only. Try out different types off tea and hangout with your friends and family. Love the ambiance and just imagine seating there in a rainy day. A must visit tea room at Kolkata.

Awesome place. For evening hangout or lunch with friends or dinner with family..everything.. Teas and food both were excellent. A little bit expensive but the food quality and quantity are worth it. Options to play board games too. A really beautiful place. Would love to visit again.

Quaint, laid back little cafe in Ballygunge. Bit difficult to find. Has a mountain cafe vibe. The path leading to it is full of greenery. They have some continental dishes, snacks and a wide array of tea selection. Had a high tea platter and Darjeeling first flush tea. The tea was superb. Shortbread cookies from the platter were melt in your mouth, buttery and flakey. Loved the Scotch eggs and tea cakes as well. They have a boutique hotel in the same premises.

Sub-standard quality of food and very poor service. Just two tables were occupied and still they couldn't get the order right and had to get the bill changed couple of times. Quality of tea and food was also below par.

😐 Simply come here for the atmosphere and history. Nothing should be eaten here. Cold coffee was a letdown. It was cold water that had been sweetened with a pinch of coffee. The fish kaviraji was satisfactory. Despite the fact that there is a no-smoking sign on the premises, I observed people smoking...
