👍 Apart from the amazing superhero theme concept, Cafe HQ leaves much to be desired. The place for some reason was dimly lit and the furniture were not appropriate for the theme and they kind of ruin the theme of the place. Apart from the ambiance the food here is good but not amazing. It is tasty but... People often mention good, chicken, pizza, cafe, great, theme, comic, Marvel, dishes, Chicken,

Apart from the amazing superhero theme concept, Cafe HQ leaves much to be desired. The place for some reason was dimly lit and the furniture were not appropriate for the theme and they kind of ruin the theme of the place. Apart from the ambiance the food here is good but not amazing. It is tasty but it misses the mark at some points. The decor of the place is on point with the theme with posters and comic covers of superheroes on the wall. You can also buy tea from here.

If you are a Marvel or DC fan you must visit here. Ambience is awesome. Food here is just awesome and at a reasonable price. The cafe has almost everything a Marvel or DC fan could expect (in terms of theme). You can also play board games and cards. Very friendly staff. A must visit place. And it's family friendly too

I was there at the Café HQ few days back. This place is located just a few minutes walk from the Rabindra sarobar metro station. This is a cafe that serves a wide variety of dishes in their menu. Specializes in "Freak Shakes". The ambiance easily can accommodate 35 people at once. This is a theme based cafe and are decorated very beautifully with the famous avengers super heroes like Thor, batman, spider man, hulk and more. The ambiance is really good. Now coming to the food, The foods were quite good overall. Few dishes were not up to the mark, the honey chicken Wings was too sweet I felt. The burger's pizzas were really good. There was spaghetti, pastas, steaks, Sizzlers that we tried. We tried a few variety of drinks too. They serve good Chinese food as well. And their freak shakes are absolutely a must try. Last but not the least they have some excellent desserts variety in their menu. Overall had a great experience. Loved it and looking forward to my next visit.❤

Calling out all the super hero fans to this uniquely themed cafe . The love for super heroes and food knows no boundaries and  hence this place. This cafe gives you those Marvel and DC vibes. From posters to small hanging lamps to the dishes everything is related to them. The drinks counter has a panel of various super heroes in the background where they serve you live freak shakes and other drinks. Accommodating around 40 to 50 people. They are mainly famous for their insanely awesome freakshakes  like the dark phoenix, and dishes like  bbq bat wings, thor steak sizzlers, Magneto's meat lover pizza. My recommendations are Thai chilli basil chicken, lex Luthor's lasagna, Magneto's Meat lover's pizza, Crispy Chilli Lotus Stem in honey chilli sauce, Mr. Freeze R's ICY Spicy Blueberry drink, Beast Bubble gum Freakshake.

We tried: Drinks: 1. Mr Freeze's Icy Spicy Blueberry 2. Cyclop's Green Apple Crusher 3.Dark Phoenix's Choco Freakshake 4. Bubblegum freakshake Food: 1. Barbeque Batwings 2. Wade Wilson's Wasabi Cottage Cheese 3. lasagna (really good) 4. Thor Steak Sizzler 5. Batman Burger 6. Magneto's Meat Lovers Pizza (highly recommended) 7. Thai Chilly Basil Chicken (do try this out) 8. Crispy Lotus Stem in Honey Chilli Sauce 9. Chicken Shu Mai Altogether it was an amazing experience. Looking forward to visit this place soon.

A headquarter for the DC and Marvel fans. I ordered - 1) Monte Carlo 2) The Black Widow's Bite 3) Amazing Spider Web Pizza. They all tasted wonderful. The decoration inside the cafe is very much pleasing, while they are preparing the order they usually offer board games to play and timepass. A very nice place to hangout with college friends or school friends. The staffs were very very polite. The rates are not pocket pinch but the desserts were affordable and recommended.

Cafe HQ was on my list since a long time and I finally got to visit the place with a bunch of amazing people l, mostly fans visiting Headquarters! XD I love how they name a lot of their items by Marvel/DC characters and then there are the all-time famous and favourite freakshakes. I had a great time at Cafe HQ and you'll know why. Here are the items we tried or should I say gulped down like ever-hungry humans and why not! They're top notch at their food quality. Starting from their syrups to sauces. The drinks: ❤Time Stone ❤Power Stone They're refreshing drinks that'll excite your tastebuds for what's coming ahead. The kid in you jumps in joy at the light changing cube XD ❤Dark Phoenix Choco Freakshake ❤Silver Surfer's Strawberry Freakshake I'd leave this for you to understand yourself. Freakshakes. Are. Amazing. Totally. Starters ❤Barbecue Batwings ❤Mystique's Mexican Baked Potatoes ❤Kung Pao Prawn ❤Chicken Pok Choi Each one being a unique flavour was a great experience, chicken Pok Choi being my favourite. Main course ❤Spidey's Spaghetti ❤General Zod's Grilled Chicken ❤Thanos Steak ❤Hulk Burger Chicken ❤Superman Burger ❤Justice league pizza ❤Singapore rice noodles ❤Asian herb noodles ❤Nam phrik fried rice ❤Nasi goreng fried rice ❤Oyster chilly fish gravy ❤Exotic vegetables in oyster chilli basil sauce Mostly very good. My recommendations would be the steak, pizza, Asian herb noodles, both the rice items and the gravy. Desserts ❤Avenger's Avalanche ❤Tub Tim Grob Avenger's Avalanche is a joy to behold. From the scoops to ice cream to the chocolate and the gems, everything is a popular favourite and if that was not enough, they top it with the star of the dessert, chocolate shaped into Avengers' iconic somethings. We got Thor's hammer, Spidey's mask and Iron Man's gloves. * grins * Tub Tim Grub is water chestnuts in a strawberry and coconut sauce. I could write a never-ending review of each item, but we'd leave it on you to go find out. It's not a place you can miss. ❤ Cafe HQ is an amazingly amazing place to be.

It's a rooftop café, having an extended menu card. You've to cross so many staircases that you will definitely feel exhausted after reaching the café. Themes seemed awesome but should have been more gorgeous. Coming to the food, we tried Spider Web Chicken pizza that was good in perspective of taste but seemed overprice. Also tried Dark Phoenix freak shake which was too yuum but again quite pricey.

Although slightly higher price, quantity is apt and main course items and desserts are impeccable. Absolutely loved it. Steaks has heavenly although the mashed potatoes could have been better. Peri peri chicken was slightly overcooked and a bit dry. But overall great food! Ample space for group outings. Nice staffs.

The whole cafe is themed on DC & Marvel comics. The ambience is pretty good along with great background music. Food is good. But the lamb sizzler was so heated that you can't tear meat properly. The eyecatcher of the appetizers is Dark Phoenix Chocolate Freak Shake. It's lip-smacking good and also available at a fair price.

Located at Tollygaunge, just 5 mins walking distance from Tollygaunge metro this cafe is a comic Superhero based café. We were there a few days back and tried :- Mocktails :- Reality stone Copperhead's Cucumber lemonde Shake:- Sabretooth's super freak shake Starters Barbeque batwings Carnage's chicken peri peri Flash n chips Main course Catwoman's favourite Star sapphire's chicken stroganoff Thanos Steak Pasta Villains Veggies Pizza Magneto's meat lovers pizza 12" Burgers Batman chicken and Fish Desserts Spidey's sizzling walnut brownie with ice cream Avenger's avalanche The above items were really great in taste. The bbq chicken wings was the best. For main course we had some amazing continental dishes , the main course were cooked and presented quite nicely. The pasta was really good and the sauce they used went really well with the pasta. Burger and the pizza was out standing. The meat lovers pizza was of thin crust and the burger patyy was really juicy and yummy. The star of the show was the shakes and the desserts. The avengers avalanche was the best. Do try their freak shakes, they are awesome. Overall had a great time here. The food was great , the service and the ambiance are just wonderful. Will come here again soon.

This comic themed café in Tollygunge is an absolute bliss for Marvel and DC fanatics for it comes equipped with all kinds of eye-catching and heart-warming elements. From a wide range of comic posters starting up the staircase that leads to this place, to it's broad and spacious interiors with fluorescent lights and especially illustrated fluorescent lights, this makes for the perfect hangout spot for comic lovers. The tables are themed on superheroes as they each carry a symbol as well as the lights above them. The most pleasing element of all is of course the wall behind the counter which is skillfully illuminated as it features superhero figurines and pictures of a kind. The decor and lighting is indeed all levels of creative. Coming to the food, the dishes served here are very smartly named following comic themes. Individual attention is paid to each so they're good in terms of quality and taste. One can judge the creativity of this place from the names of the dishes itself and as such should definitely try for themselves. Comic nerds Assemble and explore this place to the fullest! 😊

Such a disappointment. After coming across a decent number of positive reviews about this place, me and my friends decided to visit but we had never been faced with such a poor service. All our foods arrived at different times and two of our friends endured a 45 minute wait, only to be served with inedible food (Lamb Chops and Chicken Steak). The place doesn't really have much to offer except for a combination of quaint decor and a Marvel theme.

The place is a dream come true for comic book fans! This superhero themed cafe is a great place to hang out and have some good food. The interiors are well decorated with comic book covers and superhero posters which will pique the interest of any comic book lover. Coming to the food, each of the dish were good especially the Magneto Meat Lover's pizza which was lip smacking. However, the atlantian fish and the aquaman burger though not bad were relatively underwhelming compared to the other dishes. The freak Shakes are a must try. While the staff is extremely polite however they take a lot of time to serve the food and perhaps that is why they provide different sorts of card/board games to play to kill the time.

Location is good. Easily accessible by metro and bus. The cafe is on the 1st floor. Though it is a themed cafe, interior decor is nothing extraordinary; its like a typical restaurant with several posters and graffiti work of avengers. Service was good. They will give u a loyalty card which u can show in your subsequent visits to avail discounts. Food was good, but not amazing. Batwings might not look worth rs. 255 but the dish is very well cooked and truly delicious. Being a non vegetarian, you might not readily go for a veg pizza, but the paneer tikka pizza was far better than the justice league pizza as the latter tasted blunt. I'm personally not a fan of red sauce pasta , but had to order cz i went with a group and they wanted it, but it didn't taste bad altogether. Desserts were lip-smacking . Prices were high with a ok-ok quantity. So you might be thinking twice before going there a second time.

Too much decorative AC place, recommended for Marvel lovers. Food menu was awesome and taste also. Pocket pinch is 600 for two.

We ordered one thing, they served another. When we asked for original one that we ordered, they told it'll take more time. We ordered watermelon mojito, pizza, and a starter. They served mojito as last item. We ordered brownie sizzlers with ice cream, they came with another thing and tried to convince we have made the mistake ! And the whole experience was like the staffs didn't wanted to work on the festive days.. Watermelon mojito was disastrous ! They could not even made 10% of mojito, watermelon was not properly crushed ! It was actually blocking the drink inside the straw ! Totally Disappointed !!

First of all, they were located at Mudiali before, but they mentioned that due to the expiry of their contract they have relocated to the current location at Tollygunge. To start with, it's supposed to be rooftop but you have to use the stairs to go upto the fourth floor. The arrangement is literally chairs and tables placed on the roof with no minimum fan or shade. Apart from this, the food we ordered was good by taste and quality, the quantity was very meagre. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience considering I have been to Cafe HQ two-three years back and I loved it back then. However, I think we should just understand that this pandemic situation has affected the food business in a drastic manner and this cafeteria might just be a victim of the current situation.
