Nice food but tooo expensive...

They are a complete rip off ..They show a different price menu and add additional sides without permission . The management seems pathetic after a formal complaint for 3 weeks no resolution yet . Be careful folks..check for what you are paying. I ordered devils own they bumped it up by extra layer,extra scoop with out even asking.

Such bad coffee ，no AC ，and Fraudulent customer ，why I order one coffee almost 400 INR，this is normal ting ？wish it close as soon as possible.

Calm and cozy. Pros - Not very crowded. 24X7 open. Washroom facility available. They won't ask even if you sit there for hours. Cons - Inside the Infinity boundaries, the entry is difficult a bit.

The best CCD I must say. It is open for 24hrs. And the service is excellent. Situated near Infinity Building. Just beside Pantaloons sec.5. and PWC is just behind it. It is easily accessible. The environment is very nice and soothing. The crowd is mostly full with corporates . The place is very beautiful and greenery all around. You must visit if you're looking for a mood change with your friends and colleagues.

Nice and wonderful place, good people with lots of courtesy. Would love to visit the place again. Nice location. Have affordable and reasonable. Have been to the place couple of times. Communication needs to be improved. Somebody can revisit again if it suits the purpose, would visit again once i get time.

Good cafe one of the reason is that it's open for 24 hrs . One can really look upon this ccd for coffee at any hr . Love the customer service . I really like the steward who is on the coffee counter ,who can't speak but stil always smiles and welcomes you . He makes amazing coffee with good taste and texture . Love the ambience inside ,can be better . Love the chicken Kulcha, chicken smoked sandwich and the vanilla latte . Al the best team .

We sat there for three hours after which they tried to force us to order. Please note we had already ordered 2 combos before that. You can't be so whiny in a cafe.

Terrible location if you are driving on a Sunday. The Infinity gate nearest to the shop will be closed and you cannot park near gate 2. The gate keeper is too diligent to let any car for a pick up even though there are plenty of parking space. Only solution for store pick up is to park your car in a paid parking a bit far. CCD sector 5 just lost a customer.

Situated on the ground floor of infinity benchmark building near SDF crossing, Sector 5, Salt lake, Kolkata, This outlet of CCD has a nice ambiance altogether. Service is at per. If you're meeting someone for couple of hours over a cup of coffee ; this place can be ideal for you.

BUT for a 5 star experience please take mosquito repellents along with you and please only visit when you a good amount of time at hand as the service is particularly slow. Sans that it is pretty much as any other CCD that you would visit. Sorry CCD 'Lounge' that you visit. The difference between the two being the spread of the menu and the fact that the price point of lounge is a notch higher than a CCD.OOverall a nice place.
